• Kowalczyk (10/5): - lokalizacja w spokojnej dzielnicy, blisko do stacji metra , spacerkiem można dojść do wielu atrakcji. pokoje czyste, kuchnia bardzo dobrze wyposażona. Byliśmy sporo wcześniej i nie było problemu z wcześniejszym zameldowaniem

• DM (9/5): - L'appartement était très bien équipé, près des transports en commun et de restaurants sympathiques. Tard la nuit, il faut faire attention, mais le quartier reste bien.

• Margot (8/5): Wir haben uns die Unterkunft notiert! Und auch schon weiterempfohlen. - Die Lage war super! Und auch die Wohnung hat uns allen gut gefallen. Und alles war sehr sauber. Auch dass eine Flasche Mineralwasser für uns bereit stand, wer sehr schön. Für uns hätte es etwas mehr Besteck, Messer, Gläser und Teller haben können.
• Susanne (8/5): Eine tolle Woche - Gute Lage, dicht am Park. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel gut zu erreichen. Bequeme Betten, gute Ausstattung Küche. Das eine Schlafzimmer eher eng und ohne Schrank. Andere Gäste im Haus waren zu laut, zwei Mal nachts.

• Daniyar (8/5): - Заселение прошло отлично, ближе к дате заселения, необходимо оплатить гор. налог, после оплаты, сразу же получаете инструкии по заселению, а также, код от двери, очень удобно. Постельное белье белоснежное, полотенце чистые, белые, но немного уже пожелтевшие, есть душ гель, апартаменты соответсвуют фото. До достопримечательности фонтан Монжуик, а так же до набережной, можно легко дойти пешком. В душевой есть немного плесень.

• Marta (9/5): - Dwie łazienki (duży komfort przy 5 osobach), dobrze wyposażona kuchnia, wejście do apartamentu za pomocą aplikacji, 3 sypialnie (więc nikt nie musiał spać w salonie), ładne obrazy na ścianach. W pobliży piekarnia, całodobowy sklep i ulica z knajpkami (Carrer de Blai). Druga łazienka dość mała, brakowało miejsca do postawienia czegokolwiek, tylko jeden haczyk na ręcznik. Szkoda, że nie było balkonu.

• sena (8/5): Rahat bir konaklama oldu. - Ev genel olarak temiz görünüyordu. Mutfak alanı mevcuttu. Paketli olarak bulaşık bezi ve bulaşık makinesi için deterjan verdiler. Tabak vs gayet temizdi. Whatsapp üzerinden iletişime geçtik gayet hızlı dönüş aldık. Merkeze 20-25 dk yürüme mesafesindeydi. Bizim için problem olmadı. Her şey için teşekkürler Odalar biraz küçüktü valizi ortak alanda açmak durumda kaldık.

Кухня була укомплектована до дрібниць, включаючи паперові рушники, таблетки для посудомийноі та пральної машинок. Перебування тут було комфортним. Не вистачало тільки балкончика

• Natascha (9/5): - Ruhige Gegend, saubere Unterkunft. Der Abfluss im Bad roch am ersten Tag sehr streng, wir haben uns an die Vermieter gewendet die sehr nett waren und gleich am nächsten Tag Arbeiter schickten um sich das genau anzuschauen!

• Torsten (9/5): Sauberes, helles und großes Apartment. - Apartment ist schön groß, sehr sauber und helle Räume, Küchenausschattung ist alles sauber gewesen und alles was benötigt wurde war da. Sehr schnelle, freundliche Kommunikation und Hilfe bei einem kleinen Wasserproblem, was wetterbedingt war. Wenn nochmal Barcelona auf dem Plan steht kommen wir gern wieder.
• Dimitrije (9/5): Ako budem opet išao u Barcelono, opet ću ići u isti apartman. - Susjedstvo je mirno, dobro se spava. Trgovinice su blizu, apartman je uredan, čist, prostran, ima sve što treba čak i za duži boravak, mi smo bili 7 dana. Bili smo po zimi, grijanje dobro radi, toplo je. Apartman je na laganoj uzbrdici, tako da je lako ići do stanice metroa, ali je malo teže za vratiti se nazad, posebno s malom djecom, do metroa ima oko 600 metara. Voda u umivaoniku u kupaonici slabo ide, ali ide. Treba ga popraviti.

• Paola (8/5): Un posto accogliente e tranquillo vicino al centro - Buona la posizione, non lontana dal centro e molto tranquilla e silenziosa. L’appartamento è grande, con tre camere da letto, due bagni e un locale soggiorno cucina spazioso. Abbiamo trovato acqua, caffè e tutto quello che serve per la cucina. Il riscaldamento funziona bene e si può regolare. L’appartamento è pulito e accogliente L’appartamento è a livello della strada e ci sono grate alle finestre (capisco che sono necessarie) Le camere da letto sono un po’ piccole

• Sze leng (9/5): Safe neighborhood, comfortable and spacious stay! - Very spacious and comfortable with 2 rooms, full living & dining area and fully equipped kitchen. Place was clean and beds were comfortable to sleep on. There is only 1 central aircon in the living room (with none in the rooms) so we did turn it down a little when we got back to the apartment so that it will be cool when we slept. Location of the apartment is also in a safe neighborhood, with a lot of food options around the area. Enjoyed going out in the morning to get bakes / coffee. Not the nearest to the city centre (have to take the metro or bus) but walking distance to the riverfront which was nice as well. Staff were also very helpful and the access to unlock and lock the apartment doors were also very convenient. To take note that there weren’t any elevators so we had to carry the luggages up by ourselves. Also, felt that the toilet, though fully functional, was smaller than expected. There also aren’t any luggage storage area as there is no reception area. Host did recommend us to use an external service (bags&go) which was convenient but at an extra cost.

