The property was decent. $100.00 deposit that was never communicated in any of the property policy. That was very upsetting and surprising that I had to pay an additional $100.00 when I already per paid for my room before I arrived. Was not allowed to check in without paying the deposit even though my room was already paid for. Also, false advertisement saying they provide breakfast. All the had was coffee, muffins, yogurt, granola bars and Quaker instant oatmeal. No hot food or fresh fruit.

I didn’t find out until I checked in that the pool was permanently closed. It was one of the many reasons that I booked at the hotel was the kitchenette and the pool.

Chocolate or blueberry, had no blueberries in them. No extra blanket, kitchenette with absolutely no utensils or pots. A shampoo , no hair dryer. Only good thing was the price and bed The place! Need to vacuum the hallways probably not done for a month

• Tomas (8/5): Buena relacion precio - producto - El cuarto es espacioso, esta bien insonorizado y esta bien equipado, tiene microondas, heladera y una pequeña cocina. Cuenta con un escritorio muy comodo para trabajar y un sillon. La estadia incluye un morning coffee con muffins, sirve para arrancar el dia. La limpieza del lugar es bastante mala, estuve 14 dias y limpiaron el cuarto solo una vez y tuve que pedirselo. En recepcion las personas que atienden son una peor que otra, no tienen ni la mas minima gana de trabajar ni buena predisposicion.

The location was very good for the purpose of my trip. - Every time I needed something from the staff, they were very nice and helpful, especially Alejandra, who helped me every time I needed some information. I had read in the web, before choosing the hotel, that they had a swimming pool, but I found that it has been out of service for some time and there're no signs of any plan to put this in operation soon.

• Chris (5/5): Careful what your booking. - The bed was comfortable. When we checked in, we were given a downgraded room. When we asked, we were told that the room we booked was overbooked and given away. The first solution, we will give you two rooms for the two of you! That made no sense. We ended up getting a room almost like what we booked, but not quite, and Im pretty sure it's a lower cost room. When we got to our new room, neither of the key cards worked, back down to reception. Got in the room, and the pictures online are definitely staged, touched up pictures. Way more run down than I expected. When you leave the front desk and head to the elevator, you are meet with a pungent odor of musty mildew and stale air, and most of the hallways are the same, there is no air movement. Now, for some other surprises. The pool is closed, as far as I could see, there is nowhere online thasts listed so if you looking for a hotel with a pool, nope! Then the "breakfast" they call it a continental breakfast, but bitter coffee and a muffin dies not constitute a continental breakfast. Even the front desk staff say, "If you want breakfast, go to IHop." That's fine if we didn't pay for breakfast included. It's definitely not worth the price we paid for the room. I have to find a way to get some kind of refund.

Demoraram para confirmar a reserva que já estava feita pelo aplicativo, nos atenderam com arrogância e falta de educação. Estava sem bateria em um dos celulares. Exigiram pagamento antecipado e eu estava sem bateria no celular e sem minhas malas. Não deixaram usar a internet do hotel para conectar o banco para fazer o pagamento. Diz no anúncio ter café da mama, mas não tem. Tem só um café preto e um bolinho desses de pacote. Não tinha nem água para vender. E na saída com nosso Uber na porta ainda queriam segurar nossa saída até conferir o quarto dizendo que tinham que confirmar se não havia danos. Total desrespeito com cliente. E não foi barato o valor da estadia. NÃO RECOMENDO NEM PARA INIMIGO

Dirty hallways and elevator. Beds uncomfortable. They were supposed to have breakfast in the mornings, but every time my husband went down there they had nothing available.. and we were there for a week and a half and this was like every day.

Além disso um casal de amigos reservou um quarto com sofá-cama e na hora do check in, não havia sofá-cama no quarto e o filho teve que ficar literalmente no chão.

