- Elin (6/5): The pictures are not true - The pictures do not even look remotely close to what it actually looks like. It was kind of clean and it was fine but didn’t realize until after. The wifi was really bad and there was a lot of noise all day (especially in the mornings)

- Haja (8/5): Decent hotel for short stay - It was a decent stay, and near to Hanoi City center. Staffs were very accomodative and price were reasonable. It was opposite side of old quarters, but walkable distance.
- Sirinda (7/5): Good - The room is quite cozy and the bed is soft. There is also an air conditioner, a water heater and bath tub. It's quite worth the price. The location is hard to find and there's no breakfast or any welcome drink or snack. The water heater made the water too hot sometimes.

- Danielle (5/5): Passable - Free toiletries. Lift. Nice receptionist. Spacious room. Bed was basically broken. Very, very uncomfortable. Bathroom door didn’t close. Weird decor.

Walls are thin, it makes the room quite loud. But not to the point of being annoying. No facilities beside the room (no restaurant, no pool...). No coffee or water is offered with the room.

It's at the end of an alley which is a bit hard to locate. But there's a little sign with the hotel's name on it by the road. Not the cleanest room.

I stayed there just one night in a single bedroom to chill and rest after a long journey jumping from one hostel dorm to another. Big bedroom, comfortable bathroom. The only "bad" this is that it was a little bit hard to find it since it is located in a side alley with no signs on the main street

- Adam (9/5): Comfortable stay in a large en-suite room. - Spacious room for with desk, chair and private bathroom. Lift available to higher floors. 20 minute walk to old quarter. Very friendly staff, unable to check in early but allowed us to keep our bags in the foyer. Little bit tricky to find. Google maps takes you to the start of the small alley way, the hotel is down this alley way . Luckily the locals pointed us in the right direction. Smelt slightly of smoke due to smoking in the reception area.

- Penman (2/5): Wouldn’t go back. Not like pictures - The male receptionist who checked us in was lovely. The hotel lobby is someone’s living room/ car parking lot inside the reception. There is noise like karaoke at 7am in the morning. The family that live in the hotel are very loud no matter what time it is. We had a lizard in our room and the lady receptionist couldn’t understand what we were saying and then said I can’t do anything about it because he is on the ceiling he won’t hurt you. The location is about a 10/15 minute walk away from everything and you have to cross a main road to get to the centre. Room wasn’t the cleanest and the bed linen was very old. Pictures don’t match the actual hotel

- Denise (5/5): Passable - We booked almost last minute, cause we changed our planes while we were travelling, so it was good price/quality ratio. But it's not in a great location, cause you have to find it in an alley and you have to cross a big junction to get to the city center. Some of the staff don't speak English, but with Google translate was ok. It's a bit dirty and there's no natural light, it's definitely not like in the photos

The pictures and the room were very different, they only cleaned the room one day, and there was a club near by so you could listen to music all night.

- Luke (7/5): Average, bad location but okay rooms for cheap price. - The room was big and the bed comfy, it was fairly clean. The sink drained straight onto the floor which was smelly and disgusting and made the floor in the bathroom constantly wet. The floor didn’t feel super clean. The location is not great it’s hard to find down an alley way and you have to cross a busy motorway type road to make your way into the city. We tried to get our laundry done here and when we got it back it was like it hadn’t even been washed, it was all smelly and dirtier than when we gave them it. They didn’t charge us for it which was good but it meant we had to find an express laundry to actually get the clothes clean. Our Air-con also broke and reception came and pressed some buttons and just said it’s broke and will try fix tomorrow but we checked out the next day so it was no good.

- Anonymous (3/5): Would look elsewhere next time - it had the basics (albeit unhygienic) it does not look like the picture at all, molt everywhere, insects on the floor, stains in the bedsheets, dust everywhere and yes, very smoky too as it’s allowed to smoke inside. I’ve flagged this to OYO Hotel but they decided to reply only with generic automated messages that did not resolve the situation.

- Silvia (8/5): Very good - The hotel is the same as it looks on the pictures, it is nice, quiet and just 10 min walking to the city centre. Everything was good except the cooker that didn't work properly but they let me to cook in their kitchen. Also, the didn't have kitchen stuff to cook at all, just a glass and a plate so I missed that as I rented the apartment mainly to cook.
