Beautiful location and spectacular mountains and sea views from the room, one of the best sceneries on the Turkish riviera coast! The truly unforgettable experience! The front service desk team welcomes you each time in a such a way that you feel so much valued, very special and very important person. The team consistently provides the outstanding customer centred service. All staff are professional, highly educated, well spoken and highly knowledgeable. May i express a special gratitude and special thank you to Sofia, Maria and Ajar for being so accommodating to our needs, for their readiness to help in every situation and for their great attention towards guests , for their warm and welcoming attitude and professionalism. They are a real pleasure to deal with and to be around. Such a professional attitude goes a long way, retain the customer’s and profit the business. It was my third visit to this particular hotel, and unfortunately this time the hotel didn’t have a dedicated adults only area by the pool. I think its a must to provide adults only area not only in the restaurant, but by the pool as well. We found it really hard to relax as the families with kids had an access to all areas. The Chill pool bar service was very slow..The huge TV in a chill pool bar is not needed, too loud and way too bright in the nights, disturbs the sleep quality as it turned on until/after a midnight. Having said that we had a great time and will definitely be back soon! No adults only area by the pool. The TV at the Chill pool bar was too loud, was turned on until/after a midnight, interrupted a sleep quality

- Mirella (10/5): Perfekter Urlaub - Es ist ein wunderschönes Hotel mit einem Personal welches stets auf das Wohlbefinden der Gäste achtet. Die komplette Hotelanlage ist sehr sauber und das Essen ist einfach fantastisch. Alle sind extrem freundlich und tun ihr bestes um den Gästen den Aufenthalt zu verschönern. Ein großes Lob und Respekt an das ganze Personal. Ich kann dieses Hotel jedem weiterempfehlen. Ich plane schon meinen nächsten Besuch! Es gibt nichts was mir nicht gefallen hat! Alles war perfekt!

Персонал вежливый и хорошо говорит по русски, кухня разнообразная и вообще с едой и напитками(в т.ч.алкоголь) вопросов нет. Виски Chivas 12y.o. и т.д.входит в систему всё включено. Территория просторная и удобная. Велосипеды можно брать и прокатиться до конца набережной. Несколько баров, отличное SPA. Отдельное спасибо индивидуальным помощникам. Заселили в 8.30, а выезд организовали на 14.00 без доп.оплаты! Спасибо Ajara. Немного неудобно пользоваться лифтом, бывает очередь. И с таксистами держать ухо в остро!
- Ilze (9/5): Good till check out - The heated pool is the best feature. Transfer to the Land of Legends. Location near the sea. Staff at the pool bar were kind and polite. Rooms were clean. The staff speaks Russian, but English as well is ok, we spoke English, just get used to being spoken to in Russian if you look blonde. Foods are in a wide variety, and drinks are of good quality. I recently stayed at Rixos Downtown Antalya and felt compelled to share a deeply disappointing experience at checkout. Upon checking out, I was told by the receptionist that I would need to wait an additional 15–20 minutes for a room inspection before I could leave. This was the first time I have ever encountered such a procedure in a five-star hotel, and I found it both embarrassing and disrespectful. What made the situation worse is that at no point during check-in or when I purchased the late checkout that same morning was I informed that this inspection process would take place or that it would cause a delay. Had I been made aware, I could have planned accordingly. Instead, I was left standing at reception feeling treated like a suspect rather than a valued guest. For a hotel positioning itself as a luxury five-star property, this attitude is simply not acceptable. Transparency and guest dignity should be a basic standard, not an afterthought. I sincerely hope the management reviews this practice and ensures guests are properly informed in advance.

- Oleksii (10/5): Готель супер! - Все було чудово: їжа супер, різноманітна, смачна, гарний вибір. Персонал готелю дуже привітний і дружній, безкоштовно зробили апдейт номеру на sea view, комунікація через мессенджер - швидко реагують на всі прохання. Територія доволі велика: тенісний корт, баскетбольне і футбольне поля, настільний теніс, гольф. Майже все включено в вартість (гольф лише 1 раз). Дитячий клуб супер: з 4 до 10 років дітям буде дуже цікаво, нашому майже 7 і був в захваті. В клубі працює дівчина з Тернополя, не було проблем з мовою! Два басейни, один з підігрівом, один без. Фактично в травні на вулиці +22, а басейні +26 в одному і +23 в другому! Супер! Свій пляж на морі, пішки дуже близько ідти. Є можливість взяти велосипед безкоштовно на прокат, до історичного центру Анталії 2.5 км по мальовничій дорозі вздовж моря. Окремо зазначу що гарно все організовано, немає дурдому з рушниками на шезлонгах коли самі лише рушники, а людей немає. Безкоштовний трансфер і квитки в парк розваг: в травні не було черг на атракціонах і вже працював аквапарк, добре провели час але їхати 1.5 години. Були всього 3 дні, 4 ночі а за відчуттями ніби більш тижня бо дуже насичена програма і класно відпочили. Всім рекомендую! Трансфер в парк розваг на 10 ранку відправлення і в 16:30 назад, варто хоча б о 09 ранку виїжджати бо парк працює з 10, а в дорозі 1.5 години губиться. А краще з 08:30. Також не сподобалось що дуже багато росіян але це звісно не вина готелю, просто до уваги подорожуючих. Тим не менш конфліктів не мали і добре.

