- Dlclay1 (10/5): From a Lifetime Platinum - After disembarking from our cruise, we arrived at the Park Tower very early—not expecting to check in so soon. However, we were fortunate to be assisted by an exceptional staff member, Nicolas Cardoba, who truly went above and beyond. Even after a small hiccup on my part, he worked his magic and got us into a beautiful room well before the official check-in time. Our room was spacious, spotless, and well-appointed, with a fantastic shower and a wonderful view. The lobby is elegant, breakfast was excellent, and the hotel’s location is ideal for exploring Buenos Aires. I highly recommend the Park Tower, and would absolutely stay here again. A special thank you to Nicolas for his outstanding service—recognition well deserved from a Lifetime Platinum member.

- 454GlennR (10/5): GREAT EXPERIENCE - This is a terrific hotel. Location is great. Staff is wonderful. Rooms are lovely. Outdoor pool is nice. Asked for and received a very late checkout since we have an evening flight home. The only complaint we had was that the room smelled really musty, and the A/C seems to fight to keep up. We notified the concierge of the odor and she responded late that night with an offer to move us. By that time, we were unpacked and settled. Would be interesting to know if all the rooms smell this way or did we just get unlucky. We'd stay here again.

- Retiredcat2 (10/5): Palatial Marriott ambassador upgrade - Arrival Eduardo, the concierge, arranged for a hotel car to meet us at the airport. Our driver was waiting just outside the emigration area with a sign with our name. Be aware that there were over 30 drivers waiting for passengers, but Eduardo told us to meet him in front of the McDonald’s so he was easier to find. The driver did not speak English but quickly took our bags to the sedan which was parked right at the curb just outside the terminal. The hotel offers a variety of cars. The smallest and cheapest of these was large enough for the 2 of us, 2 large checked bags and 3 carry on bags. Traffic was heavy and it took an hour to reach the hotel. This service is more expensive than a taxi or uber but I thought that the convenience was worth the extra cost. Hotel location As the name suggests, the hotel is across the street from a park boasting an impressive clock tower. The Park tower is a five minute walk to the train station, a 5 minute taxi ride to the cruise port and a 20 minute walk to the pink palace. Checking in In many ways the park tower reminded me of a st Regis hotel. To check in, you sit in a chair at a desk-like table. Nicholas spoke perfect English, recognized our Ambassador status and told us about the complementary snacks in the afternoon and evening and where the complementary breakfast would be served. He told us we had been upgraded to a suite but it was not quite ready. It was about 10:30 am. We went to the lobby lounge and had a light lunch while we waited. Just as we finished lunch a hotel employee brought us our keys. THE SUITE!!! We get upgraded often and have stayed in many fine hotels but this 5 room suite was by far the largest accommodation we have ever had. The furnishings were quite opulent but comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. See pictures of the 2 living rooms, kitchen, bedroom, dining room and massive private terrace below. I did not take a picture of the beautiful marble clad bathroom but it featured a jacuzzi tub and two sinks. This is room 1850. Dining We ordered room service which came in about 30 minutes. The food was elaborately arranged on a trolley with a white tablecloth. The servings were generous and well prepared. Breakfast was delightful in the St Regis restaurant. There was a buffet with continental breakfast items as well as scrambled eggs and the like (see pictures). Breakfast includes ala carte items. I never saw a menu. I just told the waiter what I wanted and he brought it. I especially liked the wheat toast cut into circles. The breakfast wait staff were outstanding We did not make it to the fitness center or the pool but we enjoyed walking in the nearby park We very much enjoyed our 1 night stay at the Park Tower. The staff are all welcoming, efficient and anxious to please.
- Shen_Jackson (8/5): 5 star service, 4 star facilities - The service is top notch, our check in experience, room service, and interactions with the concierge were all great. However, this hotel is due for a renovation. Our rooms were actually really nice, but dated. Interestingly, the biggest issue was the doors. Our connecting room door was screwed shut, and several of the room doors were badly misaligned. This hotel will be amazing once redone.

