PABLO JOSE (10/5): - La verdad es que todo nos encantó. La ubicación, justo al lado de la plaza de España, el personal del hotel, muy amable. La habitación muy limpia. Y por la noche, nada de ruido. El buffet todo muy rico. Sin lugar a dudas lo recomiendo al 100 %. Somos de Las Palmas, y fuimos a ver el concierto de TWICE. El hotel está como a unos 20 minutos caminando a la montaña de Montjuich. No tenía nada negativo.

Frazier (8/5): We enjoyed our stay and liked how close it was to public transportation and sights. - I liked the cleanliness of the hotel and the friendly staff. The hotel is located in a prime spot for sightseeing.
Vanessza (9/5): - The accommodation offers excellent value for money by Barcelona standards. Although some members of the staff do not speak English, every single one of them is incredibly kind. Unfortunately, my husband got food poisoning during one of our programs before check-out, but the hotel arranged a doctor for us in the middle of the night and was also flexible with the check-out. We would like to thank them again for that! Our room was very well equipped, and the bed was comfortable. The only issue for us was that there was one large blanket, but as soon as we asked for another one, it was brought to our room within half an hour. The breakfast was very good and plentiful. The location is also excellent: almost all major metro lines are accessible within 100 meters of the hotel, and the airport bus stops almost right in front of it.” “There is no toilet brush in the rooms, which I found very strange. During our trip, I noticed that this was the case in several places, so maybe it’s some kind of Spanish custom—I’m not sure :)”

The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped, with a very comfortable bed. The staff were especially friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions or requests. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. Breakfast was also a highlight, with a good variety of fresh and tasty options. Overall, the hotel offers excellent value for money. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

It explained to be that company invoices need to be done by a central department and it takes several days more than 4 days to issue the invoice. This does not make sense since invoices for individuals can be issued by the reception and company invoices should be the same.

The staff were very helpful in reception and the bar staff were very friendly often chatting with us and made us feel welcome. Shower was large and had great pressure. The aircon was noisy and also only went down to 21 degrees. Also, music could be heard from the corridor, and the corridor noise from people could be easily heard in the room. Pool is a little small. Bar on top floor but a little noisy if trying to relax.

We enjoyed walking around, and getting to further areas in Barcelona was easy. Staff were amazing. Shout out to Zack and Ricardo for making our trip extra special and going above and beyond with our stay. The breakfast also had gluten free bread which was a game changer for us! Our safe within the room was broken, however fixed promptly. There was some disrespectful guests on our floor who knocked on our door drunk and then proceeded to smoke weed in their room making the hallway stink. Unfortunately, this is not something the hotel could really fix but was noted.

elifbeyaznur (10/5): A perfect experience - As a Barcelo employee, I stayed here and everything was perfect. I would like to thank all the staff once again for their friendliness and excellent service. If I ever come to Barcelona again, this will definitely be the hotel I choose to stay at.

Steve (7/5): Had a great time and hotel was a decent location. Metro and taxi right outside. - Nice welcoming staff, clean hotel. 15 mins from the airport. Needs a Hotel Bar and not just roof top. Need to increase tea and coffee in room.
