• lucia (10/5): veramente piacevole - posizione nel cuore di Roma, a due passi da piazza di Spagna, facilmente raggiungibile dal comodissimo parcheggio di villa Borhese Lo staff molto attento e premuroso fin dal momento della prenotazione L’appartamento di pregio con camere dalle dimensioni piu’ che generose Consigliatissimo per piccoli gruppi ( noi eravamo in 7 ) un ottimo rapporto qualita’/ prezzo

• TelexV (10/5): Lusso e comodità - L'appartamento è i uno dei quartieri più eleganti di Roma, lo spazio esterno e la vicinanza alla metro Spagna lo rendono veramente perfetto per chi non vuole rinunciare alla comodità. Niente di particolare, forse giusto un po' di rumore dai vicini quando si sta enlla zona esterna.
• Koistinen (9/5): Mahtavalla sijainnilla siisti hyvä majoitus - Majapaikka on todella siisti ja erinomaisella sijainnilla. Viihtyisä ja olimme erittäin tyytyväisiä siihen. Kaikki hanat ovat hieman rempallaan ja toisen suihkun veden paine olematon. Myös asunnon lukko kaipaisi kiristystä. Kuten pientä remppaa majapaikka kaipaisi mutta ei mitään suurta enemmän.

No había utensilios de cocina para comer, sobretodo ni un cuchillo. Si se usan los sofás cama, el acceso a los aseos es limitado, a través de las habitaciones.

• Debbie (10/5): - The place was so nice and convenient. It was literally a 3 minute walk to the Spanish steps and McDonald’s. Grocery market downstairs and lots of shopping nearby. Marco was a great host! He helped us how to get there to explaining everything. Such a wonderful and sweet guy. Everything about our stay here was pleasant. Would definitely book here again when we come back!!!

• Anna (9/5): Wonderful location and very clean! - We loved our stay at Louly Spanish Steps. It was the perfect home base for our family trip to Rome. The location was wonderful and safe, many cute restaurants, gelato shops, and bakeries right on the street outside the apartment. It was easy access to many of the sights and shopping. A very vibrant area. Our hosts were great and attentive, they even set up a driver that picked up us at the airport. the apartment was very clean. The bed in the master bedroom was uncomfortable but all of the other beds were fine. Due to the location this apartment is rather noisy late at night and in the early morning as the streets are being cleaned. We didn’t feel that was an issue though because it got us going early and had more of our day to enjoy. I would definitely book another stay here.
• Crtz (9/5): It would have been better if it was cleaner, especially as we had children with us. - The location of the apartment is very good, 3 min walk to Spanish Steps and 15-20 min walk to other tourist attractions (Trevi Fountain, Phanteon etc), metro station very close.The host was very friendly and very helpful , allowed us to leave our luggage before check in time and brought us a cot for the baby. The apartment was very spacious and nicely furnished. Unfortunately the apartment was not very clean, the carpets were full of hair and false eyelashes, there was no soap in the bathrooms, in some rooms it was very cold and the air conditioners didn't work and the coffee machine didn't work also.

• Rose (10/5): Fabulous place with quaint little giardino - This apartment was absolutely beautiful. It is located right by the Spanish steps and in the heart of all things wonderful about Rome. Davide, our host, was easy to work with and answered any and all of our questions promptly. When leaving the apartment for the train station, I left a bag behind and immediately contacted Davide to look for it. Without hesitation, he quickly went to the apartment to look for it and notified me that it was safe with him. Perfect location. Perfect accommodations. Perfect everything! Nothing
• Diana (10/5): We were greeted by Marco our Host and he was fabulous. Francesca, the cleaner was amazing - The location of this property is Amazing. It is very central to everything. Food, shopping, Sightseeing at your doorstep. Safe and amazing for the late nighters that want a drink or food. Taxis a short walk away. I must highlight the Service by our Host Marco. He was at our beacon call and came or answered everytime I called. The owners need to recognized what an amazing staff they have. The only drawback was the noise. Owner should consider securing/ceiling their windows to avoid so much noise. The property surroundings is very loud at night, lots of restaurants and bars that closes late-not a bad thing but cleanups and garbage pickup is in the middle of the night. Very sleep deprived.

The rooms were a great size, comfortable beds & fitted with everything you need when travelling. The communication with the host was excellent making for an extremely smooth arrival after a very long flight from Australia . We could not recommend this stay enough and will definitely return when next visiting Rome 🇮🇹 —

• Jennifer (7/5): Beautiful apartment with amazing location. I would not stay here again because of the noise - Recently updated. New linens and towels. Comfortable beds. Amazing location. Host was very responsive If noise is a concern, then this is not the property for you. It is very loud all day and into the night. Nowhere to hang towels in the bathroom, only one hairdryer, showers did not drain well so either intermittently using water or flooding the floor. The host was very responsive to fix this…but it didn’t really help. Also, only one key for 4 people who wanted to go separate places during the day. Front door did not feel very secure.
• Mary (8/5): Large space and great location - Very spacious 4 bedrooms (plus an extra twin bed) worked well for a multigenerational group of 8. Having an outdoor space with chairs was a great place to relax on a sunny day. Washer, dishwasher, providing soap for both was helpful. Toaster, espresso machine, bread knife all provided. Two couches pulled out into beds (and bedding supplied and easy to locate), which was helpful to keep the kids separated. When one of the toilets wouldn’t stop flushing and I reported it, maintenance came over and fixed it within a few hours. Location was wonderful—on a picturesque side street, across from a bar/ristorante, a few blocks from the Spanish Steps and Spagna Metro stop, near many restaurants, a Venchi gelateria, barely a block away from a decent grocery store, and within walking distance of so many landmarks in Rome. Kitchen table was too big for the small kitchen space and it was difficult to sit around it. Towels were a bit thin, but they were also large which kind of made up for that. It would have been helpful to have a couple extra towels rather than just one per person. One bedroom had no hangars. It was noisy in the early mornings when trucks went up and down the street (trash collecting, street sweeping or making deliveries to local businesses)— but in my opinion, was worth it because of the location.

• Nina (9/5): Amazing location and spacious for 9 people. Would stay again! - Location couldn’t have been better!! Perfect spot. Family of 9 with adults, everyone had their own room. Very spacious rooms. Clean and modern bathrooms. Very responsive hosts! Located on first floor, up only about 10 steps. Very safe area for tourists. We used bounce to store our bags right across the street at Cafe d’Angelo before check in time. Pictures were accurate in presentation of the space except slightly more worn down. The price you pay for the location is that it can be very noisy at night with restaurants all around. Only other thing was that the towels were limited. They were portioned for guests but no towel hooks to hang them to dry.

Great location (although that comes with Rome noise which we expected), enough room for all of us, clean, friendly and helpful staff! Lots of delicious places to eat right next to us. Walked to all the sites. Small grocery store a half block away. Charming area.

Perfect location Unfortunately the boiler of our apartment stopped working and could not be fixed so we were 7 women having to shower in one bathroom .. not ideal.... this happened at the end of our holiday inconvenient as we also had an early flight back so it was a bit stressful.... asked the person we were in contact with via whatapp... for a compensation but never got a reply
