Sonja (9/5): Zeer mooi hotel, schoon, prachtige kamers en heerlijk ontbijt! - Het ontbijt was geweldig! Personeel ook zeer vriendelijk en de kamers waren ongelofelijk mooi! Groot, prachtig verzorgd! Het was druk bij het zwembad, er was geen bed beschikbaar en ik weet ook niet of dit allemaal hotelgasten waren. Dus dat was wel jammer dat wij daar geen lekker plekje hadden.

Laura (9/5): Home away from home in Beverly Hills - Loved the large & comfy suite! Chilled having cocktails in our seating area & enjoyed the king sized bed. Soaked in the deep bath for relaxation. Enjoyed the balcony for fresh air & sunshine. Appreciated restaurant recommendations & a ride in the courtesy car to dinner. Walked back in the cool evening. Pool had no vacant chaises for us. Hardly anyone was sitting on them. They were just used with dirty towels on them. We were placed on a waiting list but left since there was no where to sit comfortably. Later, tried to get cocktails to watch the sunset & it took a very long time since only one person was bartending/waiting tables. Saw one couple just get up & leave.

elizabethln2023 (10/5): L'Ermitage, Beverly Hills, Best of Class - We love L'Ermitage. While it is great for a couple getaway or for an overnight related to business meetings, they do an A+ job of accommodating families. The location is superb - an easy walk to Rodeo Drive and Melrose Avenue for shopping and dining. And the house car stands 'at-the-ready' to whisk you off to anyplace within a 2-mile radius. The hotel is attractive and feels very exclusive, and our three-bedroom suite was fabulous. The rooms were all very spacious, super clean, and had great ensuite baths (with bathtubs and showers). The beds were perfect, and everyone's pillowcases (even our 2- and 6-year-olds) were monogrammed. Even though we fronted on Burton Way, our rooms were very, very quiet. Whether it was breakfast, cocktails, printed materials, or a baby bed, our 'wish was their command,' and everything was delivered to our room in a timely fashion. When the baby bed arrived, there was a toiletry kit for the child, including shampoo, lotions, and wipes. L'Ermitage has a fantastic outdoor rooftop area - best sunset in BEVERLY HILLS, with great pool, lounging area, reading areas and fabulous dining at POZA (great for lunch poolside or dinner). I have stayed at most of the 5star hotels in Beverly Hills + the BelAir and I will tell you that L'Ermitage is my number 1 choice. P.S. We have been staying at L'Ermitage for over 30 years and it just continues to get better Frederic Zemmour is a terrific GM.

HendrixB (10/5): Top Tier in every category - I've stayed at luxury hotels worldwide since I was an American kid growing up in SE Asia and can confidently place L'Ermitage Beverly Hills in the top tier. There wasn't anything I gave less that a '10' in my recent survey. For sure recommended, you won't be disappointed. In fact, I'm going back in 2 weeks for another 3-nights, considered the Peninsula but I like L'Ermitage better.

Scenic03277533294 (10/5): Hidden gem in the heart of Beverly Hills! - We absolutely love this hotel and stay here every time we come to the L.A. area. The location is amazing, walking distance from all of the fun of the golden triangle (Rodeo Dr, etc,.). The atmosphere is one of relaxed elegance and sophisticated but still comfortable and warm. The room is amazing, value is on par with what you would expect for a 5 star hotel in Beverly Hills. The hotel is overall quiet however if you are a light sleeper I would suggest asking for a room that faces the rear of the hotel as Burton can be a busy road at times. Service is top notch and goes above and beyond to make you feel at home. Somehow, and I'm still puzzled by this, the staff always knows your name even where there are several celebrities staying at the hotel at the same time as little old me! Can't recommend this place enough!
jacksB4372EY (6/5): Noisy but otherwise fine. - The hotel is spacious and clean with a low amount of fuss. We’re on the 8th floor in a suite and it was very noisy. There was a party on the roof and large equipment was being dragged around as well as loud music. At 9pm I spoke to the desk, they told us it would likely be over by 10pm implying we should wait it out. I expected more.
Jesse (10/5): Comfortable, beautiful visit to Beverly Hills - Great location, an easy walk to the Beverly Hills downtown/Rodeo Drive. Pool on roof was beautiful -- but pretty much closed, cold, unheated, nobody was there. Bad time of the year.

