• Lucas (1/5): … Schrecklich. Es gab nur Probleme! Wir haben im Lift fest gesteckt und mussten das Zimmer wechseln. - Es gab während dem Aufenthalt nur Probleme! Nachdem wir mitten in der Nacht angekommen sind ist als erstes der Lift stecken geblieben. Wir sind 40 Minuten in dem Lift drinnen gesteckt und konnten nicht raus. Am nächsten Tag hat in unserem Zimmer der Stromkasten begonnen laut zu Piepsen. Es war ein extrem lautes unangenehmes Geräusch. Wir mussten mitten in der Nacht in ein neues Zimmer umziehen. Verständnis von dem Hotel war keines. Wir haben zwei Getränkegutscheine bekommen, welche wir überhaupt nicht verwendet haben, da die Bar nur extrem kurz offen hat und früh schließt. Und zweimal Frühstück. Für diesen außergewöhnlich schrecklichen Aufenthalt und diese eigenartige Behandlung war das eine verhältnismäßig kleine Entschuldigung.

La femme à l’accueil était particulièrement désagréable et nous demandait systématiquement si nous séjournions bien à l’hôtel à chaque sollicitation. Pour le check-out, nous avons dépassé l’horaire de seulement cinq minutes et le téléphone n’a pas arrêté de sonner pour nous demander de quitter la chambre. J’ai trouvé que cela manquait vraiment de tact et de sens du service client.

• Mieke (9/5): Nice hotel in a lively neigbourhood - Great neighbourhord (Poblenou), very friendly staff I booked a double room and specifically asked for two single beds. However, this depends on the availability upon arrival. Since we had a late flight, all rooms with two single beds had already been taken when my son and I arrived. I understand this is a policy for a big hotel, but be aware of this if you really want single beds. The staff was luckily very helpful and moved us to another room the morning after.

Beach not too far away and local neighbourhood has plenty of bars and restaurants Hiring thee-bikes was great - we rode to the Camp Nou for the Barca match so was a great way to see lots of city on way and also easier to get away from the match - no taxi needed The terrace pool is freezing - surely you can pump some warm in to take the cold edge off - super freezing hahaha Only complaint mind :-)
• Leberkas (10/5): Top City Hotel - Top Hotel in guter Lage, gleich Nähe der U-Bahn L4 5min nur zu Fuß. Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet, der Blick über die Stadt sensationell. Das Frühstücksbuffet lässt (fast) keine Wünsche offen, das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und laufend kommen frische Sachen nach. Die RoofTop Bar lädt zu einem Drink am Abend ein und man genießt einen 360 Grad Blick über die Stadt. - - -

En este caso todo fue muy fácil porque tienen una sala de planchado con toda la comodidad. El personal muy amable y sonriente. El buen desayuno.

• Karen (9/5): A nice modern and clean hotel that I felt safe at. - The service at front desk was very good. The facilities were clean. The food for dinner and breakfast was good. Couldn't find information about what was around the hotel. I walked around and didn't see much (maybe 18 blocks).

• Fatima Berre (5/5): - The transportation is availabşe and location is great. It is really close to the sea and have great view in rooms and on the terrace also. The workers also helpful and kind. It is a three star hotel and very expensive but they don't even give you hotel slippers and coffee glasses to the room as default. The shower jell and the shampoo was awfull they were unusuable. We were staying with my girlfriend and we booked for a double bad but they gave us a room with two single beds placed side by side. The beds were always slipping and causing us to fall and sleep uncomfortably.

Plusem jest niewielka odległość od plaży. Dzielnica spokojna, klimatyczna. Sklepy spozywcze, restauracje bardzo blisko Acta Voraport. Personel hotelu bardzo pomocny, śniadania urozmaicone, pokój na 14. piętrze z widokiem na morze- bajka :) Na tarasie na 15. piętrze basen oraz widok na całą Barcelonę. Pokoje sprzątane codziennie. Minusów brak:) Hotel godny polecenia!

• Brat (8/5): - Hotel je dobar, doručak je odličan.lep pogled sa terase na 15 spartu. Mana to što se u sobi otvara prozor samo na kip i to max 5cm u gornjoj zoni, soba ne moze da se izluftira adekvatno.osecaj je kao da si u kutiji pomalo bez vazduha.

The rooms were well maintained with a nice city view, and the location was convenient with easy access to public transport and major attractions. The staff was friendly, and the breakfast was exceptionally good with plenty of fresh and tasty options. The overall experience felt smooth and professional. The rooms felt a bit compact, especially when traveling with luggage, and some outside noise could still be heard during the night. Apart from that, the overall stay was very good.

Would definitely recommend and would stay again. - The staff were friendly and efficient, the room was great, bed was very comfortable, window was large. nice easterly view for sunrise, breakfast was fantastic, 15th floor rooftop pool and terrace was fantastic for 360 degree views of the city, 5 minute walk to the beach, best Japanese restaurant 1 min walk North of hotel. Nothing.
