- Alicia (9/5): Cómodo y buena ubicación - Antes de llegar se ponen en contacto contigo porque no hay recepción y entras a la finca y a la habitación con unas claves. El hotel no ocupa el edifico entero (o eso me pareció), desde fuera no parece un hotel, se ve poco entre varios rent a cars. La habitación está bastante nueva y tiene de todo, muy práctico como para estar varios días. La ubicación está muy bien, a un paso de casi todo y con parking bastante económico cerca (Sygrou fix). Si quieres dejar las maletas te ofrecen un código para dejarlo en una habitación de la planta baja, pero al final no lo utilizamos para no tener que volver al hotel, las dejamos en el coche.

Me hubiese gustado que nos cambiaran las toallas una vez por lo.menos y x el otro lado tambien me hubiese gustado que nos dejaran un agua de cortesia ya que llegamos a las 2 am y no teniamos nada para tomar. Son detalles pero que suman a ma estancia. Le falta un poco de pintura en las paredes. Estan descascaradas en la parte de abajo.

- Francisco (9/5): Extraordinario departamento para visitar Atenas - En primer lugar la ubicación que es fantástica, muy cerca de todas las principales atracciones y barrios de Atenas que se deben visitar. Se puede ir caminando a todos los lugares. El departamento es muy cómodo, cuenta con todo lo necesario y todo está nuevo e impecable. No hubo nada que no nos gustara. Solo podría indicar a modo de recomendación mejorar el sofá cama del living.

- Nicholas (9/5): Squatty Potty Anyone? - The suite was exactly as described and expected. Everything was spotless upon arrival. A code is sent to you the day of arrival. You use the code to enter the building (next to Hertz rental cars), and to enter your suite, as you come and go. The French doors that lead onto the balcony have a solid 'mosquito/bug screen' you can slide open and closed. The same for the window in the bedroom, awesome! The partial view of the Acropolis is lovely, ...but a more scenic view looking up Syggrou Avenue towards Hadrian's Arch and Mount Lycabettus is much cooler! Other reviews have mentioned the street noise on Syggrou Avenue. Athens is a concrete metropolis, what do you expect?! I was born and brought up here- it's background music. If you want silence, lock yourself in the basement. There are two elevators in this building. The kitchenette comes with a fridge, stove-top, and oven. There were utensils, plates, and pans provided. There are plenty of hangers in the wardrobe, and a drying rack to dry things (inside or on the balcony). The wifi is excellent. Although it acted up towards the end of our stay, I sent a message to the hotel, received a prompt response, and it was fixed whilst we were out during the day. These points are mere observations and are not shortcomings of the hotel: 1. Although the bathroom and its facilities are modern and elegant, the toilet is higher than usual. For someone who is 1,8 meters, I yearned for a squatty-potty. It felt like I was practically standing whilst working on a number 2. Try it yourself, and tell me how it feels. 2. The signage above the toilet says not to flush "paper" down the loo. Again, I was born here and I am aware of how Greece, in all its wisdom, made plumbing infrastructure much narrower than the rest of the planet. That said, whilst growing up here, and visiting my entire life, only recently have I seen these signs, specifically in hotels. What's going on here?? Who is throwing documents, let alone extra-large American size maxi-pads, down the loo?! But, my biggest linguistic concern is- when the sign says 'paper', does it mean 'TOILET PAPER' as well? I must admit, sometimes the state of the toilet paper after use should not be going anywhere but DOWN the toilet. For me- 'toilet paper' is 'toilet paper', and 'paper' is 'everything else'. 3. The lights in the suite are nice and bright, ...until the sun goes down and that 'office bright white' look kicks in, especially in the bedroom. There are two little bedside wall spotlights, ...but too dim to read if you turn the overhead BRIGHT WHITE light off.

Aunque no los usamos. Tienen un lugar para dejar equipaje el día de entrada o salida. Comunicación online fluida con el personal. Unas horas antes de entrar te facilitan códigos de acceso. Los días laborables se oía mucho el tráfico a primera hora de la mañana.

- Gregs (7/5): Ha csak aludni mész, akkor lokáció miatt szuper - A szállás legfőbb előnye az elhelyezkedés. 5 perc gyalog a metró és az Akropolisz. Tágas a szoba, tele pakolási lehetőséggel. Nagyon hiányoltuk a szoba papucsot, mivel a csempe elég hideg a fürdés után. Nem volt kilépő törölköző, így a kéztörlőt kellett beáldozni. Felújítás ráférne, felete hajszállal volt tele minden a szobában érkezésünkkor. A főútra néz a szoba, hiába 5. Emeleten voltunk, éjjel is brutál zajos. Személyzet nincs, kóddal lehet bejutni. Nincs takarítás csak távozáskor.

- João (6/5): Localização boa mas... só isso. - A melhor coisa de todas é sem dúvida a localização. Fica perto da Acrópole (5 minutos a pé) e dos bairros típicos, pelo que tem esta grande vantagem. O tamanho do quarto também é bom e a zona envolvente parece-me bastante segura! A limpeza deixou muito muito muito a desejar. A cabeceira da cama estava cheia de manchas (tínhamos nojo em tocar naquilo - tivemos de tapar com uma das toalhas que nos deram) e as cadeiras também estavam cheias de manchas. Além disso, notava-se que a limpeza da casa de banho deixou algo a desejar... Além disso, ia com a expetativa que ia ter vista para a Acrópole, mas zero!

