• Piotr (8/5): Obiekt godny polecenia. Ściśle centrum starego miasta. Drobne niedociągnięcia były, ale można na nie przymknąć oko. Pods - Świetna lokalizacja. Obiekt czysty. Bardzo miła obsługa. Trzeba było interweniować, bo było poprostu zimno. Finalnie problem został rozwiązany. Zestaw do parzenia herbaty/kawy - czajnik i dwa kubki na trzy osoby. Kawy brak, herbaty było 6 torebek na 3 osoby na 9 dni.

• Eszter (5/5): - The location is very good, it has a good access also to the airport. The experience was a little bit disappointing mainly due to the lack of kindness and flexibility. After completing the check-in form, where I had already explained the situation, we received a message saying that without an exact arrival time we would be marked as a no-show. This felt quite threatening, especially since I then had to repeat twice that I could only provide a two-hour time window and would only be able to give a precise time on the day of arrival. Communication was also lacking: we never received the promised follow-up about the missing air conditioning remote. The check-out process was not smooth either, as leaving the property without a key was more complicated than expected.

• Edoardo (7/5): - La struttura ha grande potenzialità ed il proprietario è gentile e disponibile L’appunto che mi sento di fare riguarda la pulizia, abbiamo trovato un capello ed una macchiolina sul letto, il frigorifero emanava un cattivo odore, la vasca non era propriamente pulita e il divano aveva delle macchie. Inoltre le scalette della nostra stanza che portavano al piano superiore (o soppalchetto) scricchiolavano veramente tanto. Suggererei poi di smettere di usare la coperta stile “tovaglia” sul letto per favorire un lenzuolo o una copertina che dia più una sensazione di pulito.

Tuttavia i servizi erano insufficienti: per il divano letto della terza persona (che ha pagato come gli altri) non c’era una coperta abbastanza pesante per non avere freddo. Inoltre il riscaldamento non funzionava, ed era possibile solo utilizzare il condizionatore in modalità HEAT, non sufficiente per scaldare il soppalco e il piano terra, concentrando in alto tutto il calore. I saponi erano in tre dispenser senza etichetta a riportare cosa fossero e la pulizia della casa non era eccellente. Più in generale, l’intera abitazione non era all’altezza del prezzo pagato a notte: muri sporchi e scrostati, sanitari vecchi, nessun tentativo di rendere la casa accogliente, muffa sulle tende e altissima umidità.

• Clemens (6/5): - - Hilfsbereitschaft von Reinigungskraft und Schlüsselüberbringer - zentrale Lage - ausreichend Platz - Schimmel über dem WC (was offenbar mit der Wasserleitung, die zur Toilette führt, zusammenhängen soll) - Flecken auf Sofa und Matratzenschoner - insgesamt wirkten einige Teile etwas abgenutzt (Duschwand und Badarmaturen sind schon vom offenbar sehr kalkhaltigen Wasser etwas angegriffen) - Balkon zwar nicht gesperrt, aber auch nicht sicher wirkend, was von außen besser sichtbar ist (Gebäude ist auf Traufhöhe auch mit einem Netz bedeckt, die Fassade ist in einem bedenklich schlechten Zustand, was natürlich den Charme der Gegend ausmacht, dennoch ein Risiko bei Betreten des Balkons darstellen kann - auch wenn das nicht genau abzuschätzen ist, habe ich mich nicht getraut ihn zu betreten). - das Appartement muss von innen abgeschlossen werden, da es sonst von Gästen anderer Appartements derselben Wohnung betreten werden kann (es handelt sich also um einfache Zimmertüren, hier könnte man mal nachrüsten) - muffiger Geruch, da nicht gut durchzulüften (insbesondere oben auf der Galerie, wo das Bett steht, aber auch im Flur der Wohnung) - Gardinen ebenfalls mit Schimmelsporen besetzt, müssten dringend gereinigt werden)