921daip (10/5): Home away from Home in Beverly Hills - This is my go to hotel when I'm in BH, it's centrally located and the staff is beyond helpful the only issue I had was I tried to get the house car to take me a mile away and also asked to be picked up but the car was never available otherwise I have zero issues with this hotel.

weihimm (10/5): Fantastic Hotel in Beverly Hills - Beautiful hotel with spacious room, particularly a massive dressing room + bathroom. The staff is amazing and very attentive. A minor issue is my room wasn't ready when I got there, and I have to wait almost an hour for my room. However, I did get an hour late check out, so I guess it balanced out.

Chris (10/5): Amazing staff. Felt taken care of. - I had a problem with my room the first night, I was in a loud part of the hotel and they moved me without any pushback asked the next day when I requested to move. Latte was $11!! That is steep even for Beverly Hills!
pillowsofwanderlust (10/5): Quiet Luxury - This month I enjoyed 2 short but very sweet staycations at the L'Ermitage Beverly Hills. They were my first stays here, although the hotel has been on my radar for awhile. The hotel is situated on Burton Way, a wide (there's a landscaped centre road median) but residential road just east of City Hall and the main shopping district (ie, Rodeo Drive). The main reasons for my staycations was to dine at several buzzy restaurants--Funke, Monsieur Dior by Dominque Crenn, 88 Club and A.O.C. All are within walking distance of the hotel. The Four Seasons Hotel Los Angeles at Beverly Hills is on the corner of Doheny Drive and Burton Way, a few blocks east of L'Ermitage and just beyond the Beverly Hills city border. The L'Ermitage has a disposition of quiet luxury. It began life as a residential building in 1975 before being converted into a luxury hotel. It looks very similar to the many residential buildings surrounding it, masking the hotel's understated elegance inside. I actually drove past it on my second visit. For both my visits a gentleman named Lucky assisted me at the front desk. Kudos to him. The rooms I was assigned were either Classic or Deluxe Classic Suites, the hotel's "smallest" rooms, although they really are Suites, starting at 650 square feet. The suites were similar but not identical. Both had spacious main rooms with a large sitting area, desk, fully stocked minibar and a balcony. The bathrooms were equally large with separate tub and shower. Between the bedroom and bathroom was an impressive dressing area with a vanity with adjustable lighting, a triptych (3-panel) mirror 2 large closets and a coffeemaker. The furnishings, decor and light switches were a little old-school, but still luxurious. Turndown service was classic old-school luxury. Both suites faced Burton Way, which can have some traffic noise. My second suite was in the same alcove as the guest elevators, which was not ideal, noise-wise. On the 8th (top floor) is a fairly large fitness centre and some spa treatment rooms. There's apparently a salon onsite as well. On the roof is a nice pool, a large terrace for private events, and a pool-adjacent restaurant, Poza, which apparently was recently redone. Note you must take stairs to reach the roof, but there may be an elevator that was not immediately visible. I visited both of the hotel's restaurants, Poza and the all-day ground floor Costa Covo Osteria, both were reviewed separately. I also used the hotel's car service to take me to 88 Club and A.O.C. restaurants, although I walked back from both. Fun note--one of the drivers is also one of the concierges. Overall I enjoyed wonderfully sumptuous stays at this "hidden gem" "tucked away" in Beverly Hills, close to but not in the line of fire of all the "action".

The location was perfect, the property was incredibly quiet, and the staff demonstrated outstanding professionalism throughout. I would especially like to commend the manager, Mark, whose support truly elevated our experience. He is an excellent communicator—helpful, attentive, and consistently professional, reflecting the highest standards of the establishment. Highly recommended. N/A

Many friends had stayed here and had positive experiences over the years, and I knew I wanted to stay here. Was only here for one night this past weekend, but it was great, from start to finish. Wonderful reception by the valets, then easy check in process where I was upgrade one level. My room was beautiful and spacious. comfortable bed, huge bathroom, nice welcome amenity of fruit. I had a delicious cocktail on the rooftop bar with great service. Slept well in my bed, appreciated the huge bathroom. Loved the Frette linens in bed and the frette robe- very comfortable. Had a great breakfast in the restaurant before i left - wonderful attentive service and delicious food. Great location near everything I needed. I will return the next time I'm in LA.
sharondarelli (10/5): 5-STAR HOTEL EXPERIENCE FOR AN AFFORDABLE PRICE! - The overall experience at this hotel was fantastic! The hotel staff were over the top attentive and accommodating. The room was very large and spacious with a nice view and balcony. The bathroom was large and well layed out. The room service breakfast was incredible! Value for the hotel stay was a 10. The only complaint was the check-in process which took about an hour to get into the room.
