- Lezahnmc (10/5): Beautifully Renovated Hotel in Prime Location - Located on a lively street, the hotel can be slightly noisy at times - something to keep in mind for light sleepers. That said, following its recent renovation, the property is absolutely stunning. Every detail in the room has been thoughtfully designed, creating a stylish and comfortable stay. There are many standout features, including its central location and great amenities, but what truly sets this hotel apart is the staff. Every team member is incredibly welcoming and friendly, always ready to assist, whether you have a question or are simply passing by. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a well-located hotel with excellent service and a beautifully refreshed atmosphere.
- 33taniah (10/5): Fantastic Stay - accessible room - My sister and her carer had a fantastic stay at Adina Town Hall. The team at Adina were extremely welcoming and accommodating. Her Queen apartment was accessible (she has a powered wheelchair) in all rooms apart from the bathroom where there was insufficient turnaround which we anticipated but she was able to take a few steps and easily walk a few short steps to the shower / toilet with a shower chair provided by the hotel. The team at Adina made her stay extremely enjoyable!

- lauren2152026 (4/5): Impossible to sleep with traffic noise - The hotel itself was nice enough. Big rooms with everything you need. The downfall was the road noise - we stayed 3 nights and slept terribly due to constant traffic and other noise from the footpath and road below. We were on level 16 and after two nights requested to move. We got moved to level 21 which was not much better. I would not stay again as we left absolutely exhausted and feeling terrible from lack of sleep.
- stulimom (8/5): Modern apartment hotel slightly away from tourist area - We loved that this hotel/apt. had a washer/dryer (even if it was small!) After traveling 2 weeks we had a lot of laundry. And the view on the balcony on the 27th floor was great. The metro is across the street though you have to wander through some stores to get to the trains. The included breakfast at the attached Italian eatery was special. Staff was helpful in getting taxis and giving us directions.

- MParsons95 (10/5): Great Rooms & location - I had a wonderful stay here just for 1 night. I had travelled over 4 hours for an appointment so was pretty tired. The room was super clean, the bed incredibly comfortable and everything was at your door step and within walking distance. The staff were very accommodating as well. I have booked a longer trip with my family, I can’t wait to use the pool when I’m there next.

The room was very well appointed and clean. We enjoyed the location as there was anything and everything you may need within a short walk. Everyone we dealt with at the front desk was super friendly and helpful. Could not have asked for more!

We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment, the staff were friendly, the decor was modern and in good condition, the room was spotlessly clean, the beds were comfortable and it was well equipped with kitchen & laundry. The location was awesome with an easy walk to either the Pitt St Mall or George St & China Town - it's even an easy walk to Darling Harbour. Perfect spot for exploring the city.

Great location, lovely staff and above average in room kitchen. The noise from other rooms was barely noticeable, but the street noise was as you would expect in the city

But this time was so much better; they have recently gone through a refurbishment, and everything is just so much better. The staff at reception were lovely (shoutout to Becky & Zach). Our room was perfect for the 3 of us, everything was clean and in great condition. No issues or negatives at all. Oh, the lift is still a little slow. Aside from that great location for the trains, metro, shoppin,g and Darling Harbour. Recommend, we will be back!

- clairyeung (10/5): Great Location and Family-Friendly Stay at Adina Town Hall - We stayed at Adina Apartment Hotel Sydney Town Hall for two nights over the long weekend and booked a two-bedroom apartment, travelling with our little one. Check-in was quick and smooth, and the staff also updated our parking access efficiently, which was appreciated. The staff were very friendly and greeted us every time, which made the stay feel welcoming. Our apartment was on Level 15, which was perfectly fine. There are two lifts in the building — it took a little while on arrival due to higher traffic, but after that it was smooth for the rest of the stay. The room was clean and well maintained, and it looked like the unit had been renovated recently. The hotel has both a gym and a pool. We used the pool with our little one — it’s on the smaller side, but it was clean and not crowded, so it worked well for us. The location is a big plus: right in the CBD, very easy to get anywhere, with plenty of restaurants around and great shopping options open until late. There is also a café downstairs, which was very convenient for us to grab coffee each day. I also found it very easy to use the QR code in the room to request housekeeping or additional items — simple and efficient. Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay. Highly recommended and we would definitely stay here again.

