- dimitrios (2/5): Just a terrible time - Locaiton When I first moved into my room, the condition was unacceptable and unsanitary. I have many photos documenting the issues. The room had cigarette smoke stains, hair on the bed, rust, mold, and dirt throughout the room. Because of these conditions, I requested to move rooms, but the second room was just as bad. There were also several maintenance problems during my stay: The shower water dispenser could not be stopped from pouring water The sink would not drain properly and was constantly backed up The rooms were extremely loud My room key cards repeatedly stopped working, and I had to get them reset around 20 times because the doors and locks were malfunctioning Overall, this experience was extremely disappointing and far below acceptable hotel standards. I am requesting a refund or compensation for this stay due to the unsafe, unclean, and poorly maintained conditions. I can provide all photos and additional evidence if needed. Please let me know how this issue can be resolved as soon as possible.

Room service was unreliable and more than once my room was not cleaned. However, the staff (when you saw them) were always helpful and friendly.

Extremely poorly manage old facility, poor cleaning/hygiene and comfort in the room (the toilet is a disaster, I didn’t even dare to take a shower as the bath tub looks so dirty and discolored as it’s full of gems), staff not being attentive, no toiletries, actually gave me a room that I need climb extra 2 flights of staircases after exit the elevator, totally not friendly for travel with suitcases or I can’t even imagine how a disable person can get around that!

- Li Chun Jonathan (7/5): Great location and responsive staff, though there is room for improvement in facilities/hygiene. - Upon arrival and check-in, I experienced excellent hospitality from the front desk. However, the room assigned on the first day was in poor condition—unclean, outdated, and showing significant wear and tear, including a broken shower fixture and a deteriorated bathroom false ceiling. On the second day, I raised the issue with Jacky at the front desk, who promptly arranged, with his manager’s approval, a move to a clean, better finished and well-prepared room for me and my son. I truly appreciate their quick assistance and was very pleased with the resolution. There are three guest elevators, but they are quite small, accommodating only four to five people at a time. Given the prime location in Tsim Sha Tsui, however, this is understandable and not a major concern. But it would be a problem, when the hotel guests overcrowded. Inside the guest room, I was also surprised that the drinking cups were left uncovered, placed directly on the vanity counter and bar counter, which could be improved for better hygiene.

The view was terrible ( I opened and what I saw was other building ). I guess with this location , I can't expect more. But please tell me why there is a charge of CAD$141.47 ? - Nina (4/5): Disappointed by the lack of hygiene standards - The location of the hotel is excellent, it is close to a Metro station and to several landmarks and museums. The staff were friendly and helpful. The WIFI was included and was very fast. - Arriving in the room for the first time, I immediately noticed several long black hairs in the bathroom (my hair is brown and curly- so definitely not mine!) and stains on the curtains. - There was also dust all over the shelves and the headboard. - The toilet seat was also broken- I also think it should be disclosed before booking that no toilet paper can be flushed, and there should be a bin liner in the bin if the guest is expected to put all used toilet paper in it! - My room's walls were also paper thin so I could hear the other guests talking in the morning, using the hair dryer and even running water in their bathroom! - The smell of cigarette smoke coming from the hallway was very strong and nauseating in the morning. - I also received an email before I arrived that confirmed I would be sleeping in a double bed, however the room had two separated single beds instead.

- Daniel (6/5): Ein praktisches Stadthotel für eine Zwischenübernachtung - Ich bin gelegentlich in Hongkong, wollte diesmal aber ein Hotel in der Nähe des Bahnhofs (High-Speed-Rail) probieren. Das Best Western Plus ist durch eine Buslinie gut mit der Metrostation Austin verbunden. Dies ist gut via google maps zu finden, wenn man die Haltestelle "Granville Road" vor dem Hotel wählt. Da ist man recht schnell dort und erspart sich den Weg mit dem Gepäck. Das Hotel an sich ist eher zweckmäßig, für eine Nacht reicht es allemal. Das Personal war freundlich und vom Frühstück wurde man satt. Das Hotel macht einen recht abgewohnten Eindruck, die Duschbrause spritze in jede Richtung und der Wasserhahn konnte nur sehr vorsichtig betätigt werden. (Hebel drohte abzubrechen). Nicht jeder Aufzug fuhr in den Frühstücksraum, das muss man erstmal erkennen und verstehen - der linke kann dafür genutzt werden. Einen Hinweis dazu sah ich leider nicht, merkte früh aber die Verwunderung bei mehreren Gästen.

They managed to get me a cab to go to the Kowloon Express train station.Room size is OK. The floor can easily get soak outside the shower room.

- Harpreet (4/5): bad quality of room size , ugly old lifts / smelly rooms. / broken hardware in the bathroom - despite the good location there was nothing great to boast about this hotel. small bathroom / broken hardware in the bathroom. super crammed up rooms. the room is super crammed up , i have stayed in multiple locations in Hong Kong in the past this is the smallest room i have every seen and experienced. i think its about 1/3 the size of the normal room in any other country. the bathroom fittings were broken ,
