- Alessia (9/5): - La casa era pulita, il check-in è stato rapido ed efficiente. Lo staff con i messaggi su booking ha spiegato tutto nel dettaglio. Sapone a disposizione. Asciugamani sufficienti. Centralissimo. Il locale di fronte è FANTASTICO! Soggiorno veramente soddisfacente! Niente, perché non avevamo particolari esigenze. Ci interessava stare tutte insieme in una sola casa. Aggiungerei qualche cuscino perché singolo per me era troppo basso e scomodo. Un po' antigienico il fatto che bisogna gettare la carta igienica nel cestino, ma è così ovunque ad Atene, credo per il sistema di fognature della città.

- János (10/5): Kimagasló színvonalú szálláshely profi kiszolgálással és kiváló atmoszférával. A kilátás pazar a teraszról. - A szállás minden szempontból felülmúlta az elvárásainkat. Modern, rendkívül tiszta és igényesen kialakított környezet fogadott bennünket. A személyzettel nem találkoztunk, csak írásban kommunikáltunk, ugyanakkor az, professzionális, figyelmes és valóban vendégközpontú. Az elhelyezkedés kiváló, a szobák kényelmesek és csendesek. A csomagokat “kicsekkolás” ott hagyhattuk, mert csak este indult a gép. Nem volt negatív tapasztalatunk. Minden gördülékenyen és magas színvonalon működött.

Sehr klein für vier Personen :( Es gab nur einen winzigen Schrank für unsere Kleidung. Das Zimmer wurde nie gereinigt, und es waren keine Reinigungsmittel vorhanden, sodass wir nicht einmal selbst staubsaugen oder etwas abwischen konnten.

- Athena (6/5): Would stay again, just maybe not on a Saturday night. :) - Value for money was good, and we loved the location except for the club across the street. We could walk to everywhere and watch the Acropolis light up at night. A lot a really good restaurants within walking distance. The apartment is beautiful, clean, and bright. The patio on both sides means you can sit outside and watch the sun come up and go down. There's an International Club (not the restaurant) across the street. They are only open one night a week, Saturdays. But they don't close from 12:00 on Saturday afternoon until 05:00 Sunday morning. While efforts have been taken to reduce the noise, (sound-reducing windows are installed and help with the music), they do nothing to mask the bass, and it kept me up most of the night.

Very close to Monastiraki square and other shops/restaurants Air-conditioning struggled at times, whilst on the coolest setting and maximum fan speed it was barely noticeable in the room.

Extremely well sound isolated from the buzzing area full of restaurants and bars, an amazing Hammam and sightseeing, of course. The recommendations of local restaurants made our stay memorable and surely highly recommended.

- Ηλιάνα (9/5): Υπέροχη θέα, άνεση και ησυχία στο κέντρο της Αθήνας! - Ενώ είναι στο κέντρο Ψυρρή, έχει απίσυευτη ησυχία γιατί σε εκείνο το σημείο του δρόμου, δεν βρίσκονται μαγαζιά με φασαρία τις ώρες του ύπνου. Εντυπωσιακό! Φυσικά η θέα στον παρθενώνα, ειδικά τη νύχτα, κλέβει την παράσταση. Τέλος, τα στρώματα των κρεβατιών είναι τα πιο άνετα στα οποία έχω κοιμηθεί στη ζωή μου!!! Η τουαλέτα είναι κάπως μικρή αλλά αυτό είναι υποκειμενικό.

- Naidene (2/5): Very disappointing attitude from the staff and a very stressful start to our holiday. - The best thing was the area in general as it was amazing for really good cafes, restaurants and shops, however the location of the apartment itself was not good. We arrived on a Saturday night and had a ground floor apartment which was 3 metres away from a night club that had unbelievably loud music and laser nights that shone into our room until 5am. It was our first night in Athens, we didn’t get any sleep and we had two children. I have never experienced anything like it before, it was torture the whole night. We were moved apartments but to a smaller apartment with less beds so our son had to sleep on the sofa which we had to fight to get bedding for him for the night. On our last day just as we were checking out the whole bathroom filled with two inches of poo water that cakes from the toilets and drains. The smell was unbelievable and we couldn’t shower or go to the toilet before checking out and before our flight. If you are a party group then this is a good location, if you are a family or wanting a quiet stay then I would not recommend. We were not offered any compensation for the first night that we were not able to use the apartment for its intended purpose which was to sleep. The staff dismissed what we were experiencing by saying it was normal downtown noise. Feeling like you are sleeping in the middle of a night club is not normal. The photograph is showing the laser lights in our room that went on until 5am.