We were welcomed by Sri and Zach and they both are really friendly and polite. Nathaniel also really accommodating us, and had prepared a wonderful room and amenity for our special occasion. The pool and gym are extremely new and clean. We met Maisha and a gentle man staff Pirom(sorry if wrong spelling), they are nice and always smiling. We always feel welcomed every time we entered the hotel. Will definitely visit again.

The location was perfect, close to everything and very convenient to get around. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was great. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Sydney.
- W128 (10/5): Ticks all the boxes - would stay again - We stayed here on three occasions for a total of 10 nights in total. We thought that it was lovely. The rooms were modern, beds comfortable and everything worked. The king bedroom had a kettle and toaster with a small fridge. The two bedroom flat had a well equipped kitchen and a large fridge. We were on high floors with stunning views and the rooms had balconies. The gym was small but fine. The pool was cool in January and does not get direct sunlight. The reception staff were very very welcoming and friendly. Housekeeping was excellent. When the apartments were busy (immediately before and after New Year's Eve) then the waits for the lifts could be long - there were only two lifts and they are also used by service personnel. Great location in the CBD. All in all we would deffo stay here again.

- richardbL2499ZX (10/5): Great city centre/ CBD option in Sydney - We were looking for somewhere to stay in downtown Sydney around the New Year...with two adults and two adult children in our party. We didn't want a regular hotel, nor did we find good AirBnB/ VRBO options. The Adina worked a treat as a middle ground option, between those other two, we'd happily recommend it to others looking for a similar experience. In particular we liked the modern aspect (and also cleanliness) of this Adina location. We haven't stayed in any other Adina properties but will in the future I am sure.

From the wonderful welcome at check-in to departure, the friendliness and helpfulness of the team was great. Every member of staff was lovely. We booked a premium 2 bedroom apartment and were really impressed by the size and quality of the room. The views of Sydney from the corner windows on the 27th floor were fantastic. Thanks to the team - we will be back!

- 739nevaw (10/5): Great Apartment hotel, Great staff - Needed an apartment hotel close to George street in the city as son was working Christmas Day. He had a 10 minute walk which enabled us to cook and share an early Christmas lunch before he started at 2pm. Booked in Christmas Eve to a friendly helpful lady who sorted out parking which we pre booked at $55 per night. The apartment, a deluxe one bedroom, had a full kitchen including an oven and dish washer. The apartment was really clean and well presented with a large lounge/sofa and dining table and 4 chairs. The bathroom was spacious and spotless and the king size bed really comfortable. The apartment lets you walk to shops, an underground supermarket and Liqor store, Coles and Liqorland. On Christmas afrernoon staff knocked on the door with a handwritten Christmas card and mini pudding and lots of friendly good wishes. The staff are excellent. This place is a real find.

Got a room with what I would call a balconette. Standing room only. No tables or chairs, as they would not fit. Frustrating thing is they do have rooms available with full balconies. No wine glasses in rooms, had to request them. They had minimal cups and other kitchen items too. A bit poor for the price they charged.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Nathaniel (front desk) was a star. Very handy for the CBD and short walk to Darling Harbour. Be aware of the taxi surcharge from airport $17.50 which is added to the fare, cost of taxi to hotel was $88.00 whereas a train would have been better! Town Hall station 3 minutes walk to hotel!
- phrane (10/5): Faultless - I will stay here again - Everything about my stay was beyond fault: the apartment was immaculate, spacious and comfortable, with up-to-date finishes, decor and appliances. Nothing damaged, worn or outdated. Everything worked perfectly and was easy to use. Great shower pressure and climate control, really comfortable bed, nice toiletries, fluffy towels. Fantastic location central to Sydney's best dining options from street food to fine dining. Staff were warmly professional. I will definitely stay here again as a solo traveller and probably switch to Adina as my new favourite place for family and friends. CBD hotels at this price point just aren't offering the same benefits and many of them are dated and stale. Adina is my new go-to - I genuinely mean that.

