• Sarah (5/5): Choose somewhere else! - The charging options. The water pressure in the shower and the door outta there! The place smelt awful, smoky and Indian spice. Our room smelt musty and we were put right by the stairs so there was a lot of noise. The lady on reception on check out was so rude. I said good morning and was totally ignored. I believe she must have had ear buds in and was on the phone talking, personally as it was not English. She then proceeded to check a guy out but carried on with her personal conversation! She made sure her family were sorted out qith thier breakfast before the guests (we) could get ours. It was a poor breakfast at best. We had our coffee and her conversation continued and got louder and louder so much so that i ended uo throwing my coffee qway and leaving. Not a great area by the looks of the ferals stood outside reception onnour arrival. Yes it was cheap but comparable to everywhere we have stayed for the last 2 weeks and this was by far the worst. Id stay away if I was you.
• jej302 (2/5): there are lots of better choices on the same street - Please note: the description says that coffee makers are provided, however, the owner decided to remove ALL coffee makers in the room and you have to go to the lobby to see if there is coffee available(its not always there). This location for Days inn really needs to step up the quality of its motel. There are several other better choices directly across the street that provides a clean, welcoming environment with coffee makers and other amenities. very disappointed in this particular Days Inn. The. owners need to pay attention to details and provide their customers a better experience!

My tv remote didn’t have batteries, tried to operate the tv with the devices buttons but without success. Also my room didn’t have a smoke detector, which was right over the bed, just a hole with some wires hanging out.

All staff was pleasant, except for Astra (owners wife) very rude and is good about rolling her eyes when you asked her a simple question (she is the reason for the 3 star because everyone else was great)! The place is very old and there was barely any choices for breakfast. I was told there was shortage (even milk had to be bought to sustain the guest). My room was very clean but for some reason, there was an excessive amount of flies we had to deal with by morning. Couldn’t figure out where the location was that allow the flies access, my last two days ate the hotel. The hot tub does not work and has not worked for months-this should be addressed on the website. This is false advertisement.

The hot tub was down and the pool chemicals kind of strong, but we enjoyed it anyway. Staff was wonderful. Breakfast was basic and fine. For the price, the hotel experience was above average - better than nearby at comparable rate.

• Isa (2/5): - First and last time I stay at a Days Inn. Where do I even start.. I booked 2 rooms through Expedia, paid through Expedia, and I was charged at the hotel as well, that’s just the beginning. (Still waiting on my refund from the hotel). The rooms smelled musty, the bed sheets were dirty. I requested another room and those sheets were dirty as well. The walls are falling apart, one of the bathroom doors was broken, the shower tub must have been clogged because the water was going down very slowly, I literally had to turn off the water multiple times to let the water drain just so I wouldn’t be standing in dirty water. The shower towels were moist as well as the toilet paper. Breakfast was a joke. Microwavable eggs and sausage, waffles and cereal. That was the breakfast menu. Only reason I stayed was because it was the middle of the night and my kids were exhausted. Horrible experience.
• Robert (6/5): - The breakfast had little to no options and wasn’t stocked when I had gotten to it at 7:30 am in the morning only real option was yogurt cereal and waffles nothing in the bread holder so no toast or bagels. The hot tub was out and the pool was heated during the summer so that was bummer not having a nice cold pool in triple digit weather. All around tho decent stay for 80 bucks right off the turnpike and by a 24 hr gas station.

• T9600KPphils (4/5): Surprisingly Disappointed - We selected Days Inn for the typical reasons - location, price, and Wyndham’s reputation. However, we were disappointed from the very first entry. Here are the key disappointments: unprofessional desk staff, untidy atmosphere, no coffee in the morning, disappointing breakfast choices, etc. This is the first poor review I have ever written. I prefer to write a sterling review full of gratitude. The Wyndham brand needs to know that this off brand, covered deeply in used cigarette butts environment will cause us to stay elsewhere. :(
• David (2/5): BLACK MOLD - caused nasty allergy reaction - BLACK MOLD on bathroom walls. Caused a nasty allergy reaction. Should be reported to Ottawa County Health Department to shut down. --- Very rude at check in, lecturing on policies as if I was a criminal. Did not offer a different room or refund when told about the the LARGE filthy BLACK MOLD and very musty stench in the room. Was told to make complaint with Hotels.com as the hotel did not have a way to refund the room.

• Annamarie (4/5): don't stay here - dirty- ants in the room hairballs almost went next door to get ant spray until the maintenance person found some. front desk wasn't too concerned. trash bins outside full. big cigarette butt bucket out back door full of them. breakfast was nothing worth even getting- staff arguing about getting waffles for breakfast or they'd quit housekeeping came in the room with out knocking. you need to go see days inn in paris texas and see what they offer, they are very well maintained

No hooks in bath for towels.Non-smoking facility but had to walk through a haze of staff smoking at entrance. Parking lot looks like lunar surface. Breakfast minimal but OK. Pool appeared good. Hot tub not functional.

• Verified traveler (4/5): Ick - The woman working front desk (who seemed to be the only employee there) was SO nice. Five stars to her. The rooms were filthy though. A lot of evidence of roaches throughout the building, but we didn’t see any living at least. Sticky gunk in every corner, stains and smears on the walls, odd smells, ripped curtain. The bathroom door handle was smashed into the door which made it difficult to get out of the bathroom. Plenty of hot water, but the shower head was so dirty that it only came out in a small drizzle. Our door had to be slammed shut or it wouldn’t lock. Overall, we slept okay. It was quiet. I would not stay here again unless it was out of necessity or desperation.

• Brittany (4/5): Disappointing - Water pressure was fantastic, staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Breakfast was decent but could have used some juice or other non hot beverage other than milk. We had ant all over our room. Small ants, but they were on our bed, chairs and legs within an hour of us checking in. We were given another room which we took after a quick inspection.

• Robert (6/5): - When i checked in the front desk person had her feet kicked up on the deak and i had to summons her away from her phone to check me in. Our room was fairly clean but we noticed on the 2nd day there were ants in the room and all our food was sealed so not sure why they were in there. Yhe bed was comfortable but we noticed what appeared to be blood on our sheets that i hadnt noticed when we checked in. Another guest said she had to complain about blood on her sheets as well. Tha a/c was not the best, causing the room to be very humid. The grounds of the hotel were cluttered with trash and not upkept. Overall, not impressed but would stay here in a pinch.