Teniendo en cuenta que no hay servicio de limpieza, no estaría mal disponer algunos elementos de limpieza (escobillas, secador de piso, etc). Es estadías de 3 o más días se hacen necesarios.

- Ben (5/5): Nice room, just realized if the weather is very hot and the AC does not work they will not rush out to fix it - Nice room and amenities to include espresso maker, nice bathroom and good amount of space in the room Very hot in Athens and unfortunately, our AC was broken, didn’t fix it until the last evening of our stay. Required multiple calls and follow up, but they finally sent someone out the last night to fix it. Everything else was fine, unfortunately sweltering in 85° temperatures in the room for a day and half ruined our trip.

We were only there 1 night but it was perfect for our needs. 2 balcony’s was an unexpected nice touch. Bring ear plugs, with the good location.. you can also hear some hustle and bustle from the room.

- Vira (10/5): Нам було дуже зручно і приємно перебувати там, ліжко зручне, все близько і джакузі на терасі- це саме те, що потрібно пі - Дуже близько до памʼяток, поруч метро, багато паркінгів, ресторани і кафе. Помешкання чисте і все необхідне є. Звʼязок з помешканням 24/7. Джакузі - додаткова приємна опція.

- Fern (9/5): Amazing views and a stylish central apartment - The view from this apartment was stunning - especially at night when the acropolis was lit up. It was actually magical. The apartment is stylish and clean. It is a little small if you have big bags. The jacuzzi is a nice addition and is well maintained, but one side was not working during our visit.

- Santiago (1/5): Very Poor Communication, Misleading Promises & Zero Empathy - Right in the center, comfy place but... We had a very disappointing experience with this property, not because of the apartment itself, but because of the way management handled a difficult situation. First, be aware that this building is surrounded by clubs and bars. The bass and techno music hit hard until around 3:00 AM, every night (maybe due to Christmas...). Even with double windows, sleep was extremely difficult. We knew we were sleeping in one of Athens busiest neighborhoods but... we didn't expect it would be so loud. The real issue, however, was the lack of honesty and empathy from management. Due to flight cancellations and delays (out of our control), we missed the first two nights of our prepaid stay. One of their representatives clearly told us that they would "extend the reservation by moving the unused night to later dates". Based on this communication, we believed the issue was solved. Suddenly: * They denied ever offering an extension. * They asked us to make a new paid reservation. * No refund, credit, discount, or goodwill gesture was offered. * They repeatedly sent us booking links instead of actually helping. Despite long explanations, screenshots, and attempts to clarify, they refused to take responsibility for what their colleague had promised. The tone became defensive and dismissive, and at no point did we feel they were genuinely trying to solve the problem — only to justify themselves. This left us stressed, confused, and literally having to find new accommodation last minute, during Christmas, with our luggage packed and a cleaner waiting for us to leave.
- Sara (8/5): All in all it was great, we especially loved the location and restaurants around us! - It was a lovely room, very big and comfortable. We had a few issues with the thermostat, it was quite humid and cold in the room. Also the shower drain would close and flood the bathroom.

- Alan (9/5): - Location is great, we walked to Acropolis ,and other famous archeological site easily ,metro is also very close. Heaps of restaurants nearby with walking distance, and what a vibe at night. Appt are well equipped , with a nice touch of artistic deco, very comfortable and beautiful. The rooftop balcony view is amazing,also well kept and maintained. We had a great time living here for a week.

Situated in the heart of Psiri, surrounded by taverns and bars, it offers access to the rooftop where you can enjoy a coffee and a beautiful view of the Acropolis. The staff is quick to respond and help with any questions you may have.

- Eunseol (9/5): - 관광지와가깝고 공항에서 접근성이 좋습니다 근처에 맛있는 식당이 많아요 옥상에서 보는 아크로폴리스뷰가 멋져요 다른 리뷰에서 언급했듯이 바로 앞 bar에서 밤늦도록 울리는 음악소리가 들려요. 방음처리가되어있어 크게 들리진않지만 둥둥둥둥 낮게 울리는 소리가 조금 신경쓰입니다

- Laura (8/5): - Emplacement géographique absolument génial, à côté des restaurants et en plein centre ville. Quartier de la Plaka à une dizaine de minutes à pieds, Acropole à 20 min. Vue depuis le toit terrasse très sympa. Dû à la proximité géographique avec les restaurants et la bars, parfois un peu bruyant la nuit.

- Gudrun (9/5): - Die Lage mitten im Ausgehviertel Psyri war perfekt und der Ausblick auf die Akropolis wunderschön. Das Appartement ist geräumig und die Betten sind sehr bequem. Es war alles sauber und die Kommunikation hat problemlos geklappt.
