Rooms look and feel old. 2 out of 3 elevators not working during my stay. Cracks in ceiling. The breakfast spread tasted stale. The rates were not justified for the stay.

As instalações não são novas e já merecem ser renovadas. Ficamos um pouco decepcionados pois os três elevadores estavam fora de serviço. Depois de dois dias, eles consertaram um deles, que naturalmente ficava sempre cheio. O custo benefício foi apenas razoável.

The word "awful" comes to mind: There seemed to be only one operational elevator, and even that was in rough shape; Carpets soiled, and the main gathering areas in relatively shabby condition; Breakfast was mediocre. And then they had the audacity to charge us for parking.

• Manuel (4/5): ausser der Lage und der Grösse der Zimmer eine reine Enttäuschung - Lage war super Zimmergrösse auch sehr gut Ich habe das Hotel für drei Tage genutzt und war insgesamt leider enttäuscht vom Service und dem Umgang mit Gästen. Positiv hervorzuheben sind grundsätzlich die sehr gute Lage am International Drive in Orlando – in unmittelbarer Nähe zum ICON Park mit dem bekannten Riesenrad „The Wheel“ – sowie die grosszügigen Zimmer. Während des gesamten Aufenthalts wurde das Zimmer jedoch kein einziges Mal gereinigt. Es gab weder frische Handtücher noch eine allgemeine Zimmerpflege, wodurch man sich als Gast leider nicht wirklich willkommen fühlte. Bereits bei der Ankunft war die Atmosphäre unangenehm. Der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption wirkte genervt, da das kostenpflichtige Parkticket beziehungsweise das Parking-System noch eingerichtet werden musste. Zusätzlich war der Lift während des Aufenthalts defekt, sodass wir mehrfach bis in den 7. Stock zu Fuss gehen mussten, ohne dass eine angemessene Lösung oder Unterstützung angeboten wurde. Auch beim Frühstück gab es eine enttäuschende Situation: Etwa zehn Minuten vor Ende der Frühstückszeit wollte ich noch einen Kaffee holen. Daraufhin wurde sehr schnell das Licht ausgeschaltet und mir signalisiert, dass bereits geschlossen sei. Besonders unangenehm war, dass anschliessend in einer anderen Sprache über mich gesprochen und gelacht wurde, was ich als respektlos empfunden habe. Insgesamt entspricht der Service leider nicht den Erwartungen an ein professionell geführtes Hotel.

• Stacey (3/5): I won’t be back. - I really liked the location. This property had three elevators and only one worked. 😒. They thought they were doing me a favor with the continental breakfast. By the time I got there everything was gone. It was only 8:00 am. Breakfast ended at 9. Never restocked. I used to stay here all the time when my family would come down for Universal. Looks like I will be on the hunt for another off property hotel.

• Natalia (8/5): Decent place to stay - Location is good. Clean room and every day cleaning (what is rare now). Price. Parking costs $18 per night (20% from room daily rate), most hotels around have parking for free. Breakfast 6-9am, even on weekend, too early, at 9 was nothing.

• Muhammad (6/5): You get what you pay for. It's barely passable if you just want an okay bed. - The location was very good for my needs. I would drive no more than 20 minutes to any place I wanted to go to. I checked in late in the evening after having passed earlier before check-in time. They were strict on check-in hours, which is perfectly fine. What was disappointing is that after a very long and tiring day, I went to the room to find out it was not cleaned. used towels, unflushed toilet, trash was left everywhere. It was fixed by reception changing my room, but I had to move all my luggage to the other room after a very long and hectic day. The breakfast was very disappointing that I got my own food on my expense. The coffee was good though.

• Zulqarnain (9/5): Clean, great location and convenience - This hotel offers a great combination of quality service, friendly staff, cleanliness, and an excellent location. I chose to stay here due to its proximity to the convention center—it's within easy walking distance for any event, and the I-Trolley service runs every 15 to 20 minutes as a convenient alternative. I would gladly stay at this hotel again. Nothing to mention.

• Edgar (3/5): - Excellent location, centrally located in the heart of the touristic zone in Orlando. 2 out of the 3 elevators were out of order. There was a roach in the room. The AC was not cooling at the selected temperature (never did). "Continental breakfast" was very poor (not even ketchup, mayonnaise or cheese). On the third day I had to ask to remove the trash from my room since they never remove the trash before.

The front desk personnel were very good in helping me with the door key situation. The breakfast was not that great, the orange juice and apple juice were water down (has no taste, like just water). Also they didn't have DECAF coffee. Please improve the breakfast menu. The hotel has some areas that need cleaning it really has a strong old or mold odor. Other than that it was a good stay.

• Gonzalez (4/5): Good location but never again staying there. - That it was centrally located. You could walk to icon park it was super close. Along with the pirates cove mini golf located right behind the hotel. The parking was always full and for paying so much it was unfair. The facilities need some improvement and more cleanliness. The back door to facility didn’t really lock. You could pull it right open without using your hotel room key. (That felt very unsafe). Our room key kept getting inactivated for some reason so every time we wanted to enter our room we couldn’t so we had to go to the front desk to get it reactivated each time.

So at 27weeks pregnant i ended up taking the stairs up and down almost every time. Our room got cleaned on our very first night there and we had to go down and ask for towels each time we needed new and the pullout bed was a twin size, pretty much just springs, and when i asked for bedding the staff told me they would ‘try to get some but they were out and Theyd ask someone to look in ‘storage’ which they did find snd bring to us after two requests for blankets/bedding.

And it just so happened to be the elevator at the furthest. There was no lights in the elevator, so you didn’t know if it registered what floor you were going to. One elevator worked and took forever because everyone was trying to use the same one. A/C outside of rooms. Nope. Also not operating. Exterior door near the only working elevator. Don’t worry, it also doesn’t work properly. Need ice? Hope you’re on a lucky floor with a functioning ice maker. I had to go to three floors to find ice. $18 for parking and 9 buses occupying the entire side of the building near the working elevator. If you like broken things, this is the place for you.

• Erik (6/5): Get what you pay for - Location was good. Close enough to restaurants and other spots, but still quiet. The elevator situation. Three elevators and only 2 worked and 1 of those 2 was EXTREMELY slow. Also that slow elevator broke on one of those days.
• brandir365 (2/5): DO NOT STAY HERE - Awful. Elevators taking turns not working. When they do they smell like they are on fire. Terrifying. Our first room the air didn't work, sink clogged, mattress literally falling apart and holding water and no fridge. They did switch room and at least the air worked. Beds in horrible condition. Not the cleanest. Forget the awfully breakfast. 3 waffle making with 10 + people in line, yogurt, toast or bagel. Always packed, no where to sit and staff come in like drill sergeants to swoop all the food away at 9am even when there is still people in line. Unfortunately we stayed 3 nights because we couldn't get a refund. Forget the pool, discusting. Hot tub empty and gross. Sooooooooo disappointed. I wish I could give it -1000 stars and you have to pay extra to park!🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

• 504a9d4ec82f72f6b0ba019a7f76048e (2/5): Didnt like it at all - Not much honestly just that the rooms were clean The facility had 2 broken elevator we had to walk alot to get to the only single elevator for 7 floors very bad elevator, the breakfast wasnt bad but it was only until 9am which is very bad because people want to rest and not wale up so early to have breakfast because if you get there by 8:30 most of the stuff will be gone