Daarbij kwam een voortreffelijk ontbijt en een uitstekende locatie. De accommodatie oogt afgeleefd. Hoewel de kamer acceptabel was, waren er meerdere gebreken: een lekkende douche die niet correct kon worden afgesloten, geen haardroger en geen koffie- of theefaciliteiten. Ook de fitnessruimte en de zwembadomgeving zijn duidelijk verouderd. In zijn huidige staat beantwoordt dit hotel niet langer aan een vijfsterrenclassificatie, wat bijzonder teleurstellend is voor een Marriott-hotel.

- RVingNolefan (10/5): Five Star Experience - This was an excellent hotel and we experienced a wonderful stay. The level of service was definitely 5 star. From manning the front doors to friendly greetings, handling our luggage to making us feel welcome and appreciated. The rooms were large and felt very high end, especially the bathroom. The bed was extremely comfortable and everything was very clean. We had room service twice and the food was excellent. The complementary breakfast was high end and was more like a dining experience. All of the employees we encountered were top notch. I would like to highlight how helpful and pleasant Leonardo was. Assisting us with luggage tags, luggage handling and securing a taxi when our Uber was too small for our luggage. I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.

Everything experience was top-notch, made so by each & every staff member. I hope I do not forget anyone, but we received excellent service from the moment of checking in with Manuela to Juan, Alejandro & Tomas at the concierge desk, Ignacio at the Lobby Lounge, and especially Eva who personally pointed out the history of all the sights we could see from all our windows on the 19th Floor. - thecharlesjansen (10/5): Luxury collection level staff - Maria Julia Linares helped transform this stay into a truly enjoyable experience. The hotel is very nice, and part of it is currently being renovated (I never heard any noise from the renovation). I’m looking forward to seeing the new floors! You can really feel the Luxury Collection spirit in how much the employees care. Aside from Maria Julia, many others did everything they could to provide the best experience possible. The maids were always happy to offer extra help—for instance, Eva saw we were taking pictures of the view and told us we could go to the top floor on the Sheraton side for an even better view. Matthias and Alan at reception were always very friendly and helpful. All the room-service staff were courteous and efficient, both when taking the order and when delivering the tray. If I ever need a good hotel in Buenos Aires again, I will definitely return to the Park Tower.

We were then told that there were many elite members staying at the hotel and that check-in would therefore be much later, but they could not tell us when — whether at 4:00, 5:00 p.m., 6:00 p.m., or even later. I am an Ambassador member. I honestly don’t mind — I very rarely need late check-out. What we then decided to do was leave the hotel and move to the Four Seasons hotel. What bothered me the most was the cheap atmosphere. This is supposedly a Sheraton hotel with an annex, but it is not upscale at all. The service from the front desk staff - I believe Angela was among the most unmotivated and incompetent I have ever experienced in a hotel for decades. We are now happily staying at our alternative hotel, and I would not recommend the Park Tower Hotel to anyone — unless one is looking for a thoroughly mediocre hotel.

Most of my experiences are pretty much the same - staff is super friendly and genuinely try, but are not aware of how to deal with Marriott elites. Literally, they don’t know what Titanium and Ambassadors are entitled to. The same applies to the manager as well. My recommendation - if you’re a Marriott elite, and want a good hotel, go to the Park Hyatt (yes not Marriott) or the Hilton Puerto Madero, or even the Sheraton next door! Pro’s: friendly staff, good location Cons: OLD rooms that need a major uplift. Lack of knowledge of how to deal with elites. Suites need a refresh badly. The lobby coffee shop is decent, great service! Managers are unable to handle English speaking guests and don’t know what a Marriott Ambassador or Titanium means. Recommendations: avoid unless you have no other options. Sheraton is 10-15% cheaper but at least you get what you pay for.