• Roksana (10/5): Czysto, komfortowo i świetny personel! - Ładny, czysty, zadbany i dobrze wyposażony. Było wszystko co potrzeba. Personel i gospodarz obiektu spisał się super, przygotował również niespodziankę dla znajomej z okazji urodzin! Polecam!
• Nicole (10/5): Estancia excepcional - El alojamiento es perfecto para viajar en parejas o en familia, el apartamento es espacioso, muy limpio y con todos los implementos necesarios para una muy buena estancia. La ubicación excepcional, cerca a la estación de metro y también de buses. Muchos supermercados para comprar cercanos y otros lugares de interés. Comunicarnos con ellos fue muy fácil y rápido. El equipo es muy amable. Gracias y hasta la próxima estancia que sin duda volveremos.

Czystość, ale głównie chodzi o łazienkę. Brakująca fuga pod prysznicem, trochę przeważyła na niekorzyść obiektu.

• Carmen (8/5): Der Aufenthalt war insgesamt gut. - Das Schlüssel System war sehr unkompliziert. Auf Knopfdruck konnte man die Türen öffnen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und antwortete schnell. Bei der Spülmaschine geht das Fach wo die Tabs reinkommen nicht richtig auf und die Tabs werden nicht aufgelöst. Das linke Bett im 1.Zimmer quietsch bei jeder Bewegung.

Ne pas se laisser impressionner négativement par le quartier.... l'exterieur ne reflète pas le logement. On y est resté 4 jours...épiceries de quartier à 5 minutes et excellents restaurants à moins de 5 minutes. Quartier non touristique fréquenté par les locaux à 15 minutes de la Rambla (à pied) et si vous prenez le funiculaire, vous avez un accès direct au sommet de Montjuïc! Super bon système de barrures de portes sans clef!

• Elena (7/5): Cómodo y en buena ubicación - El apartamento tiene muchas comodidades, cuenta con todo para hacer de tu estancia la mas confortable. El kit de limpieza es muy útil. Podría estar un poco más limpio el apartamento, ya que hay telarañas en las paredes. Ademas este no cuenta con ascensor y nosotros íbamos con un carrito y había que subirlo a pesp. También comentar que los colchones podrían cambiarse ya.

• DeeJayCRO (9/5): Perfect family vacation in Barcelona - The bedrooms, living/dining areas, and kitchens are generally well equipped. The location is one of the strongest points. It is in a mostly quiet neighbourhood near Montjuïc and Poble-sec, but still close to many restaurants, shops, and public transport. Self check-in is easy. Free Wifi. Metro lines are near and well connected. The bathroom needs a renovation. There are also missing some hooks for towels. Wifi could be faster.

Close to every - The apartment had a well equipped kitchen and beds were very comfortable. It was lovely to have a terrace to enjoy during our stay. The neighborhood was very quiet at night time. Less than 10 min walk to the metro. Lovely park very close with spectacular views of the city. Lots of supermarkets and restaurants close by. Very secure apartment. We would stay again! • Clara (8/5): - Comfortabel appartement met airco, van alle gemakken voorzien. Eenvoudige check-in. Rustige locatie met gezellige straat met barretjes om de hoek. Het was fijn dat er een wasmachine was, maar die stond wel op een klein binnenplaatsje die alleen via 1 van de slaapkamers bereikbaar was. Daar kon je ook de was drogen, maar dat lukte helaas maar heel slecht. Na anderhalve dag was de was nog steeds vochtig en begon weer een beetje te stinken. Dat was het enige nadeel.

• Marit (9/5): - ​The location of this apartment is fantastic. It's close to many small shops, cafes, and several attractions are just a short walk away. The beach is also a pleasant 30-minute walk. We loved that a metro station was so close. The apartment was well-equipped with everything we needed: a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, capsule coffee maker, and air conditioning. Check-in was super easy and fast with a code via the internet. Highly recommend! ​While our stay was fantastic, there were a couple of minor things to note. The toilet cistern would occasionally run, and we noticed a bit of minor wear and tear here and there. These are small issues, but worth mentioning.
• Ruben (8/5): Bueno, pero no tenia aire en todas las habitacione - Nuestro apartamento fue el Numero 2 del piso nivel de calle. Muy buen tamaño, 3 habitaciones, 1 sala grande, cocina y una terraza inmensa. Unicado en zona residencial de clase media pero nunca sentimos inseguirdad. Restaurantes y supermercados cercanos. Lo unico malo es que solo habia 1 aire acondicionado en una habitacion y 1 aire acondicionado en la sala, 2 habitaciones no tenian aire acondicionado, y como viajamos con 4 niñas pequeñas se pudo dormir donde habia aire acondicionado.

The surroundings not that much (graffiti on the walls, some littering, etc) Although we were told by locals to be aware of petty crime, we felt very safe. It’s a 12 minutes walk to the metro station, which for us was fine. There are plenty of local restaurants, mini markets, and tapa bars to choose from. My biggest regret is that there is no A/C in the rooms, only the living room. When I questioned it, I was offered two fans that were brought the following day. Everything else including bed comfort, internet access, hot water, etc., was fine. Overall we had a nice stay but it would have been better with a stronger A/C system as we mainly used the apartment to sleep, being out early and coming back late in the day.

A couple in the bathrooms, bedrooms, living rooms.

We were provided with 2 fans on the second day, but it was still very hot in the bedrooms. The bathroom ( especially the shower) would need a good clean as in some places there was mold.
