The complimentary breakfast was quite good. We also ate a meal in the adjacent restaurant which was also good and reasonably priced.

The location is close by major sights, the staff were some of the friendliest we’ve ever experienced - welcoming, helpful, knowledgeable and they went out of their way to make a feel comfortable. The room , bed, linens and amenities were top of the line. We used our Hilton points and couldn’t be happier with this stay. Thank you!
- Naillic (10/5): Simply Superb - As a Gold member with Hilton I get to stay in many Hilton hotels. The Morrison rates as one of the best. From the time you arrive at check-in where my status was immediately recognised, my stay for three nights was simply superb. Every member of staff is only too willing to help with whatever request you might have. All done without any fuss or drama. Fantastic. However my highest praise for this visit was room service. I used room service for breakfast every morning. It arrived bang on time, beautifully presented but most important sizzling hot. No hint of tepid food typical of room service in so many hotels. A great way to start off my day. In the evenings I fell in love with the seafood chowder. I rank it as the best chowder in Dublin. A complete meal in it's self! Will I be back? Definitely to see Piotr and his wonderful colleagues. A marvellous place to stay.

- InternationalFran (10/5): A Dublin gem - The Morrison were unbelievably helpful to us, when we arrived on an overnight flight from NY. They allowed us to take a room early (paying extra, but they had it ready). They also "comped" us breakfast that morning, when we were so exhausted & out of it from a long trip. Marianna gave us the nicest welcome, & totally made us feel we were the most honored of guests. Maria was super helpful & warm as well. The room was awesome -- looking out on a very picturesque courtyard -- the bed comfortable, & the housekeeping staff also super helpful. Our only even vague criticism might be the staff in the restaurant... they could use a bit more training, perhaps. BUT we liked the bar & restaurant enough to go back a number of times. I love Dublin -- always have, since childhood -- but now also have the warmest of memories for the Morrison. My partner & I would go back anytime.

Nous avions voulu commander une entrée, cela a été refusée, car soi-disant qu’il n’y avait plus. sauf que des clients sont arrivés à la table voisine, 30 minutes après, et ils ont eu le plat que nous aurions voulu. La serveuse nous a expliqué que sa collègue n’aurait pas dû prendre la commande à la table voisine! Un peu étrange comme réponse!

The room was ready early and they let us check in which was great because we were so jet lagged. Definitely recommend!

Shower head wouldn't connect correctly to hose and sprayed when turned on. Kettle wasn't working but it was replaced quickly by helpful staff. Hooks for coats would have been good when entering the room. We only had 1 dressing gown but there were 2 of us. When we checked into the room there were staff wanting to check the mini bar as we arrived so it felt a bit awkward waiting for them to leave.

The location is perfect, right in the centre, about a 10 minute walk to the castle and Temple Bar, and no more than 15 minutes to the Jameson distillery, so everything was really easy to get to! The staff were super friendly and welcoming, and we felt really well looked after from the moment we arrived. The hotel itself is modern and very well maintained, with a really nice atmosphere. Our room was lovely, spacious, clean, and really comfortable, which made our short stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast was amazing, with plenty of choice and everything fresh and tasty, definitely a great start to the day! Overall, such a great stay and a perfect spot for a little birthday trip or a short city break. Looking forward to coming back :)

We chose to stay here for our wedding night in December 2025, booking one of their beautiful suites to make the occasion extra special, and it exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, everything felt elevated and thoughtful. Our suite was absolutely stunning—spacious, stylish, and decorated with a gorgeous Christmas tree that made it feel even more magical and festive. It truly set the perfect tone for such an important moment in our lives. We stayed for three nights, and every single day was just as exceptional as the first. The attention to detail throughout the hotel is incredible, and the cleanliness was impeccable—the housekeeping team did an outstanding job and kept everything spotless and comfortable throughout our stay. What truly made this experience unforgettable, however, was the staff. Every single person we encountered was warm, professional, and welcoming—but a very special mention has to go to Mariana Kovacova. She was simply amazing. Mariana went above and beyond in every possible way, adding thoughtful little surprises that made our stay feel so personal and unique. Her kindness, attention, and genuine care made such a difference—she truly made our wedding stay what it was, and we are so grateful to her. We also had the pleasure of dining in the hotel’s grill restaurant, and it was another highlight of our stay. The food was absolutely incredible, and the service was flawless. Our family joined us for the meal, and they were all so impressed—not just with the quality of the food, but with the level of service and attention they received. It was a fantastic experience from start to finish. This hotel will always hold a very special place in our hearts. We had such an amazing time that we’ve already decided we’ll be returning this year to celebrate our one-year anniversary—there really is nowhere else we’d rather be. Thank you to everyone at The Morrison for making our wedding stay so unforgettable—we cannot wait to come back, see you in December.

Very welcoming staff, attentive to guests' needs. Spacious and very quiet rooms, modern and, in some cases, equipped with a coffee machine for a relaxing end of day. Spacious bathrooms well equiped, with hairdryers. The restaurant is excellent, with a touch of French Flair, a delicious onion soup . Breakfast is great, with the option to order "à la carte" dishes, and the staff is always ready to assist you. To resume, the ideal place to combine work and visiting the wonderful city of Dublin.