Nosotros usamos el transporte público para ir varias veces al oldtown. La atención del personal es muy profesional y hospitalaria, mención especial merece Elemy (camarera del restaurante principal) quien nos atendió un par de veces y notamos que un excelencia de nivel mundos en su servicio. La aplicación Lumin, funciona perfecto, es muy eficiente y respe de veces inmediatamente, independientemente en el idioma en que escribas. Otros hoteles deberían tener algo equivalente. Los ascensores son un poco de problema, ya que no dan abasto suficiente para la demanda y no parecen estar bien sincronizados. Las escaleras deberían estar mejor señalizadas para que sean una opción a los ascensores.

- Faisal (6/5): We only came here because Dubai was shut - 5* isn’t the same - One elevator was out of order the whole time we stayed, and they seemed to turn the other elevators on and off at various times. So we stayed on the 4th floor meaning that the elevator was always full and we would end up waiting for a long time. We have two kids in push chairs so the stairs are not an option (I did have no choice once because I got sick of waiting and took the stairs carrying the push chair with my 3yr old in tow) The main pool isn’t heated. The kiddies pool isn’t heated. Only the side pool (next to the coffee shop) was warm enough to use. The other ones were totally off limits due to the temperature. At meal times it was hard to get a table and the staff seem like they are stretched too thin. Drinks take a long time to arrive and there was always something missing. Order a tea and you would not get any milk, or if you got the tea and milk, no spoon to mix it with. The staff are helpful and friendly, there just isn’t enough of them to take care of everyone and keep the restaurant moving with the number of guests the hotel has. I tried to give them my credit card on arrival so my wife could use the spa and not have to carry cash but they didn’t seem to know how to do that. We paid by card in the end as everything was priced in Euros.

The buffet was excellent with plenty of choice and definitely one of the highlights of the stay. Overall though, we had a very good stay and would still recommend the hotel. The only downsides were that the two lifts were broken during our visit, which meant a bit of a wait going down for breakfast. Also, the à la carte food wasn’t the best as it seemed to be cooked in the main restaurant, so by the time it arrived it wasn’t very warm.

- Brian (10/5): Stunning beachside property with excellent amenities and staff - Upon check in I was warmly greeted and was immediately assigned an "Assistant" to cater to my personal needs. It was an unexpected perk that was appreciated. This " all inclusive property also has a beach club in which all food and beverage is included on pristine part of the long strand of beach with picturesque views. The food for 3 square meals and snacks were top notch from local delicacies to standard fare. There was something for everyone and you could see the food being prepare a la minute, ie, a chef preparing menemen at breakfast as well as another chef preparing omelets at another station. There was even a chef rolling out simit ready to be baked. At night there was a grill chef preparing whole fresh sea breem and meat. Desserts were outstanding bar none. There are thoughtful vegetarian fare as well. The dining room staff could not be more astute and friendly. The wet Spa was disjointed because of the awkward and disjointed layout but the massage rooms and masseuse s were top notch. If I were in this part of Turkiye ever again, Rixos Downtown would be my go to! The design of the Spa's wet areas were inconvenient and poorly designed. The "Hammam" was more of a marketing feature than a true Hammam with its true services. But....the juice bar was a great touch. Lastly, why no jacuzzi on property?

Food is served as a buffet at the following times; Breakfast (07:00 Hours to 10:30 Hours), Lunch (12:30 Hours to 14:30 Hours), Dinner (18:30 Hours to 21:00 Hours) and Midnight Soup (23:00 Hours to 00:00 Hours). Soft drinks were available including a number of alcoholic cocktails and mocktails. Red Bull seems to be a no go with the all inclusive package; and costs 10 Euro per drink! Hotel was accessible, and they have an array of taxi's at the front of the hotel, willing to take you to your destination at a much higher fee. Many of which set prices, and have even scammed me with additional fee's when paying by card (including additional charges), whilst having the hotel branding alongside. We were given a complimentary room to sea view. Unfortunately, what they failed to mention, is that they stuck two single beds together and placed a mattress topping, instead of giving a King sized bed. The walls were quite thin, and you could hear significant door slamming from the other rooms. They have a shuttle that takes you to the Land of Legends only on; selected days and within short time slots. Transport leaves at 10:00 Hours which takes roughly 45 minutes, whereby you have to be ready at Land of Legends for 15:45 Hours to be taken back to the hotel. Food is AWFUL. Whilst staying here for 7 nights, and having experienced a large portion of their services, it is very clear that whilst they have a large selection of food, the food tasted awful. The same food is regurgitated every day, and is extremely bland. During the 7 night stay, one of the food/ dishes was edible. I requested it for the following day, where I was informed that the following day's menu wasn't set. They requested it to the chef's and low and behold it was too difficult and was not on the menu. You may wonder what the dish was? A plain chicken curry! A staple protein that they continuously used was 'Turkey' in lieu of Chicken. A variety of their 'curries' that they made, was Turkish equivalents or variations of curry. Whilst you may believe that you have sufficient time to eat within the allocated time, the food is made in short supply. Chicken Wings, and proteins are usually the first to go. Once they have been made and run out, they don't have any back up supply; and they will usually replace it with some poorer cut of meat, such as Turkey or Chicken Thigh. If 'Food' is a huge decider for you, I would not pick Rixos Downtown Antalya AT ALL! We were given a complimentary room to sea view. Unfortunately, what they failed to mention, is that they stuck two single beds together and placed a mattress topping, instead of giving a King sized bed. The walls The toilet was awful and was broken and the shower had an overhead which didn't work at all. The hotel is clean, however lift times were awful and one was out of commission. Having stayed at the hotel for a number of days, you could tell that the bar staff was becoming complacent and started to become quite rude towards the latter end of the trip (8 day trip). This included the bar staff outside of the Starbucks hut, the bar on the ground and first floor and even the room service cleaning team!

