• Karen (10/5): Stayed twice and would go back - Location. Tucked into a busy shopping street but very quiet. Close to all sites you want to see and public transport. Breakfast was excellent. Linens were great. Room on the smaller side and no view.

• Genevieve (9/5): Would definitely stay here again - The location is right in the centre and within walking distance to lots of restaurants the man square and markets there is a tram and metro very close to get to anywhere you need to go the room was small but comfortable and the staff were great

The air con was inconsistent and was angled to blow air directly at your head. The remote to the tv was broken. The hotel felt impersonal and cold.

• Annika (8/5): Perfekt für ein kurzes Weekend in München - Online Ein-Checken und Auschecken sowie Self-Service beim Einchecken finde ich eine super Sache. Hotel liegt im Herzen von München und perfekt für ein kurzes Weekend. Zimmer sind eher klein - aber hat uns gereicht, da wir wenig im Hotel waren.
• Volker (9/5): Angenehmer Aufenthalt im Zentrum - Die 4 Zimmer waren sehr geschmackvoll und zweckmässig eingerichtet. Die zentrale Lage in der Fussgängerzone. Weiter ist mir das freundliche, hilfsbereite und kompetente Personal aufgefallen. Mir persönlich hätte ein kleiner zweckmässiger Fitnessraum noch gefallen.

• Paz (3/5): - Únicamente me gustó la ubicación y la amabilidad del personal del desayuno Relación calidad- precio pésima: muy caro para como es el hotel. Habitación pequeña, desayuno correcto sin más y lo más importante: no utilizar la tablet que hay en la habitación ya que al llegar, la utilice y por equivocación puse que no limpiaran la habitación diariamente. El primer día no la limpiaron y fui a decir que me había equivocado y sí quería que la limpiasen y que perdón por la equivocación y que la limpiasen los 3 dias que me quedaban. Ni caso, solo me la limpiaron una a pesar de que volví a decir que había sido una equivocación. No recomiendo este hotel

The toilet splashes water all over the bathroom when flushing. This was in mine and my father room, so it's clearly an issue with the toilets. Make sure to close the lid before flushing.

• Karen (9/5): Unique stay in heart of Munich. - Great location- close to old town and bus /tram station. Close to main train station. Easy access to food. Breakfast was great. Very comfortable stay. No view from room. Trade off- great location but on a busy shopping street.

A very small room, even for one person, even though it was a double room. Not sure how people with even a small suitcase are able to pack and unpack. A pretty noisy ventilation starting in the early morning.

• Monika (8/5): - Das Hotel ist perfekt gelegen - zentral und dennoch ruhig. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit, das Frühstück top. Die Betten sind sehr hart, ohne Lattenrost und mit mittelmässigen Kissen.

• Andrea (10/5): Toll gelegen, sehr schön eingerichtet, coole Bar - Super gelegen, in der Fussgängerzone, zu Fuss gut vom Bahnhof erreichbar. Viele Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Nähe. Sehr stylish eingerichtet mit tollem Farbkonzept. Die Bar im 1. OG haben wir jeden Abend besucht. Superfreundliches Personal und tolle Drinks! Matratze war sehr hart.

• Robyn (8/5): Hope to visit Munich again and would definitely stay at his Mio by Amano . The location was superb! - We loved the spaciousness of the bathroom - shower in particular. Shower products were lovely. Towels were fluffy and absorbent. The room was a good size for us with our luggage - no complaints at all. We were very comfortable during our stay. Nothing negative to comment about.

Charge €3 more and offer free coffee / juice upon arrival. When I wanted to make myself coffee in reception, staffmember ( cannot remember the man s name ) asked me basically if I cannot read that it is not self service ???
• Ernst Paar (8/5): Angenehmer Aufenthalt, prima Komfort Benutzer-angepasst, aööes was man braucht. - Perfektes Frühstück, reichhaltig. Zugang zu Hotel und Zimmer prima mit grüner elektronischer Karte; ist einfacher als über ein Handy. Die Ortslage ist super, vom Hotel direkt in die Einkaufsstraße; man ist ruckzuck in der Münchner City. Beim elektronischen Checkin und auch Checkout hat man uns geholfen, war super. Die Zimmer perfekt aisgestattet. alles hochwertig. Betten prima. Ausstattung im Bad prima, Handtücher, Papiertücher, flüssige Seife, prima Fön. Zimmer tags/nachts extrem ruhig, die Klimaanlage hat man kaum bemerkt, hätte man offenbar auch regeln können. Super dass man auch das Fenster öffnen kann.Wenn man nachts den dunklen Vorhang zur Seite schiebt, schirmt trotzdem ein weißer Vorhang ab. Das Zimmer ist dann nachts sehr dunkel, wir haben uns mit einem eingesteckten Akku-Ladegerät beholfen, was ein kleines Licht abgab so dass wir uns im Zimmer besser orientieren konnten. Leselampe am Bett prima. Der Fernseher prima, genug Programme, angenehm. Alles empfehlenswert. Raum farblich gut abgestimmt, kein "grellweißes" Zimmer. Ein winziges Detail: in der Dusche (einfacher Boden mit geringster Neigung wo das Wasser abläuft) wäre ein zusätzlicher Haltegriff sicherer; mit 84/77 ist man-frau nicht mehr komplett trittsicher. Ein Gedankenproblem war die Raum-Elektrik; man muss beim Betreten des Zimmers die Plastikkarte nach unten eindrücken, dann ist Licht da.