Hotel is just across the bridge from the vibrant Temple Bar area, making it easy to get around without being too loud. The hotel was stunning. Big rooms with nice amenities and full king beds. This was an incredibly comfortable stay. The front desk workers were very kind and gave us coffee and water while we waited for our rooms to be ready. Location is safe and it’s easy to get a taxi. Highly recommend!

The front desk/reception staff were incredibly hospitable and truly made us feel welcomed and at home. We must point out Nigel, at the front desk, who clearly defined and demonstrated Service Excellence. A wonderful individual who also helped us take care of some personal needs/requirements during our stay. The rooms were clean and properly appointed. We also enjoyed dinner and drinks in the Morrison Grill. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious too. The car park was just across the street with easy access and plenty of spots. The Morrison Dublin Curio was our first stay on a monthlong journey that is taking us to Galway, Ireland, Edinburgh Scotland, the Midwest U.S., Shanghai, Seoul and then concluding in the Pacific Northwest region of the U.S. and Canda. Staff was friendly , our room wasn’t ready when we arrived ( it was early ) but bell services were very helpful and stored our bags. Rooms were clean and well appointed with plenty of amenities included bottled water , lotion and conditioner ( which are missing from many other hotels there !)

While a stone’s throw away from the excitement and bustle of Temple Bar, everything about The Morrison makes it a phenomenal place to rest, relax, and recover. Its location…you can pretty much walk from here to any place in the city. Food was great, too. I was particularly fond of their breakfast. I usually didn’t eat again until dinner. More than anything, though, it takes a staff of good people to truly make the experience. Everyone here was helpful and extremely pleasant. In particular during our visit, Valerie and Nigel were simply the kindest. We couldn’t thank them enough for their helpful recommendations and guidance. Visit here and you’ll be in great hands!!! When we come back to Dublin, we’ll be staying at The Morrison for certain!

Nigel was extremely helpful during check-in, Anthony made breakfast a pleasant experience, and Sanifa from housekeeping ensured everything was spotless. The service throughout was excellent, and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Nigel kindly arranged for all four of our rooms to be on the same floor, which we really appreciated. We were initially given an accessible room, but when we mentioned it, it was promptly changed without any hassle. The food was also very good. Overall, it was a fantastic stay with outstanding service from all departments.

- maxim (3/5): Central location but overpriced and definitely has a problem with staff and management - Location This is not 5star hotel for several things. The tap water in Dublin is pretty much awful - they leave 1 bottle in a room for 2 people. I have asked them at reception if it’s okay and then got a very talkative receptionist speaking with Italian accent who tried to tell me there is filling station somewhere in the hotel. Next day we returned to the room around 3pm - not cleaned. I obviously submitted a complaint - the person on the phone didn’t know the complaint procedure (Hilton !!!) and there was absolutely no follow up on that.

- 263rt (10/5): The Morrison is an excellent Choice - For context, I don't leave many Hilton Hotel Collection reviews even as a lifetime Diamond member but am making an exception here. My wife and I were so happy to have chosen the Morrison over the Conrad while visiting Dublin. Restaurants, the river walk, shopping and general people watching are all within a short walk of the hotel. The entire staff is cordial and kind. Special thank you to Nigel at the front desk for making us feel welcomed. Small gestures make the difference... We dined in for breakfast when we didn't have an early morning excursion. The Morrison provides multiple options from vegan to local flavors. Black and white pudding is NOT my thing but did see a few folks enjoy theirs. They can customize omelettes too, just ask. Service was fast and friendly. We also ate at the Morrison Grill for dinner which was a nice option when returning too late from far away field trips. All in all, if you're a Hilton Loyalist or just looking for a nicer hotel near the heart of Dublin, The Morrison is an excellent choice.
- Angel_kl2017 (8/5): Great Location - I stayed in this hotel on a business trip to Dublin and was pleasantly surprised at the location, there is a water front with a bridge, different restaurants,from low to high,in the area and many shops for shopping if you are into that on a trip and lovely attentive staff during breakfast. I rated this hotel 4 stars because I didn't have a pleasant experience when checking in, an Asian lady whose English was a bit of a struggle handled my check in, but the annoying bit was that 2 other guys were there who could have helped, but they just had their eyes fixed on their computers, listening. One only spoke in perfect english when I was on my way to my room,annoying.

- BenStu2014 (10/5): Romantic and delightful weekend - The hotel is perfectly located near the Temple Bar area, just a two-minute walk away, which made it incredibly convenient for exploring Dublin’s city center. The reception staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful with every question we had. Before our arrival, I had arranged a rose bouquet as a surprise, and the hotel truly exceeded my expectations. The bouquet contained 35 beautiful roses, included a small dessert, and even came with a personalized message from the hotel management. Such a thoughtful gesture made the experience very special. Everything about our stay was perfect, and the beds were especially comfortable — we slept incredibly well. Overall, we had a wonderful and memorable stay in Dublin. I would highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again!

- Camilla (8/5): Great location. Great staff but the room wasn’t good. - Great stay as usual. The only thing that bothered us was the location of the room. It was a separate area, in the ground, very close to the restaurant. First of all, there was no ramp to go up or down with luggages and secondly, the noise of the breakfast service woke us up early every morning. I’ve paid for a better room and got that. We feel totally apart of everything in the hotel but with loud noise and no ease access to the room.