- chris (7/5): A nice few days away but check facility use and be aware the experience may not match price tag. - Outdoor heated pool, gym was excellent and looked like there was lots to do for children. Good selection of international and local drinks. Children liked the Starbucks element of the all inclusive. We went in April and the scenery with the mountains from the rooms was stunning. I didn’t feel it matched the price bracket. We only had 3 nights for a short break but were told we could not use the al a carte restaurants at this time of year (April) as it was peak season. I felt this was unfair and was not disclosed at time of booking. There were contradicting signs in the resort about when peak season was ie when the beach was open etc. The buffet was ok but was quite monotonous after a couple of visits. Enquired about a late check out which was charged at 20 euro per hour but with a late flight, we had no choice. Again with the price tag, not being allowed to use the Al a carte, this felt, again, unfair. Final thing…the lifts! Not all were working and so moving up and down from the room was very tedious.
- Ikrame (2/5): A deeply disappointing stay marked by poor safety standards, lack of accountability, and subpar food - I had a very disappointing and frankly upsetting experience at Rixos Downtown Antalya. During my stay, I slipped in the shower and fractured my foot, which completely ruined my trip. What made matters worse was the hotel’s response — they refused to take any responsibility and simply stated that bath mats are “available on request.” This is basic safety, not an optional extra, and it’s unacceptable that something so preventable led to a serious injury. On top of that, the food was extremely poor. The options were repetitive every single day and lacked both variety and quality. Meals quickly became something to endure rather than enjoy. For a large, well-known chain like Rixos, I am truly disappointed. I expected far higher standards of safety, service, and overall quality. Overall, between the safety issue, lack of accountability, and disappointing food, I would not recommend this hotel. It fell far below expectations and certainly isn’t worth the price.
- Maryam (10/5): For our family reunion we found everything here: amazing accommodations with breathtaking views, the fresh delicious foo - The location is exceptional! It is only a short walk to the sea for a healthy person. My parents preferred taking the elevator. You can walk to the old town or along the beach. My kids (teens) felt very comfortable exploring the area. There is a street with some shopping as well if that’s your thing. All 12 of my family members felt very happy with this location! The staff is OUTSTANDING! Anna and Maria helped us from the very beginning. They were quick, very professional. I didn’t have to ask or want for anything as they anticipated our needs and were there to assist. They made our stay at Rixos feel like home. Truly grateful.
- Kristina (6/5): Very old hotel, still quite expensive. - The food was nice, reminded home cooked dishes. Quite repetitive unfortunately, especially the deserts. Nice pool area, sunbeds and gym. Good cocktails at the bar. Nice and helpful staff. Well... this particular hotel ruins Rixos brand unfortunately, the rooms are so old, bathrooms and furniture as well.... all photos are filtered, the view in reality is very dissapointing. Rooms need complete renovation ASAP. I was shocked after entering the room comparing with other Rixos hotel in Egypt. Meat a la carte restaurant was nothing to compare with 8 international food restaurants in Egypt.... There are no stairs available to use in the 9 storey building (except emergency), so the 4 elevators gets very busy during the peak times. Would not recommend.
- Steve (8/5): Quality Service from a hotel with a great location. - The staff service. From the front desk to the bar waiters in the evening the service was impeccable. The heated pool was fantastic as was the service around the pool. The sea views from the room balcony were breathtaking. The gym and spa facilities first class. The variety of food choices for lunch and evening meal was excellent. The availability of premium brand drinks in the bar was very good. Short taxi ride (6 to 8 euros) to Antalya old town and bazar. LOL complimentary bus service allows a full day at LOL. Complimentary golf lesson. The elevators take a long time during the peak times. One was out of service for 5 days of our 7 day stay. The evening entertainment was sometimes good sometimes bad ( matter of taste). There is no alternative for entertainment in the evening eg no games room bar for pool, darts etc.
