From the moment we arrived, every staff member made us feel genuinely welcome. The front desk, luggage service, housekeeping, and team members throughout the lobby and restaurants were all consistently friendly, professional, and helpful. It truly felt like they cared about making every guest’s stay special. A special thank you to the incredible team at the pool and The Sala restaurant/bar — Meena, K, Fang, Auan, MJ, Fern, Folk, Good, and Ploy. Their service was outstanding. They remembered our drinks after the first night, always greeted us warmly, and made every visit enjoyable. That level of personal attention really stood out. The room was excellent, comfortable, and well-maintained. Housekeeping did a fantastic job, and I especially appreciated their honesty and professionalism when they found 600 baht left in clothing I had sent for laundry. They returned it with a note along with the cleaned clothes — a small gesture that says a lot about the integrity of the staff. Also, the Kaprao Pizza at The Sala was unique and delicious — a great fusion of Italian and Thai flavors that I highly recommend trying. Overall, this is an amazing hotel in a perfect Bangkok location with exceptional service from start to finish. I would absolutely stay here again.

- SUSHILCHOUBAY (10/5): Luxury Without Limits: Even After Check-Out! - I recently had a one-night stay at the Sheraton Grand Sukhumvit on 29th march, 2026,and it was truly exceptional. My only regret is that one night is simply not sufficient to fully enjoy everything this property has to offer—I highly recommend staying longer to truly soak in the atmosphere. Highlights of the Stay: • The Third-Floor Escape: One of the absolute highlights was the beautiful swimming pool area on the third floor. Surrounded by lush, tropical greenery. The third floor isn't just for swimming; it’s a culinary destination. o The Sala: This alfresco restaurant by the pool is stunning. o The Living Room: Just steps away, this lounge offers a more sophisticated, "jazz club" feel. • Flexible Guest Policy: I was particularly impressed by their thoughtful policy regarding amenities. Even after checking out, the hotel allows you to continue using the facilities. This was a lifesaver for making the most of my final day without feeling rushed. • The Room: It was high rise room and comfortable with separate luggage store area. • Unbeatable Location: With direct bridge access to the BTS Asok and MRT Sukhumvit stations, exploring the city was incredibly convenient. Also there is mall terminal 21 connected with overbridge. • Breakfast: The breakfast spread at Orchid Café is excellent. Excellent service , caring and a lovely atmosphere. - SolskjaerZA (8/5): Perfect location on Sukhumvit, but rooms need a refresh. - The Sheraton Grande is perfectly located on Sukhumvit Road, with direct access to the BTS Skytrain. You are also directly across the road from Terminal 21 mall, which was super convenient for food and shopping. The room was spacious and comfortable, although it is starting to look a little dated compared to other hotels in this price range. However, what really makes this hotel shine is the staff. Everyone was excellent, friendly, and helpful throughout my stay. Would stay again for the location and service, though I hope they update the rooms soon.

Die Oase am Pool ist einzigartig und dies mitten in der pulsierenden Grossstadt. Die Lage ist perfekt und vieles ist zu Fuss oder mit der BTS gut erreichbar. The Royal Suite itself was absolutely stunning—spacious, elegant, and designed with comfort in mind. Every detail reflected a high standard of luxury, making it a perfect retreat. Overall, an outstanding stay made even more memorable thanks to Nadia and Aum’s exceptional butler service. I would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning again soon.

- livingitlarge (10/5): A Wonderful Hotel in a Great Location - Always a 5* star at the Sheraton Grande. We've been visiting for about 25 years and it's great to see familiar faces on arrival "home". Meena by the gorgeous Sala pool is just incredible, always remembers us and makes us our favourite ginger drink. Rooms are spotless, staff are friendly and helpful, Vada Gimlet cocktail is always perfection. Can't recommend it enough, it's a wonderful hotel.