J'ai pris cette chambre car il y avait une cuisine. Pas d'assiettes pas de couverts pas de casseroles uniquement un frigo et une plaque. Nous sommes 2 adultes et 2 enfants les enfants dorment dans le canapé lit il n'y avait pas les draps pour leur lit et seulement 2 serviettes et pas suffisant de gel douche et shampooing 1 seul échantillon de shampoing. Bruyant mais ça nous nous en doutions étant donné que nous sommes à côté de l'aéroport.
• erikadF1597HI (2/5): We got scammed by Camila Acosta… - My party and I were unfortunately stranded in Miami due to the snowstorm. We stayed at Extended Stay America Premier Suites- Miami - Airport - Miami Springs. We paid the night and a $100 deposit. We wanted to reserve for the next day. (We paid day by day in case we found a sooner flight) Camila told us to call before 11am the next day. We called that same night at 10pm. My sister and I go downstairs the next morning and the rate was $110. We were told that by phone and confirmed the price in that moment. Everything was fine, the lady did not give us a receipt but we thought it was okay. I let her know of a lot of things not working in the room and she said that it was normal. We leave our room at 1:49 pm to take an uber and do some shopping. When we come back at 7pm we were locked out of our room. We head to the desk and the lady told us we did not pay so we were locked out. We tell her we did pay, I checked my account but it actually didn’t show in my transactions so it really didn’t go through. I had no problem paying in that instance but she wanted to charge us $180 because it was a walk in. I told her I was not paying that because we reserved the night before and we paid that morning that price. After going back and forth she calls Camila Acosta the manager. She claims that after the transaction didn’t go through, someone was sent to our room and to call us. Nobody called me and I asked her at what time did someone knock on our door: she said 1pm and I told her we took an uber at 1:49pm so that was impossible. I told her she could call her coworker from this morning because she charged us $110. And she called the lady but she claimed she didn’t remember us. So Camila said she could take a look at the cameras to confirm the amount we paid, but out of nowhere she said she can’t access the cameras, that she would have to call the cops to access them. I told her I was fine by that. The cops arrive and check the cameras and see that I did pay but the angle doesn’t show the screen. They said that they spoke to Camila and she could bring the price down to $130 but not $110. I told the cops that the problem wasn’t the price, it was the moral behind it. Why would 2 different employees tell me the same price and then lie that someone tried to contact me and now the police gets called when Camila stated she could access the cameras. *Which I have proof of my conversation with her before and after the cops were called.* The cops were very kind but said we either pay the rate they’re telling us or to take our things and leave. We decided to pay the $130 and find a hotel for the next day, which we did! I have proof of how raggedy and terrible the room was. Our bathroom door wouldn’t close, it literally fell on me. The front door handle was completely loose. Outlets weren’t working. Of course we were charged the $100 deposit but they claimed it was because we had a “late check-in” which makes absolutely no sense. Why not charge this in the same moment. Anyways we left reviews on Google and they are magically hidden. We contacted corporate, the person on the phone said that the manager of all hotels would contact me in 48 hours. I had to call them because I received no phone call. And my case was closed by a supervisor because they didn’t want to do business with me. Which is so funny since we would never do business with this hotel again. From this disgusting hotel that we stayed at because it was last resort, to their unprofessional corporate office, this all sounds like a joke but it’s not. I’m taking matters into my own hands and suing, and taking this to Tik Tok since they want to play in my face. I don’t know if they scammed us because we’re all young. I wish we wouldn’t stayed in the airport that night….

• Emil (5/5): ikke så excellent - Man kunne ikke betale med Google Pay for ophold i hotellet eller via mobil phone oprettet betaling kort da de kræve at betale med fysisk kort som er meget behageligt og derfor man oplever stor stress og blive meget bekymret for den slags kræve fra hotellet Også de har dårlig or ring morgenmad, so vil jeg ikke anbefale den hotel at opholde sig i hotellet.
• Rafael (7/5): Miami Relax - La ubicacion es excelente cerca del aeropuerto , cerca de muco comercio malls, restaurantes etc , habiatcion bien comoda , desayuno simple sencillo . podria ser mejor Desayuno muy simple