- StevenD861 (10/5): Old world charm, fantastic service - Great location, great service. The Park Tower is part of the Sheraton Hotel complex near the port in Buenos Aires. It oozes old-world charm in its decor and in its service. We travelled with another couple and the rooms were well appointed with great insolation from the other rooms. The bathrooms had all the desired amenities and the hot and cold water worked well. We dined every morning in the Park Tower restaurant. The buffet had plenty of great choices and a fantastic spread of pastries, bread and fruits. Sparkling wine was available and flowed freely the entire time. One morning we had omelets made to order. Perfect breakfast experience. On our first day we peppered the concierge, Gustavo, with question after question. He gave us thoughtful replies and helped us build an itinerary based on our conversation. We wanted to see a Tango show and he provided several options that appealed to a variety of price ranges. The one we finally selected, Michelangelo Legend, was awesome - precisely what we were looking for. Park Tower is a great place to stay if you’re in Buenos Aires for a few days. You won’t be disappointed.

I am unsure why there are NO hotels anywhere near the airport in this city but this hotel does a great job of taking care of its airport “road kill” guests. I didn’t get in until midnight and had a next flight at 11 pm the following night. They have 24h room service and were incredibly accommodating in giving me a very late check out. Taxis in this city have been manipulative, prefer uber. Taxis are around $45 each way. Room service menu is quite good and guest service staff are so kind and accommodating. I am so appreciative to this hotel for making three very long travel days less painful! Rooms are spacious and lovely. Absolutely no complaints about my experience here.

- SKG109 (8/5): Lots of opportunities for improvement. - This was my third The Luxury Collection hotel in 2023 on three continents and this one left me wanting in comparison. We stayed there for four days with a gap of two days (Iguazu Falls). Their suites were sold out so no upgrades even as a Lifetime Titanium member. Their Governor suite was empty but the management has decided that “it is not part of the upgrade program.” They would rather keep them empty than delight their loyal customers. In any case, the rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are beautiful and well appointed. The disappointing part was the small things: - lack of a welcome gift like fruits or chocolates - lack of a dining facility - lack of hot food for the complimentary evening lounge - lack of a spa - the service during breakfast- 50’ to get over easy eggs - the large stains on the sofa - the quality of the towels The best things at the hotel were the porters and concierges. Very helpful. Overall: pretty good but can be great.

I have been delighted with the classic and elegant decor, the comfort of my room, the central location on Plaza San Martín, and, above all, the very kind, professional, and helpful staff. I had a corner suite which was silent and absolutely spotless. The a/c worked flawlessly in the Buenos Aires summer. The bed was extremely comfortable and I slept well. The buffet breakfast in the St Regis Restaurant was extensive and delicious. An all around excellent experience. That said, I do agree with some reviewers that this property needs a bit of a refresh to remain competitive with other luxury hotels in the area. Despite this, I’d not hesitate to return to The Park Tower, especially at its price point. Recommended!

- kellyn498 (6/5): Not Worth the Price – Far from Luxury - I recently stayed at the Park Tower Buenos Aires, expecting a luxury experience, but the hotel fell short in several areas. While the property is decent, it’s outdated and doesn’t live up to the “luxury” label it advertises. One positive was that the hotel accommodated an early check-in, which was appreciated. However, that’s where the highlights end. The concierge service while helpful was disappointing—they couldn’t book any tickets and simply directed me to websites, which defeats the purpose of having a concierge at a luxury hotel. This is not their fault but a hotel policy which I haven’t come across before. The rooms were underwhelming. The sheets were itchy, the pillows were flat, and overall, the accommodations felt tired and in need of a refresh. Honestly, for the price, I’d recommend saving your money and staying at the Sheraton, which is connected to this hotel. While the location is convenient, the overall experience did not justify the premium cost. There’s significant room for improvement if the Park Tower wants to compete in the luxury category.
- BonVoyage2U (10/5): Two Great Weeks at the Park Tower - We had a great two week stay at the Park Tower! It's very well located. It's a five minute walk to San Martin and Calle Florida or, in the other direction, Puerto Maduro. The whole hotel is spotlessly clean. The personnel were all super! They gave us ely check in on rival nd let check out on departure. As Lifetime Titanium we were given access to the Sheraton Club and those folks were the best! The rooms are large and well-kept. Some have suggested that they are dated but I loved mine especially the art.. The bathrooms are elegant. This was a corporate stay so not sure about the price point. It is in a very busy location so all the views involve looking at busy roads but I could also see the park. We could easily walk to our office from here -- maybe 20 minute. No doubt where I'll stay on my next trip to BsAs.