If I had one complaint, it was the heated pool not really being heated. But that’s a small thing, considering everything else was phenomenal!
- Cara (10/5): Perfect place for a few nights in the city - It’s located a short walk from town hall on George Street means you are close to the light rail to get around the city. Plenty of dining choices close by. The apartment building is quiet and furnished beautifully.

So well located from Town Hall square, Town Hall station, Woolworth and Coles supermarkets and easy reach from QVB and the Galleries. The Tumbalong Park is a 5 minute walk and what a wonderful access to Barangaroo Reserve. An amazingly convenient location. Very well refurbished apartments. Clean bedrooms, modern kitchen with induction stove, brand new crockery and cutlery, daily refreshed-housekeeping and a weekly full housekeeping. Well lit and soundproof rooms. The TEAM at ADINA Town Hall are the very best in the hospitality industry. I must mention all of them - Zach, Nathaniel, Jasmine and Jenny all at the front desk and always polite and smiling. Hassan of Housekeeping ready to help out the guests and Tristan the Manager helped me with the booking, rates and apartment alocation. What a wonderful Team. ADINA has a clean gym (a bit small), a clean pool and a pair of veryclean elevators. Another big plus is the gentry in ADINA. None of the wild party people are encouraged and that offers safety and comfort. We stayed for 27 nights and not a single day were we disappointed. I highly recommend these apartments for travellers (like us) who are keen to live in the city CBD and wish to explore the city on foot. Thank you guys for making our stay the best ever in the past 15 years that we have been living in various serviced apartments in Sydney.

- stamphappy (6/5): Satisfactory, if a bit noisy. - Stayed for a single night here. The room was clean and functional. Studio apartment has a small kitchenette but it's enough for a short stay. The hotel is in the middle of the CBD so it's pretty convenient, though you do get a fair bit of traffic noise. The nearby cathedral has bell- ringing practice for an hour some evenings, which you may or may not appreciate depending on your taste in music!

- Rodvld (4/5): Expensive Hotel that doesn't care! - These apartments are located in a good place but as we found out they are not as good as we expected. We had informed Reception that it was our Honeymoon stay but they didn't seem bothered. This break was planned for a long time as we are from England on an Australian tour. Kitchen area was old and used, we had 1 teaspoon to share! Lighting was either poor or didn't work. Lamp in our bedroom fizzed when you turned it on, safe batteries were flat. However we did manage to get the safe sorted. One of the big issues is parking costs...we had one car initially and then parked a hire car on the last day, so in total 4 days so $250 on top of our room costs of $2,400! No meals were included in these costs. PLUS we had to make 3 phone calls from England to firm up our bookings at nearly $250!

- ActiveT963 (10/5): Had a great stay, handy to everything. - I chose Adina for price and its location. The light rail to Moore Park and train line access to airport from Town Hall Station were important for this trip. The room was very comfortable and a decent amount of milk in the fridge for coffee was appreciated. I did have trouble with the air conditioning controls and found them difficult to understand, but by the second night felt I had it weighed off. Reception checked whether room was available when I arrived early, which it wasn’t, but we were able to leave our bags for safekeeping. Reception phoned me when room was available. Also appreciated. My son used the pool and said that the water was a lovely temperature, enjoyed the sauna there as well. I would recommend Adina Apartment Hotel Town Hall to others, we had a great stay.
- Anabel (6/5): - The area where the property is situated is not easily accessible by car, which is not Adina’s fault, but because how the city roads were designed. Plenty of 1ways and no entry roads led us to going around in circles before finally finding their parking. They never mentioned or offered any VIP access/perks to us upon checking in. Only finding out now from Expedia that I actually have VIP access/perks which I was not able to avail. Property’s location is not close enough to public transports and dining areas. It would require a bit of walking but not that far, around 10-15 minutes. But it’s not convenient if you’re with an elderly. There’s convenient stores and small cafes in the area if you just want to grab a quick bite. Facilities and amenities are average We stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment and it’s spacious enough, with a small balcony.

