Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Mooie comfortabele kamers met uitstekende matrassen. Mooie badkamer met inloopdouche en apart bad. Het ontbijt is uitgebreid met verschillende keukens. Voortreffelijk teppanyaki restaurant op de bovenste verdieping De airconditioning in de kamer koelt matig waardoor de nachten warm kunnen zijn. De wifi werkt wisselend en regelmatig geen goede verbinding met internet. Het menu dat ze serveren in het teppanyaki restaurant komt in hoog tempo door dus niet op je gemak tafelen.

Ubicato nella zona della ex concessione francese, sull. elegante via dello shopping Huahai, e a due passi dalla metro, comoda per gli spostamenti. Camere spaziose, vista sul giardino Arredamento un po’ datato, servizio colazione lento e goffo.

Das Rose Restaurant hat mich sehr positiv überrascht, was Preis / Leistung abgeht. Die Betten sind bequem. Frühstück ist sehr gut. Der Garten ist eine schöne Oase der Ruhe. Highlight ist auch der Panoramafahrstuhl - Mega Ausblick Die Zimmer sind relativ klein und man kann keine Fenster öffnen und die Klimaanlage nicht regeln. Draußen gibt es leider keine Sitzmöglichkeiten Friseur, Café sind schon sehr teuer.

- Mijeong (10/5): 정원과 인테리어가 아름다운 호텔 - 호텔의 정원과 인테리어가 매우 고급스럽고 아름답다. 호텔이 좋아서 다른 관광지에 가지 않아도 될 정도였다. 방이 넓어서 캐리어를 펼쳐두기 좋았고 의자와 테이블이 있어 간식을 먹거나 차를 마시기 좋았다. 호텔 바로 앞에 전철역이 있고, 전철역은 iamp 라는 백화점(복합쇼핑몰)과 이어져있다. iamp에는 명품, 스포츠 의류 브랜드, 식당, 카페, 베이커리, 마트가 있다. 호텔과 주변에 관광객이 많이 몰리고 북적거릴거라 생각했는데, 매우 한적하고 조용했다. 잠옷입고 다녀올 만큼 가까운 편의점은 없다. 깨끗하게 관리되고 있지만 워낙 오래된 호텔이라 부서져있거나 깨진 부분이 있다. (사용하는데는 지장이 없다.) 출입구가 하나라서 먼길로 돌아가게 될 때가 있다.

And the staff are really friendly and went out to make your stay comfortable! - Hotel Staff make sure you are at home, and try their best to satisfy your needs. eg, they managed to find us 2 connecting rooms on our 2nd day, though i didn't indicate beforehand. - Pang (6/5): Beautiful exterior and the interior has a vintage touch to it but for functional purposes some facilities should be upgr - Quite a central location, beautiful greenery surrounds the property. Most of the rooms require a bit of upgrading and they were in fact doing it during our stay to rooms at other floors. However, we were not informed when we booked the place or prior to checking in but only on the day of check in. The upgrading works took place from 9am in the morning and we could here the noise rather clearly since we stayed one or two levels just below. When we expressed our concerns and slight displeasure about not being informed prior, manager at the reception just shook it off by saying in a rude tone - you can let us know after if you really have problems. Also had asked for the staff to help receive my parcels and I would go down to the concierge but the staff declined the delivery and I went down to speak to them again to remind them that I have a parcel coming in but again they declined receiving it even though they had agreed to do so when I spoke to them.

This time, there were renovation going on in some floors. So it is quite noisy during the day. If i would know, i would probably cancel my bookings this time.