Asked to fix but no use.I just gave up..... 2- My check out time was 16:00, and i asked for a late check out ( 2 hours more).Even being a Marriot Bonvoy member - and having stayed two full weeks at the hotel, I was refused - with the excuse of that the hotel was full. I am actually sitting now at the entrance and cannot see a soul...... I wonder how Marriot does not audit the hotel....I usually stay at Marriot hotels but this time it was quite a disapointment!! Indeed not a "luxury" hotel....
- docfoodie2013 (10/5): Enjoy Buenos Aires! - I was here on business. It is adjacent to the Sheraton. I would give it a 4.5. It is also a Marriott Bonvoy to utilize your Marriott points. The lobby is lovely. The service is fantastic. Classic hotel experience. I love the 24 hr room service and the ability to do formal tea in the lounge. I did not have time to go to the gym but my room was large enough with a great view to do yoga. I would highly recommend this if on business nearby. The hotel restaurants have also been very good. The WiFi is excellent. It is very clean and the staff were incredibly friendly and capable. Many staff spoke English very well. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Eva, our butler was determined to make our stay wonderful. She would write little notes for us every morning. We enjoyed 5 nights in Buenos Aires. We got a suite beautiful room, very conveniently located. Amazing views of the city and harbors. They don't have breakfast included but have a lounge service from 6-8 which was average compared to most of our other hotel. Gustav concierge was a fountain of knowledge. He helped us tailor our trip. We took a Gaucho day trip from hotel as well. The breakfast is delicious buffet! We enjoyed all the local treats. Dutchess Leche based breads. Andrew was wonderful server. Overall a great stay!

- Edmond (5/5): We would not stay at Park Tower again - Location was close to the cruise terminal but not in a great part of town. The doormen and concierge were very professional and courteous. Our room was large and the king bed and bedding was very comfortable, however, parts of the room showed wear and were very unattractive and off-putting. For example, in the bathroom the grouting around the showers glass enclosure looked awful as if it was unclean and a long section of grouting in the entry way looked like it could be dirt or rust. The look of these things was definitely not what one expects from a hotel that advertises itself as a luxury property.

- Joseph (10/5): - The Park Tower Hotel is part of the Sheraton BA property and they share amenities including health & fitness club. There are separate lobbies, but are both accessible with provides for an expanded selection of bars, restaurant, and amenity options. The best part about staying at the Park Tower is the customer service - from the front desk, bell stewards, waiters, gym staff, and concierge - they all go out of their way to ensure you the best possible stay, and remember your name. I enjoyed breakfast and dinner at the St Regis Restaurant on the 2nd floor and room service, with provides options from the 4 various restaurants. My room was on the 10th floor with an amazing view over La Torre (Inglaises/The English Tower) and Retiro, on the opposite side, views are over Plaza San Martin. You will have an excellent view on either side. The rooms are spacious, and if you reserve a corner Junior Suite, it's huge! The furnishings are classic, well maintained, and very comfortable. There is a nice seating area, desk/work area, and comfortable bed with very nice bed linen. I love the bathrooms - marble counters, with brass fixtures, soaking tub in addition to walk-in shower, toilet and bidet in a separate WC. The towels they provide and of good quality and they are very generous. This is a large property that's been around since the 1980s, and there are some maintenance issues; however, my overall impression is that they are making an effort to maintain and update the hotel(s).

Delicious breakfast and evening meal in the restaurant. The lobby bar served snacks and great cocktails. Staff friendly. The only downside was check-in and particularly check-out which took ages and was understaffed bearing in mind a couple of big cruise ships were in dock so hotel very busy.