• Livio (1/5): Un mix devastante di strafottenza e noncuranza - Posizione centrale, davanti al Duomo, in pochi passi si raggiunge facilmente Spaccanapoli e San Gregorio Armeno Condizioni igieniche del bagno pessime con sanitari corrosi dal calcare con un forte odore di umidità. Telecomando del condizionatore senza pile e tenuto intatto dal nastro isolante. Tutte cose segnalate durante il soggiorno ma risolte con un “inoltriamo tutto alla ditta di pulizie”. Ma il massimo lo si raggiunge con il check-in e l’interfacciarsi con l’agenzia che “gestisce” la struttura. Viene comunicato nei giorni precedenti al check-in la fascia oraria garantita (14:00 / 20:00) e si viene affidati ad un referente per lo stesso. Peccato che il referente, prima dell’orario di lavoro, non risponde ad eventuali richieste di informazioni o necessità. Chiedo la cortesia di lasciare soltanto i bagagli 15 minuti prima dell’inizio del check-in causa impegni lavorativi, ma soltanto alle 14:00 ricevo risposta dicendo che non era possibile. Malgrado l’aver concordato il check-in intanto per le 14:00 il referente si è presentato con 30 minuti di ritardo. Al momento del check-out provo nuovamente a chiedere la cortesia di lasciare soltanto i bagagli in camera o almeno in un posto all’interno della struttura per 30 minuti oltre l’orario di check-out ma mi è stata negata anche questa possibilità suggerendomi di cercare un deposito bagagli (consiglio quello vicino alla struttura, ragazzi seri organizzati con prezzi super vantaggiosi). Diffidate del parcheggio che vi viene suggerito, in Via Duomo ce ne sono di decisamente migliori.

Muffa presente su tutta la finestra. Tende e vetri sporchi. Presenza ti tappeti sporchi, all arrivo presenza di capelli sulle scale. Bagno trascurato. Assenza di carta igenica, bicchieri di carta e set cortesia Presenza di un condizionatore che per raffreddate il piano superioredeve essere al minimo pertantonn e possibile dormire al piano sottostante . Personale che ha accolto gentile ma nn ha risolto . La carta igenica e il sapone ce lo siamo comprati

• Ana (1/5): Avoid - The communication with the host was apsolutely terrible. We have never had such a poor experience on Booking before. Our apartment key has broken, due to old doors, at 22.30 and he has not answered our calls untill 8 the next morning - we were left outside the entire night. When we finally faced him in the morning, he didn't show any kind of remorse or apology and furthermore offered no kind of refund. He kept ignoring our messages for the rest of our stay and is now asking for the payment for the broken key (35€) which is not only an apsolute scam, considering the horrible quality of the keys, but also a very shameful thing to do, since we had to find another place to sleep in the middle of the night. We are very disappointed in the lack of decency and would never stay here again, advise you to do the same.

• Anastasiia (8/5): Fantastic location - Central position - in the heart of the historical center of Naples, close to a lot of main attractions. Word of caution- the bars nearby are very expensive, I do not recommend having breakfast in any of those close by. The bed was very comfortable and the apartment itself is nice. We had a view overlooking the main street and it was amazing. It’s quite soundproof considering its central location. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. It wasn’t cleaned once during our stay, but I guess that’s to expect considering it was an apartment and not a hotel. It would be nice to have coffee machine or tea pot in the apartment.

You have to be careful for the check in and check out hours because for a late check in you have to ask and be there until 19.00 or else you pay 25 euros. • Alaa (1/5): Bad - After an average stay at this hotel, we were unexpectedly charged €35 for a key that had simply fallen off its keychain. The key itself was neither broken nor dysfunctional. Despite several discussions with the hotel management, they escalated the issue to booking.com. Fortunately, booking.com sided with us. I would not recommend this hotel unless you're prepared to be held accountable for any wear and tear in their outdated rooms. Be cautious.

• Sylwia (10/5): Perfect weekend stay! - The location of the apartment could not be better, it is right in the center of Naples. Everything is within walking distance. There are restaurants, cafes, bars, and shops all around. The host is super nice and communicative. The apartment is perfect for a short stay for two people. It was very clean, spacious, and cozy.

We tried to unload our luggage but the police moved us on and made us panic,said we would be fined . We were not aware of the ZTL parking rules.

Our host, Antonio, was very responsive and helped us with a smooth check-in. Antonio even offered breakfast vouchers to the cafe next door for a cappuccino and croissant. The room is very spacious and clean. Bathroom is large. The balcony overlooks the narrow streets in the historic district. Very charming B&B. We personally very much enjoyed our stay in Napoli and will recommend this place to anyone!
