• Barbara (9/5): Sehr schöne Tage in Wien. Wir kommen gerne wieder! - Sehr schönes altes Haus. Die Wohnung gut und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Sehr gute Anbindung mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Wunderschönerer Park in der Nähe. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Alles sehr sauber! Die Check out Zeit um 10 Uhr ist sehr früh. Besser wäre 11 Uhr oder später. Eines der 3 Zimmer ist recht beengt für ältere Gäste.

• Collette (10/5): Great stay 😊. Very good location with easy access to everything. - Everything was just great. The location, nice quiet area. One to two minutes from the tram to the centre. It was great to receive recommendations on the area nearby, restaurants, coffee and shops, supermarkets etc. It was not a problem but the kitchen was a little small.

• Stefan (10/5): Tolle Lage, Tolle Wohnung, Tolle Umgebung - sehr zu empfehlen - Gute Lage mit direkter Anbindung (S-Bahn, Trambahn), in 20 Minuten in der Stadtmitte; schöne geräumige Wohnung, gut ausgestattet, perfekt für drei Pärchen Die Parkplatzsituation ist katastrophal (generell in Wien); günstiges Parken (bis 10,00 EUR je Tag) erst am Währinger Gürtel (ca. 2 km); Parkhaus am Schubertpark deutlich näher aber 28.- EUR je Tag. (Achtung nur direkt an der Ausfahrt kann mit der EC Karte bezahlt werden)
• Josie (9/5): Lovely apartment to explore lots of fine art, food and culture. - Beautiful, stylish Viennese apartment with original features. Loved the decor. Loved the shower/bath in each room. 2 separate toilets. Comfy beds. It was very hot during our stay- fans are provided for each room. Close to tram, bus and train but relatively quiet at night due to double glazing and quiet location (I slept well and am quite a light sleeper). Close to delightful park with ponds, fountains and terrapins! The park also has a restaurant. Descent size supermarket, bakeries and cafes also nearby. Friendly neighbourhood. Very helpful owner. Instructions to get to apartment and check in/out clearly provided prior to our visit. A larger communal room or separate lounge would be ideal for all our family to sit together. There is a communal room with table for eating. The kitchen was a little small but we didn’t do a lot of cooking so it worked for us.

The apartment was absolutely beautiful and comfortable! Everyone on our group, ages 17-50 fell in love with it. Staying here made our stay in Vienna that much more memorable!

• Francis (10/5): We enjoyed a long New Year’s weekend. - Clean, comfortable and easy. Nice neighborhood. Good access by train, tram and bus. Schöner Altbau. Commons room is too small to be more than functional.
• Samolazov (1/5): Bad - I rented the property for 4 nights, but I had to leave after the first night. The reason was the construction works that took place right below the property window. They worked during the entire night and caused a lot of noise from road works and heavy machines, and lights from the projectors. At 2 am at night I sent the first message to the property owner saying that it was not fair from their side not to tell us about the work that takes place so close to the apartment. I got a reply in the morning that they are sorry to hear. Since we could barely sleep at night I decided to leave the property in the morning and rent another one. I requested a refund for the nights we did not spend in the property as the road works that take place at night is major hurdle. The owner refused to refund me and offered a compensation of two free nights in one of their properties, which is irrelevant for obvious reasons.

Double windows.The apartment is near the bus and train station so you have easy access to the city center.It is equipped with everything you need ,the umbrellas were a nice touch and certainly needed because it was raining 3 out of 4 days. The hostess Margaretha was kind enough to let us check in earlier. I would definitely stay again and would recommend it to anyone visiting Vienna. The remote control for the television in my room wasn't working well.

Very large bedrooms with large beds (very comfortable). The apartment owners are lovely! Respond quickly to any request/question! They showed flexibility and willingness to help! highly recommend!

• Rhian (8/5): Beautiful viennese apartment with fantastic transport links into the city centre. Great value for money. - The transport links into the centre of Vienna from the apartment were fantastic and so easy to navigate. The apartment was immaculate and communications from the owner very clear. The property is in a lovely neighbourhood. We particularly enjoyed buying coffee and pastries from the bakery down the street and eating them on the balcony.