- Eder (7/5): Cumple las tres B, sin ser lo mejor del mundo - Sin duda, al menos en nuestra temporada, el precio, junto con la ubicación, han sido los puntos más potentes del alojamiento, ya que está genial situado y ha tenido un precio muy competitivo. No olvidar la atención desde el chat de Booking con el alojamiento, han sido muy agradables y amables desde el primer momento, aún habiendo hecho la reserva escasas 4-5h antes de llegar a destino. El alojamiento como tal también ha estado limpio, cosas que se agradece y mucho. No puedo decir lo mismo del alojamiento como tal, pues en nuestra habitación, se oía una barbaridad el exterior. Las ventanas no aislaban, las puertas con los vecinos tampoco (se oía a la gente llegar tarde, entiendo que nuestro caso sería igual para los demás) y el armario olía muchísimo a humedad. Nos ha faltado un microondas para poder calentar algo. Las camas no eran lo más cómodo, pero tampoco era la muerte, sólo que la almohada era papel de fumar para nuestro gusto.

- Hum_C (8/5): Central location, spacious studio apartment - Location is perfect, in short walking distance between two metro stations. The room and the bathroom are very spacious for what you typically get in Athens. Check-in and Check-out was very easy and no issues with late arrival since the the doors are operated with electronic locks with code and no hassle with physical keys.

- Maria (7/5): - Me gustó mucho su ubicación, la comodidad de la cama y la limpieza. También es muy cómodo que tienen un cuarto para dejar las maletas de forma gratuita el día del checkout. Hay bastante ruido de coches y la ducha tiene un escape de agua hacia el baño que si te duchas se queda todo mojado. Aunque avisamos el primer día y dijeron que lo arreglarían no lo arreglaron.

- Maryam (7/5): - The apartment was very well equipped—perhaps even overly so. One of the best features was the coffee machine. You could buy capsules for 6 or 7 euros and enjoy fresh coffee every day, whether inside or outside. Everything was extremely clean. The apartment was spotless, well equipped, and overall quite nice. The location was excellent. It was close to the metro, only a 3–4 minute walk to the tram, and there were shops nearby. You could definitely say it was in a perfect location. There were some disadvantages as well. The main issue was that the apartment faced the road, so it was very noisy both day and night. Because of that, I had to use earphones for all five days. Another problem was the pillows—they were very uncomfortable and too hard. I found one soft pillow in the wardrobe, but there was only one, so either my husband or I could use it, not both of us. There were also a few inconveniences. Although the kitchen was well equipped, there was no frying pan—only a pot—so it wasn’t possible to fry anything. Additionally, the TV and the air conditioner didn’t work at all. I couldn’t turn on the air conditioner, even though the remote control seemed to be working. This could be a problem for other guests, especially during hot weather.

- Aiman (8/5): Perfect location and Value for Money - The location was great, very close to the main attractions in Athens as a tourist, especially the Acropolis and Plaka, which had lots of great restaurants and stores. The property provided all necessary facilities and the bed was comfortable and room air conditioned. The kitchenette provided was stocked with cutlery and crockery. The room was spacious and we were able to comfortably open 2 suitcases. The use of a code for entry/exit of the room and building was also very helpful. There is also a luggage store which is helpful if you need to check out early/check in late. The staff especially were super helpful and responded to all queries extremely quickly - they were great! There was no safe provided for valuables and a couple of days into our stay, we got a bad smell from the bathroom seemingly from the draining. The smell disappeared a day later but we weren’t sure exactly of the source.

Service from the staff super. Very quickly respond to the messages. Bravo kai Efharisto!!! I would say maybe the views could be better.

- Ersan (8/5): Akrapolis’e 5 dk mesafede - Tesis Akrapol´e ve arkeoloji müzesine yürüyerek 5 dk mesafede. Bizim kaldığımız oda 6. Katta balkonlu olan odaydı. Bina eski bir iş merkezinden dönüştürülmüş. 3,5 ve 6. Katlarda odalar bulunuyor. Binada asansör var. Kaldığımız oda oldukça yeniydi. Küçük mutfakta gerekli herşey vardı. Biz 2 yetişkin 1 çocuk 3 kişi kaldık. Banyo ve tuvalette oldukça temizdi. Katta karşılaştığımız temizlik görevlileri çok yardımcı oldular. Her talebimizi hızlıca karşıladılar. Monastraki ve pysiri bölgelerine biraz uzak kalıyor. Eğer Ermou caddesinden yürüyerek Monastraki bölgesinde vakit geçirecekseniz geri dönmek için metro veya otobüs kullanmanız gerekebilir.

- Lígia (4/5): - Localização ótima NAO HA SERVIÇO DE QUARTO DURANTE TODA A ESTADIA!! Nao tem pequeno almoço (aconselhamos o this is louco, perto do hotel, o smile nao gostámos). A ventilação do apartamento faz imenso barulho durante a noite! O apartamento está degradado, sinais de humidade na parede. A agua do duche sai por fora. Só vale mesmo pela localização.

- Angela (8/5): - Our stay was overall excellent. The apartment was beautiful, the location was ideal, and the cleanliness was outstanding, everything contributed to a very pleasant experience. I would like to point out an important issue regarding the baby cot. It did not have a proper mattress, but rather a very thin base with a folded blanket placed on top. I believe that when amenities for infants or young children are provided, especially when they come at an additional cost, they should meet basic standards of comfort and safety. This is a small but important detail that deserves more attention, so that the overall experience can truly meet the needs of all guests.
