mrtravellerLondon (10/5): Fantastic buffet breakfast and beautiful room at Park Tower Knightsbridge Luxury Collection Hotel - The Park Tower Knightsbridge, Marriott's Luxury Collection Hotel, has an excellent location on Knightsbridge, next to Harvey Nichols and steps from Knightsbridge and Hyde Park Corner Tube Stations. Genuinely friendly, professional and helpful staff throughout the hotel. Particularly Front Desk staff member Sid, and all the staff at The Trianon breakfast restaurant. The rooms are all a spacious 31sqm / 334sqft and the categories only differ by view, so the higher the floor, the better the view, the higher the room category is. All rooms have a separate bathtub and walk in shower in marble bathrooms. Very comfortable beds, 200 thread count cotton sheets and Arctic Down pillows. The Buffet Breakfast is very good value at GBP 29 for a 5 Star Luxury hotel. Delicious food and very helpful staff in The Trianon restaurant. Excellent food and service at The Hyde Bar, which Iwrote a separate review on.

The hotel is beautiful, clean, and in an amazing location that made everything very convenient. A special thank you to Anna, who helped us with our room and made sure we were comfortable. Anna was able to check us in earlier than expected and in a beautiful room! We truly appreciated her efforts. Our room was spacious and made the experience even better. The service throughout the stay was outstanding. Classy and Nirjala (I believe I am spelling the name incorrectly) during breakfast and at other moments went above and beyond. They were attentive, made us feel genuinely welcomed, and we really enjoyed chatting with them. We will definitely be back and would highly recommend it to others.

Björn (7/5): Feel sorry for staff taking the blame of management!!! - yes , really good area. The hotel keeps the deposit of 150 p for 10-15 days, this is NOT OK, it's robbery and should be reported to police. It has nothing to do with bank, three to four days maximum !!!!

Shower head broken off the wall but still hanging on. Not a large selection on the breakfast buffet, no eggs, no cooked items. Can be ordered for an extra for which you have to wait an additional 15 mins. For this price we didn't expect that.

Mr_AK_82 (10/5): Service That Truly Stands Out in London - We had a wonderful stay at The Park Tower Knightsbridge. I’ll start with the only downside and then move to everything that made the stay memorable. Cons: The building is definitely showing its age. You can see some wear and tear in the rooms and certain parts of the property. Nothing that ruined the stay, but it is noticeable. Pros: The service here completely blew us away. While checking in, the front desk staff member, Lokesh, noticed from my son’s passport that it was his birthday. We didn’t mention it and didn’t even realize he had noticed. A few minutes after reaching our room, we received a slice of cheesecake with a handwritten birthday note for him. About an hour later, the hotel surprised us again with a soft toy and a box of truffles, along with another handwritten card signed by 4–6 hotel staff members wishing him a happy birthday. That level of thoughtfulness was incredibly touching and completely unexpected. Location: If you want to stay in the Knightsbridge area, the location is excellent. It’s very close to Harrods, great restaurants, Hyde Park, and easy to get around London from here. Rooms: The room size worked well for our family of four, which is not always easy to find in London hotels. The view from the room was decent, the bed was comfortable, and housekeeping did a very thorough job every day. The bathroom was also a good size compared to many London hotels, although the shower shape was a little unusual (probably due to the building’s circular design). Breakfast: As Marriott Titanium members, we received complimentary breakfast for two adults, and it was excellent. Pancakes, waffles, avocado toast, and omelettes were freshly made to order. The service during breakfast was again phenomenal. One of the staff members (a Spanish gentleman whose name I unfortunately don’t remember) remembered our names and our order from the previous day — and we only stayed two nights. Overall, while the building itself could use some updates, the service and staff — especially Lokesh at the front desk — made this stay truly memorable for our family.

karpyrn (10/5): Location Location Location! - I decided to do a quick 5 day (3 full day) mother-daughter trip this January and stayed at the Park Tower Knightsbridge. I would recommend to others and would love to return again for a future trip! We were kindly upgraded to a higher floor and a park view in our booked category. Whenever we entered the room it smelled like mint, not like smoke at all as another review mentioned. Room service was the only thing available close to midnight upon arrival and it was actually delicious. Housekeeping was late in the day as another review mentioned (but we were out all day so it didn't matter) and one night we had turndown service which included closing the curtains, putting water at our bedside, and a chocolate, which was appreciated. You could hear street noise at night, but I'm sure that's due to the fact that we were facing the street and we aren't used to city noise in general. The location was my primary reason for booking at the Park Tower... the Knightsbridge Underground station just outside the door through the corridor off the lobby on the Piccadilly line (2 stops away from the West End where we spent 2 nights at shows), a few minutes walk to Harrods and a few minutes more to the Victoria and Albert Museum and their amazing Marie Antoinette exhibition. Every staff member we met was friendly and helpful. I recommend the Park Tower Knightsbridge, and hope to return in the near future!
Noura (1/5): Disappointing Breakfast Experience Despite an Excellent Stay - الموقع Everything was good as always, and I always choose this hotel whenever I visit. This is actually the first time I tried the breakfast here, and unfortunately the male staff member at the breakfast reception was not friendly at all and treated us rudely, to the point that I stopped going for breakfast because of his attitude. I do not recommend the breakfast, and I will not return to this hotel

Amina (10/5): An exceptional stay defined by elegance, comfort, prime location, and impeccable hospitality - I really appreciated the high level of safety, the excellent location, and the overall comfort of the property. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the hospitality made the stay very pleasant. A special thanks to Mrs. Sasha and Mr. Krishna for their enormous efforts, professionalism, and kindness — they truly made a difference and enhanced my experience. Occasionally, there were minor delays with room cleaning when I returned after being out for a long period. However, the staff were responsive once contacted, and I trust this will be even smoother in the future.

They could have spoken to me without taking it, but I spoke to them and they said, "Okay, it's just a heads-up." I was surprised after checking out to find out they had deducted my security deposit because of the incense (even though I hadn't used it yet, they just saw it). ت The amount is over £200. This is the last time I'll stay at this hotel with my family and friends. stay at the Park Tower Hotel every year, but this year I don't know what's going on.
