El check in me tomo mas de horas, el desayuno es muy básico (ni siquiera huevo revuelto) y el espacio no da a abastos con la cantidad de personas alojadas, nos tocó esperar y acomodarnos por separado. El personal en general fue bastante cortante y algunos aludieron no hablar español, aun cuando despues se les escuchaba haciendolo. Realmente yo no recomendaria el lugar, por el precio pagado, puede encontrar unos muy por sobre estos estandares.

Enviaron un técnico, pero no pudo repararlo.

Las alfombras de la habitacion parece que no las limpian hace años. Camine descalzo de la cama al baño y los pies se ,e pusieron negros del sucio. Laa butaca qu habia en la habitacion estaba de votar de lo sucia que esta. El desayuno era muy pobre y las cantidades limitadas si bajabas una hora despues de comenzar el servicio ya se habia terminado casi todo. Labañera estaba mohosa. la duche goteaba. La humeda en el baño cuando habrias el agua caliente hacia que el piso se empapara.

- thierry (9/5): Bon hôtel - La rénovation des chambres, les équipements et produits de salle de bain,l'accueil de Marston john et son professionnalisme qui a résolu mon problème de réservation qui avait été annulé par booking pour je ne sais quel raison. Toujours un plaisir de venir dans cet hôtel proche aéroport et commodités Petit déjeuner un peu juste pas de confiture.

- eoj2021 (2/5): Very disappointing experience - Overall, my experience at this hotel was very disappointing. I stayed here for work, and the booking was arranged for me. From the start, the staff seemed uninterested in helping and provided poor customer service. During my stay, the cleaning staff entered my room despite the “Do Not Disturb” sign being displayed on the door. In addition, two of the supposedly fresh towels and one of the four washcloths had long black hairs on them, which was unacceptable. After my stay, I needed an itemized receipt showing the nightly rate for work reimbursement purposes. I called the hotel on two separate occasions and spoke with front desk staff who both assured me they would email the receipt, but I never received anything. I have considered staying at La Quinta properties in the past, but after this experience, I will be sticking with Hilton and Marriott moving forward.

- Markira (1/5): Rigid policy, zero empathy, even during a family medical emergency. - Location Stayed here during a family medical emergency and made an honest booking mistake, which I reported immediately. We checked out early and did not use the remaining nights, yet the hotel refused any adjustment or credit. Management was unresponsive and extremely dismissive. The lack of empathy and flexibility was disappointing and not what I expected from a hospitality brand.

- Denise (1/5): Stay somewhere else - Nothing. Hotel was dirty everywhere: hallways, elevator, room. There was hair on the bathroom floor and crumbs on the carpet of the bedroom. Shower Gel dispenser was empty and my husband had to go to the front desk to have it refilled. The bed was sinking and all the pillows were hard as rocks. Air conditioning was loud and did not cool down enough. Breakfast was terrible and checking process was slow, even after doing check in online in advance. Staff was annoyed and disengaged. Terrible.

Also, when we got in the room-the bottled hand soap in the bathroom was empty and it was separate in the display making it look like it hadn't been filled. It was weird..there was a package of bar soap in the bathroom, but it didn't initially look like there was soap in the bathroom because of the setup of the bottles.

El desayuno terrible, siempre lo mismo y si no madrugas te quedas sin desayuno, además no hay espacio para sentarse, pocas mesas y sillas para la cantidad de gente que hay en el hotel. El personal de atención poco amable y ausente, aveces no hay nadie en la recepción. Si no pides que te arreglen la habitación, no lo hacen, y además no lo informan previamente. El aseo en los baños regular, el dispensador de jabon en la ducha estaba sucio.

- Daniella (9/5): Estuvimos cómodos, pasamos tranquilos y nos sirvió de punto de partida y regreso de nuestro crucero. - La piscina estaba muy limpia y agradable. El mantenimiento en general del lugar es muy bueno. la comida no tenía mucho sabor, pero cumplía con lo que se pago.
