Highway robbery to me, that was a $150 room TOPS. Plus it had a huge stain on the carpet and the chairs were dingy.

• Amy (7/5): If shopping for price settle for this. - Vivian was extraordinary. She stood head and shoulders above the rest of the staff. Everyone else was on their personal devices. Vivian recommended restaurant nuts AND gave great recommendations, she assisted with my ticket and was the very best part of our stay. Do everything you can to retain her at La Quinta. Disconnected attitude if staff. Inability to accommodate or willingness to make guests feel valued. Breakfast was relatively unpleasant. Cleanliness and upkeep of rooms - a lot of patched problems.

• Iryna (7/5): Overall, the stay was okay but not impressive. However, considering the relatively low price, it was acceptable for what - The room was fairly clean, which is always important. Everything felt quite standard for a hotel stay, and the bed was comfortable enough. I also appreciated that the staff came in on the second day and replaced the towels — that was a nice touch. The main issue was the lack of attention from the staff. Breakfast service, in particular, was disappointing — the coffee was always cold whenever I tried to get some, or the thermos was empty. Sometimes there were no cups available at all, and no one seemed to be monitoring or restocking. The breakfast itself was also underwhelming — there was very little variety. Another inconvenience was the bathroom door — it was difficult to open and close, which was quite frustrating.

• Randy (3/5): We would not stay again. Barking dogs do not make for a good night's sleep! - The staff was friendly and location was good. Had a terrible experience on the third night and could not get any assistance. We were on the fourth floor and 2 dogs started barking across the hall from us about 10:00 at night. No answer at the front desk or on the local number. Finally at about 10:30 we had to get dressed and go down to the lobby. Our calls had been put on hold. When we told the desk attendant the problem she pointed out to us that "we are a pet friendly hotel". She said we could speak to her manager in the morning. The barking continued until after 11:00 when someone came back to the room. We also heard some barks occasionally during the night. In the morning when checking out we talked to the new clerk. She told us no one could had checked into that room with pets because pets were not allowed on the 4th floor. If we wished we could speak to the manager when they got there. Unfortunately no one from the hotel ever came to check out the situation that night and no one has ever contacted us about our complaint since.

Eggs and sausage should not be depleted around 7:30 am on a Saturday 😞 with no staff in sight. No one at the front desk at 8:15 am that day. Could not report the slow drain on the vanity sink.

• Walkermama (6/5): Just Can't Recommend This One - I tried but I just can't give this LaQuinta my approval. Check in was smooth, I will give it that. Common areas were dirty and worn. Threadbare carpets, scuffed walls and dirty floors. I was almost excited with our room. From first inspection it looked good but the closer I got, the less happy I was. There was gum stuck to the side of one headboard. The clock between the beds was very dusty. It just seemed like a room that had been given a quick once over. As a personal preference, we were not fans of the bed. It was way too hard for us. We had a room with two double beds and I forgot how small those can be with two people in one. The door to the room didn't completely meet the jam so there was light that filtered in all night. The bathroom was ok but I can't recommend the provided amenities. The shampoo was ok but the conditioner stunk and the body wash was as runny as water. The toilet was very low to the ground. Our room had the scuffs and bangs like the common area mentioned before. The breakfast was lackluster. No taste for anything and we were very underwhelmed. Check out was again ok but I had to wait for two employees to finish going over a housekeeping list. In my opinion, good customer service would be to pause the "meeting", help the customer and then return to going over the list. I just stood there like I was invisible and wasn't acknowledged at all. I just can't recommend this place for a stay since there are better options available in my opinion.

While I appreciated the cleanliness of the room and the effectiveness of the air conditioning and heating, Unfortunately, the bed was exceptionally uncomfortable, resembling a stack of cardboard boxes rather than a restful sleeping arrangement. This made for a very unpleasant night, as I found myself tossing and turning due to the discomfort. Moreover, I also experienced another inconvenience with the bathroom sink, which drained very slowly. It was surprising that this issue had not been addressed, as it significantly impedes the overall functionality of the facilities. It is crucial that these matters be addressed for the comfort and satisfaction of future guests. I hope my feedback will be taken into consideration as you continue to improve the guest experience at Wyndham.

Mas poderiam agradar hospedes de outros lugares, oferecendo opções de frutas e queijo, presunto, etc...O café tb vai só até as 9h, enquanto outros hotéis estende até as 10h. O local é longe do centro de Orlando, cerca de 40min.

It was at the far end of the hallway; no closer rooms were available (even though we checked in at 3:00pm) The attendant at the front desk said there was an elevator at the far end of the hallway and a ramp to the parking lot. This was not true. The other end of the building did have an elevator, but there were three sets of stairs, and NO RAMP. The ramp that she spoke of was near the front elevator was near a steep slanted sidewalk that was very uneven (but not broken), and it ended with a 6-inch CURB! Definitely not ADA accommodating.

• 656tc (2/5): Terrible. Not clean, shower doesn’t work. Shocked to see positive reviews. - Awful experience. Checked in later in evening. So much wear and tear in common areas noted. Room dusty, furniture worn. Arm rest /Handle broke right off desk chair. Went to use shower and the only temp was scalding hot or ice cold. There was NO in between. Water also smelled bad and shower head was covered in crust. Family of 4 needing to shower so we went to front desk and they said they could not change room and there was no maintenance on site. Basically we were out of luck. After returning to room we noticed that the towels had yellow stains. Immediately checked out the next morning. Won’t recommended and won’t ever return. They did refund us for the second night (which we didn’t stay for ).
