• Carol (8/5): - The balcony is wonderful and view is wonderful. Lovely to watch the boats and people watching. Could do with a little updating with walls being painted to make the apartment look fresh.

• Panos (8/5): Nice accommodation but there were 42 stairs to climb despite the lift! - Spacious and well equipped accommodation, in a nice location. We never met an administrator in person, but when we ran out of hot water, it was a simple matter to communicate the problem and get instructions how to fix it (the previous guest had turned off the boiler). Although there is a lift as advertised, I still counted 42 stairs from the front door to my bed! The second bedroom was several stairs above the first floor bathroom, making it uncomfortable to visit it especially at night.

• Norbert (2/5): Insgesamt sicher die schlechteste Erfahrung seit über 15 Jahren Urlaubsbuchung über booking. - Bei der Ankunft hat weder der zugesandte Türcode funktioniert, noch der daraufhin mitgeteilte Mastercode. In der Wohnung dann endlich nach endlosen Versuchen angekommen, funktionierte weder Strom, noch WLAN noch Wasser. Den Vermieter darauf angesprochen, passierte zunächst nichts. Erst nach vielen Stunden ließ er sich überzeugen, einen Ersatz zu suchen. Die Ersatzwohnung hatten dann auch wir organisiert, die Buchung und Bezahlung durch den Vermieter ließ dann ewig auf sich warten, insgesamt haben wir 6 Stunden Zeit verloren. Wir haben weder eine Entschädigung, noch eine Entschuldigung und auch keine Rechnung für berufliche Zwecke erhalten, nur dumme beleidigende Kommentare per Whatsapp.

• Marilou (7/5): Overall a good place to stay with family! We feel safe in this property - The property is nice and has a nice view of the canal! The host was able to accommodate to store our bags before check in time. It’s a little bit of walk about 25-30 mins to San Marco and Rialto bridge.
• Daniela (9/5): Amazing view and magical sunset - Excellent apartment! The view is just amazing, the sunset was magical, very clean and very comfortable. We had everything that we need like in home. Supermarkets and bakeries are near by. 8 min by foot to Ponte dell’ Academia (here you can catch the vaporetto). 20min by foot to San Marco. 10min from Piazzale Roma. The keys are in a lock box which is very useful. The dishes aren’t clean but the host tell you that in the rental conditions!