- Mark (10/5): The best of Bangkok - Exceptional hotel that lifts the already high bar of Thai hospitality. The attention to detail and the natural kindness and helpfulness of the breakfast staff in The Orchid Cafe (main breakfast area) cannot be beaten in my experience. They were wonderful to my two children (aged 7 and 1), especially Chanida and Puttin who just went that extra mile in making the breakfast experience pleasant and family-friendly. The variety and quality of breakfast choices on offer is first rate - we particularly enjoyed the less common Arabic, Indian, Korean and Japanese options, alongside the usual European and Thai choices. We had a Butler Service room on the 31st floor that allowed us to order inclusive iced coffee, Thai tea, juice, etc. Also included were these drinks and Thai desserts daily between 2pm-3pm in The Living Room (except on Sundays, Orchid Cafe). Housekeeping were so kind and considerate and serviced the room around our schedule. Every member of staff seemed to take time to make my children's visit special. The location is also exteremely convenient. The hotel lobby connects to a walkway that takes you to BTS Asok and the Terminal 21 mall. Highly recommended to families, couples and single travellers who will enjoy the nightlife nearby.
- J5596WPrb (10/5): Definitely Be Back!!! - My wife and I had the pleasure staying at this hotel for over a month. The hotel is beautiful and located in a great area in Bangkok. The rooms were larger than the standard rooms we are accustomed to which made our extended stay much more comfortable. In general the room service and housekeeping was top notch. They were prompt, always got the order correct, and always courteous and smiling. The biggest highlight of this trip was meeting some off the staff at BARSU and SALA. They are the most friendliest people out there. They would remember our names and always greet us when we go there. They genuinely strike up conversation with you at the same time servicing other customers. Each day after work, I would go there to relax and enjoy some cocktails. They knew us so well that they already had our drinks ready. They also closed down the venue for our group and allowed our group to have a karaokoe night. Special shout out to the BARSU staff: Khun Boom, Bas, and Fai, you made my wife and I feel like family. Also special shout out to "K" from SALA. We didn't go there as much but when we did, you treated us exceptionally well. One last special recognition goes to the Khun June, the sales manager assigned to our group. Thank you so much for giving our group so much of your time and energy. You excelled in so many ways to ensure our stay was a great one, and you succeeded beyond my imagination. Especially the beautiful swimming pool and the outstanding service from the staff member named Jedsada. Kriss, the front desk associate who checked me in, also provided excellent and professional service. From the outset, communication with the hotel well ahead of my stay was prompt, clear, and reassuring. We thoroughly enjoyed our elite benefits, including a room upgrade and complimentary breakfast. Our family suite was perfectly suited to our needs, offering both comfort and space. The design throughout the hotel beautifully blends rich Thai elements with a modern, forward-looking aesthetic. Breakfast was outstanding — both in its variety, as well as quality — and the staff consistently went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and well taken care of. The pool deck is a true oasis amidst the energy of Bangkok. The concierge team — A, Lucky, and Jockey — were exceptional, warmly greeting us each time we passed through the entrance and assisting with our bags. Gun, who served us at The Library, and Gift, who delivered our dinner at Basil, were equally impressive. Too many staff members here deserve special recognition for their diligence and dedication. I have tried to remember as many names as possible of those who made our stay special, but in this hotel, it is almost overwhelming to do so. Most importantly, I would record my gratitude to Khun Bint, Front Office Manager, for his thoughtfulness and attention to detail in assigning us a room that kept my family close together. I very much look forward to returning to Sheraton Grande Sukhumvit soon.

Blackout curtains are very effective, such that I thought I woke up in the middle of the night, when it was actually very bright outside already. Garden swimming pool area is very pleasant. There is a fully equipped gym and large sauna/jacuzzi area. The hotel is not new but maintenance is good.

- 453id (10/5): Puttan Is Truly an Asset to the Sheraton - I had an amazing stay at the Sheraton Grande Sukhumvit. What made our visit even more memorable was the exceptional service we received at the breakfast buffet, especially from Puttan. Puttan is truly an asset to the hotel. She is one of the most hardworking waitresses I have ever seen. The way she manages the dining area is incredibly impressive — clearing tables efficiently while still maintaining a warm and attentive presence. It almost felt like she was on autopilot with how smoothly she handled everything. What stood out even more was her attention to detail and genuine care for guests. She remembered that we had stayed here before, and when my mother asked about some fruits that were not available at the buffet that day, Puttan went out of her way to arrange them for us and even prepared them nicely packaged. It’s rare to come across service that feels so personal and thoughtful. Puttan made our mornings at breakfast truly special, and the hotel is very lucky to have someone like her on the team.

- AnGr2013 (10/5): Gem - There is a sense of elegance and luxury in this somehwat aged beauty with impeccable service level, that by itself is alredy worth booking it. But what makes it a real winner is the location. You have direct access to two major Metro stations, a whole row of tailors right by the hotel, markets and a major shopping mall right next to it. We will definitely return. The pool might be a bit small and cold, but the beautifully tropical setting around it, with the best lounge chairs I have ever laid on, are another real benefit.

From the bell desk to the concierge and the restaurant, I am known by name. This culture of excellence is clearly ingrained at every level. Just yesterday, I was escorted to my table by Khun Gun, a young intern here as part of her college degree. Even at the start of her career, she knew my name and perfectly embodied the sophisticated grace of this hotel. They don’t just provide service; they curate an experience based on my specific preferences—from the pillows in my room to my breakfast order. When even the hard-boiled eggs arrive pre-cracked for convenience, you realize no detail is too small for this team. To every department: your consistency is staggering. I accept defeat, Sheraton—you have won a lifelong advocate.
