• Samuel (7/5): Não reservo mais por causa do suporte que não me foi dado - Acomodação é maravilhoso o espaço os vidro daí claridade ao ambiente, o quintal pode ser mais limpo retirar as gramas tem plantas espinhosas Acomodação é maravilhosa, meu problema foi com os funcionários do suporte, quando eu fiz a reserva recebi a informação que receberia um email ou whatsapp para fazer check online não recebi nada no meu email, cheguei no local as 19:20 da noite já não tinha ninguém na sala onde fica a máquina de fazer o check que pudesse me abrir a porta para fazer, tive que esperar um hóspede aparecer para abrir a porta e realizar, liguei na central não tive auxílio de alguém que falasse inglês somente alemão algo que me deixou bravo, o whatsapp que eles deixa no cartas na porta não existe, algo que poderia ter sido mais fácil.

• Daniela (9/5): Bel soggiorno - Appartamento comodo, c'è spazio per tutto, pulito, cucina attrezzata. Ci sono tutti i trasporti vicino, metro tram bici e monopattini. Ci sarebbe ancora più comodo avere delle ciabatte perché il pavimento è un po' freddo per camiminare a piedi nudi.

• Iulia (10/5): I recommend this! - Very good location. A 35-minute-walk from Oktoberfest, 2-minutes away from the U-Bahn (Metro). We also arrived right when the staff was supposed to leave but they were so kind and still offered to help us! The space was nice and had everything we needed.

Purtroppo abbiamo avuto problemi per il check-in perché non funzionavano le macchinette dove bisognava creare la tessera per aprire la stanza. Ci è voluta un ora per riuscire a sbloccare la situazione

• Georgy (10/5): - Хорошие апартаменты. Снимали с семьёй на неделю. Было чисто, кухня со всем необходимым. Через два дня приходят убираться. Телевизор работал хорошо, есть все каналы Германии, и возможность трансляции экрана со своего телефона. WIFI работает. Рядом метро, остановка трамваев и автобуса. Не далеко большой магазин HIT, а так же Edeka и Lidl которые работают до 20:00. Но возле остановки есть круглосуточный не большой магазин на заправке. Ключи-карточки получили без проблем в Check in-автомате, который находится в отдельном помещении за пиццерией. Отель предоставил бесплатное такси. В целом остались довольны, цена качество вполне соответствует. На диван-кровати не удобно спать, проваливаешься. Нет плотных штор при больших окнах. В остальном всё в порядке.

• Melina (9/5): Comfortable and quiet apartment in great location - Great location and a good amount of space. I loved the shower, the bed was comfortable and also the kitchen area had everything I needed. It's generally very quiet there. I heard a loud neighbour once, but at nighttime it was completely quiet and I think if people behave normally, you won't hear anything :) The communication is mainly AI, and also the check-in and creating the key cards is very unpersonal. But it worked fine. Maybe it would be good to explain a bit better where to find everything, as there are different entrances for different apartments.

Although there is a small kitchen with cooking utensils, just frying two small sausages caused the fire alarm to go off; you could boil pasta and warm up dishes in a microwave, though.

A la llegada tuvimos un pequeño percance con el cheking i no podíamos contactar con nadie, fianlmente lo pudimos solucionar por nuestros propios medios pero el telefono que facilitan de contacto a partir de las 18h no está disponible.

Check-in was quick and easy via the self-service machine. The location is excellent—less than 10 minutes from the main station and just 50 meters from Westendstraße U-Bahn, making sightseeing very convenient. ⸻ Deutsch Wir haben vom 24.03.–28.03. im Brera Serviced Apartments Munich West übernachtet. Der Check-in verlief schnell und unkompliziert über den Automaten. Die Lage ist sehr gut—unter 10 Minuten vom Hauptbahnhof und nur ca. 50 Meter von der U-Bahn-Station Westendstraße entfernt. Das Apartment war sauber, komfortabel und gut für unsere Familie mit zwei Kindern geeignet. Das Personal war per E-Mail und Telefon gut erreichbar. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and suitable for our family with two children. Staff were responsive via email and phone. One improvement would be to provide basic cleaning equipment for longer stays, as cleaning costs extra (€50), although towels are replaced for free. Ein Verbesserungspunkt wäre, bei längeren Aufenthalten Reinigungsutensilien bereitzustellen, da die Reinigung extra kostet (50 €), Handtücher jedoch kostenlos gewechselt werden.