- Mandyykk (2/5): Very disappointed. - Copy and pasted from a survey I was sent today: "There were many things that left us feeling very disappointed. The carpet was horrendous! I worked in a flooring store for many years so know just how bad it is. In majority of the room there was no underlay left and the carpet flattened very thin so much so it felt like we were in parts walking on bare concrete (so we had to wear shoes at all times, which we felt we needed to anyway as it was just awful). It had very visible bumps all through the room. Not to mention my allergies were set off massively meaning I had to take medication all weekend. There was a lot of dust (not on benches and tables as these seemed to be wiped down, except the bathroom vanity top which was disgusting). The showers were also quite dirty and mouldy. The furniture was very uncomfortable and clearly also very old. The window next to my bed (at head level) didn't fully close. This meant there was a draft and a lot of loud noises throughout the night, meaning I hardly slept for 2 nights and made for a less than average weekend when it was supposed to be amazing. At check out the guy barely spoke to me, only charged me for the chocolates and didn't even ask how our stay was or anything.. suspecting he was possibly scared to hear the answer.. All around very disappointing for the amount of money we spent"
- MrsCockburn (10/5): 🤩 One of the best hotels we’ve stayed in! - Right from the start we were impressed. We were quickly checked in by a super friendly Samuel and informed that even though our room wasn’t ready we could use the leisure facilities to freshen up. This was so welcome after our 15hr flight from Los Angeles & we had arrived at the Adina way before our check in time. Our 2 bedroom apartment was stunning! Huge amount of space and great facilities. And the view!! If you can stretch your budget you must book the very reasonably priced “2 bedroom with city view”. The beds were comfortable and the pillows were fab. The well equipped kitchen area had everything we needed and the utilities on offer in the room were fantastic. The rooms have everything you need. Tea, coffee, dish washing soap/powder, beautiful toiletries and plenty of towels. Rooms were made up daily on request and the cleaning stuff made sure our room was immaculate. Honestly, I was so impressed. We’ve had the perfect holiday in Sydney and would definitely return here if we ever come back. 10 out of 10. You won’t be disappointed! 🥰🤩

When we return in late afternoon, hours later, room is never clean. Then they wake us up in the late afternoon when we’re napping before going out for the evening. - Alicia (8/5): - Overall good stay would recommend if you're there for a couple of nights and want something fairly basic and central. I was in room 58 - quiet and away from the lift. Traffic noise was not an issue. People at reception were helpful. I had checked in at 9am to store my luggage while I went to work. They put a hold on my card for security. When I returned later to pick up my room card and complete check in, they put another hold on my card. Not a big deal. I just expected the receptionist from earlier in the day to communicate or leave a note for the receptionist on the next shift that this had already been done. In Feb, the weather is quite hot. The A/C wasn't cold enough. I had left a card in the slot to ensure the A/C would run while I popped out for lunch. Housekeeping entered while I was out and removed the card so the room was quite warm the rest of the day. I tend to like my environment cooler at 20 deg C when it was more like 25 deg

- Julie (8/5): City apartment great location - Stayed at Adina Town Hall with 4 children under 12. Hotel is in a great location for both Darling Harbour and city. The staff were very helpful. The apartment was large, the indoor pool was great my only comment would be that I was charged an extra $ 50 per day for a roll away bed because it was for a child not an adult. I would stay again.
