And also near to the Station Ladbroke Groove Sometimes the Heater wil takes times for the heat. Some dishes not clean enough

• June (7/5): Probably fair - The apartment was in a good position The windows had a lot of black mould around the timber frames
• Neda (9/5): Everything alse ok. - Quiet, close to Portobello rd., Hyde Park and museum.. This three seater in dining room is not so comfortable. Maybe ok for young children not teenagers.

Great for 2-3 people. - Great location in the middle of Notting Hill close to tube, bus routes, restaurants and Portobello Road markets. Loved having the park outside. Relatively modern and great layout for 2-4 people. comfortable beds. We arrived on a very hot day in London and there was nothing to cool the apartment. It was fine as the week progressed and as London returned to normal temperatures but a small fan would be good. The shower water also appears to be stuck on 38c and we could not make it colder for our kids. May have been user error but it was fine for adults. There is a clothes washer but no drying rack, which would have been good to have.
• Annabel (7/5): Good - A lovely, light, clean apartment with a well equipped kitchen. Nice location in a quiet area, and the play park outside for the kids was great. We enjoyed our stay. A couple more blinds needed in the main room (window and glass front door) as very light when using the sofabed. A few things could do with being replaced or fixed.
• Christina (8/5): Highly recommended, especially for families. - The location was great, the park close to the house was amazing for the kids. It was spacious, and the aesthetic was good. The apparent could use more thorough cleaning, And better kitchenware.

• Elly (8/5): Comfortable stay if you are only there to use the place for sleeping and showering. - We really liked the location as we were there for carnival weekend. It was in the middle of everything. Also, a perfect size for a group of 4 people. More than that would be too packed. It has everything you need. Overall, good property, but they could have vacuumed the place before we arrived. So we ended up sweeping the floors ourselves.
• Rafael (10/5): The location was excellent for what we needed, the apartment was comfortable and the host was great! - Having travelled with my wife and 3-year old son, the location was excellent and the apartment had everything we needed. We were at walking distance from the Circle and Central lines, as well as a few playgrounds for kids (one of them literally around the block). In addition, the host was great! The shower temperature was not easy to regulate, but it was not a big deal and we were able to use it just fine.
• Ojeda (8/5): Very good - In general everything is very good. The only thing missing is cleanliness in the oven and an improvement in the quality of the cookware, which is very old and lacks the non-stick coating.
• Rebekka (10/5): Exceptional - Comfortable size Clean and tidy Clear communication with host (let us drop bags early) Excellent location - in the middle of 3 tube stations, close to many restaurants/bars/cafes and close to Portobello Road Comfortable main bed Loved our stay and would stay again If being picky - sofa bed was uncomfortable (could feel the springs), some general minor maintenance was needed.
• Heike (10/5): Perfect flat in one of the most adorable parts of London. - The apartment was absolutely lovely, in an adorable location just a stone's throw from Portobello Road. My children and I would happily have stayed forever, and we will try to book this again for our next trip to London. The hosts were very forthcoming and communication was excellent. All in all highly recomended.

• Cristina (5/5): Passable - Location is perfect The bed in the living room is very uncomfortable, and for anyone who struggles sleeping with light this is not the right apartment, because none of the blinds are blackout (some Windows don’t even have blinds). In the bathroom the vent is always on and there is not a switch to switch it off. The shower is a great size but the water is always VERY hot, probably the water mixer is not working.