• Carmen (8/5): Gut ausgestattet und tolle Lage in der Nähe der U-Bahn. - Sehr freundliche Service für die Fragen vor dem Check-in, gut ausgestattete kleine Küche sogar mit ordentlicher Teflonpfanne, genügend Handtücher, große Schränke! Im Bad müsste das ein oder andere repariert werden, außerdem hatte ich nachts leider einen sehr lauten Nachbarn unter mir. Nachts ist aber keine Rezeption besetzt bzw. kein Servicepersonal vor Ort. Die anderen zwei Nächte waren relativ ruhig, trotz zentraler Lage an der Westendstraße, aber die Fenster sind dicht.

• Cristina (10/5): Perfecte - L’apartament estava super net i tenia detallets com càpsules de cafè, sabó per netejar els plats, una ampolla d’aigua. El llit era molt còmode i està super ben comunicat amb el centre amb una parada de metro molt a prop. Tens molts supermercats a la vora i el personal va ser molt simpàtic i em va deixar fer checkout més tard ja que tenia una reunió de feina. Sens dubte els recomanaré i si tinc la oportunitat repetiré amb ells a Munic o a un altre ciutat. Gràcies

• Elisabeth (5/5): Leider wirkt das Apartment so, als ob man vor einigen Jahren ordentlich Geld investiert hat und seit dem aber keine Repe - Die Aufteilung vom Apartment ist einfach super -schöne hohe Decken, grosse Fenster, moderne Töne. Besonders positiv ist der Kundenservice aufgefallen: tolle Erreichbarkeit, Freundlichkeit und Kompetenz! Praktische Lage, Tiefgarage vorhanden. Wirkt verwahrlost- leider ist uns direkt beim Betreten ein beinahe auseinandergefallener Fernseher begegnet, Teile des Vorhanges sind abgerissen, Duscharmaturen nicht richtig befestigt, nicht mal ein Sofabezug ist vorhanden gewesen (brutalst unhygienisch), Kippen in einer Despoflasche bei den Pflanzen

Sie haben mich so vieler Dinge beschuldigt, die in meinem Zimmer gar nicht passiert sind, und am Ende haben sie mich grundlos aus der Wohnung geworfen, nur wegen einiger Mieter über mir – und ich habe dafür auch noch bezahlt.

• Gerhard (10/5): Eine Top Lage mit sehr guter U-Bahnanbindung und ein Modernes Haus. Die Terrasse war ein Traum und ideal zum Kaffeetrink - Der Mitarbeiter beim Checkin war sehr aufmerksam und Hilfsbereit
• Michael (9/5): Bon emplacement, bon standing, je recommande. - Les appartements (nous avons loué 2), l'un au 6e avec terrasse et l'autre au 3e sans terrasse étaient très confortables. La literie est de qualité même si la couette est un peu petite pour 2 (mais c'est un détail car les logements étaient très bien chauffés.) Il y a eu relativement peu de bruit sauf les passages dans les couloirs mais comme c'était en décembre, il y avait peu de monde dans l'immeuble. Je dirais donc plutôt bonne insonorisation sauf couloir. L'emplacement est super, à quelques minutes en métro du coeur de ville. Nous étions 4 et avec la München Card, le coût du déplacement était très raisonnable. Les service client est très réactif. Nous avons rencontré quelques soucis au niveau de l'équipement de cuisine qui a été changé dès que cela a été possible. Je recommande sans hésiter.
