Parking was paid, and the hallway light right outside the window made the room too bright at night. The pillows were small and uncomfortable. The area still feels like it is in an early stage of gentrification, with some homelessness nearby. The property felt somewhat old overall and too expensive for what it offers.

Elisa (9/5): Great stay in convenient and interesting hotel space - Very interesting layout with a different feel for each area (poolside, fountain side, old style long hallways, pool room, coffee shop in lobby). Very friendly and helpful staff. Reasonably priced parking available. A 15 - 20 minute walk to concert venues. Restaurants and convenience shops in the area. Nice coffee chain in the lobby. Definitely recommend this hotel. So minor but the hotel’s printed information indicates the pool opens at 10 AM so I figured I wouldn’t have much time to swim before the 11 AM checkout but it turns out, based on the sign on the pool gate, it opens at 9 AM. Would be nice if they’d correct it in the hotel info. doc or at least say so at check in. Again, so very minor but a bit annoying. And if you’re reading this, well, now you know. :) Overall, if you’re hanging in this part of LA it’s a very good and pleasant place to stay.

Be aware before you book this hotel because there is no refund and this is why I stayed one night only.

Brandon (8/5): Clean, friendly, and what we paid for. - The room was nice and clean. The hotel parking was easily accessible, and the staff was very accommodating. The coffee shop in the hotel was nice when it was open. For the most part, it was a fairly safe area with lots of cultural diversity being near Koreatown, and the property featured very interesting, unique architecture. The pillows on the bed were shaped like throw pillows and were rather uncomfortable. Showerhead had very little water pressure, and you could hear gunshots at night, but it is downtown Los Angeles, so that is to be expected.

Jennifer (7/5): - The location. The Staff was very helpful when I called. The bathroom wasn't updated like the pictures. The bathtub had stains at the bottom.I had to go to the store and buy extra cleaning supplies. My refrigerator did not work. My microwave was not in my room. Very smile parking area had to park across the street from the hotel.

Maricela (5/5): - The bed and pillows were the best part, the cafe was really good too The bathtub would get clogged while using the shower, the only water available is in the reception area from a machine so you gotta go downstairs.
Reyhan (4/5): Find somewhere more comfortable if you can - Location Furnitures were too basic, without any drawers. Fridge was too noisy. The rooms don’t look like the pictures.

Nilson (10/5): Perfeito, minha recomendação para Los Angeles - Hotel muito bem localizado em downtown, com fácil acesso aos principais pontos de Los Angeles , vale a pena estar de carro, como em praticamente toda a cidade. É uma opção mais econômica e não tem perfil sofisticado, longe disso, mas entrega exatamente o que propõe. É muito confortável, silencioso e extremamente limpo, que são as coisas essenciais para uma boa estadia. Os quartos são impecáveis e organizados todos os dias. No geral, foi uma excelente escolha e recomendo bastante. A pouca iluminação no quarto, não atrapalhou, mas poderia ser um pouquinho melhor
