• Gisela (9/5): Wohnung in perfekter Lage - Die Lage ist perfekt, Bars und Geschäfte sind in der Nähe und die Vaporettastation ebenfalls. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet. Schwierig ist die enge, steile Treppe.

• Marc (6/5): Tolle Lage und gute Raumaufteilung, aber insgesamt zu laut, mäßig ausgestattet und für das Gebotene zu teuer. - Die Lage der Wohnung ist wirklich top – direkt bei der Rialtobrücke, mit einem netten Frühstückscafé im Haus, einer Bäckerei nebenan und dem Grünmarkt gleich ums Eck. Auch die Aufteilung mit drei Zimmern und zwei Bädern ist ideal für Familien oder Freundesgruppen. Leider ist die Wohnung sehr laut. Da alle Fenster auf den Hauptfußweg gehen, ist es vor allem am Wochenende durch Lokale und Bars bis in die frühen Morgenstunden extrem lebhaft – Schlafen war für uns kaum möglich. Und kaum wird es ruhig, starten früh morgens schon Lieferdienste und die Straßenreinigung, sodass es eigentlich nie wirklich still ist. Ohrstöpsel sind hier ein Muss. Die Ausstattung könnte ebenfalls besser sein: wenig Geschirr, Töpfe und Gläser, alles etwas zusammengewürfelt. Bei fünf Personen heißt das täglicher Abwasch – mit nur einem Spülmaschinentab nicht ganz einfach. In unserem Fall war außerdem die Kaffeemaschine defekt. Auch die verschmutzte Treppe und der kaputte Handlauf waren kein schöner erster Eindruck.

• Michael (10/5): Wunderschöne Wohnung im Herzen, Venedigs - Rugabella hat uns in jeder Hinsicht positiv überrascht. So eine schöne Wohnung im Herzen Venedigs nur drei Minuten zur Rialto und zum Tranchetto. Tolle Bäder, gute Einbauküche (aus dem Fenster sieht man den Kampanile) , sehr gute Matratzen, betten 1,80 breit ,schöne Einrichtung. Die Wohnung liegt direkt an einer belebten Gassen, entsprechend laut ist es, wir fanden das toll. Die Fenster sind gut isoliert, die Klimaanlagen modern mit Fernbedienung. Die Treppe ist echt steil. Dass man dies miteinrechnen muss, weiß man aus den Bewertungen. Für uns war es kein Problem, Das muss jeder selbst für sich wissen, ob er die Koffer hoch-und runter tragen kann. Die Agentur antwortet sehr schnell bei Anliegen . Das Zimmer mit den zwei Einzelbetten ist eher klein, hat schmale Betten, und geht um die Ecke. Diese Wohnung hat kein richtiges Wohnzimmer. Der gemeinschaftliche Raum bezieht sich auf die Wohnküche und den Eingang, wo ein kleines Sofa steht. Für uns als Familie hat es völlig ausgereicht. -

• Dana (10/5): Great Location and spacious apartment - Very good communication prior the stay and directions. The place is in very good location to any direction of Venezia. Apartment is spacious, very comfortable. Equiped very well.
• Kevin (9/5): Great place! Just wished we could have had access to AC - Wonderful location! Beautifully appointed and spacious. Super clean! Adorably decorated and very comfy beds! Two of the bedrooms were too hot and stuffy for sleeping. Inquired about AC remote but were told that we could not access it due to building rules. Tried to sleep with the windows open, but due to noise and mosquitos, could not keep open long. Woke up with quite a few mosquito bites! Would have been better to just have AC.

• Angel (10/5): Excellent - This place it’s beautiful, pristine, and in a great location. Beds are very comfortable; my family and I absolutely loved it; we will definitely stay in this place again. I have nothing negative to say about this place.
• Loryladybug (9/5): Superb - Great big apartment, very close to Rialto Bridge Kitchen with pans and pots and coffee for all our needs There is only TV, in the kitchen, and it wasn't working for our entire stay, so i could say there is NO TV in an apartment for with 3 bedrooms The kitchen appliances were full of scale, we couldn't use the washing machine, we bought a sponge and dishsoap to wash the dishes, the cooffe machine was leaking (u should encourage u'r guests to use flat water and not tap for coffee) After paying a 190euros cleaning fee on the day of our departure we had to walk with the luggage on our backs and the trash bags in our hands to look for the boat that collects the garbage
• Tihomir (7/5): Wonderfull stay in Venezia - Location, lot of space, 3 bedrooms, clean, equiped with all you need, 2 bathrooms Noise from the street, but not that bad. Heating/hot water system was not working correctly and failing multiple times, so most of the time no hot water or heating during the winter !
• Luísa (10/5): Great stay - The property is very big, clean, have a wonderful location with many restaurants, bakeries and touristic points at a 5 minutes walk. The vaporetto is only a 3-minute walk away. The management was very helpful and responsive on some minor issues we had during our stay. The apartment is at the top of a very inclined stairs with very short steps. I knew the apartment was on the second floor but I imagined normal stairs. We had elders and a pregnant woman on our group and it was tough getting the baggage up and down the stairs. I suggest you add an extra-fee service for someone to help carrying the guests luggage.

• Edwardsen (7/5): Good base location to explore, basic comforts - Great location to explore major sites, get to/from train station. They had stocked amenities (shampoo, soap, toilet paper, coffee and tea) so didn’t have to purchase our own during stay. Very loud at night on the weekend. There is construction so most windows and natural light was blocked during our stay.
• Jennifer (4/5): Nice interior, but Construction blocks every window with early start working times. - The location was great! Just 1 street over from the Rialto, taxis,and public transportation. Many good shops, restaurants, takeaway options, and market. The interior space of the apartment was nicely decorated and was it was appreciated to have a third bedroom with twin beds. Each spacious room had its own thermostat so controlling the temperature was individualized. When you walk out the main door after exiting the steep short ceiling narrow stairs ther was a nice sit down restaurant at end of alley. Construction blocks every window and workers start no later than 740am......Communication up to our stay was pleasant, but sparse, with no mention of the current construction.We were told no early checkin since a group had just left and they were finishing cleaning. No worries on our part, so we waited until 3pm Check-in. When we arrived we saw scaffolding around the front of the building, we didn't think much of it as we weren't sure of the exact layout of the space. Well we finally climbed the steep leaning stairs (which we knew about before booking ,by other reviewers) to our surprise every window had its shutters closed! The ones in the kitchen were partially closed ,but what you could see was the scaffolding, workers and the protection white cloth. We had no view! We booked this place based on its lovely views of 2 different Venetian alleys and large windows with natural light. We were very disappointed. I reached out to the host with our disappointment that they didnt tell us about the Construction in their description or even as a message after booking. They responded with its was out of their hands and nothing could be done. I was asking for an apology or small compensation for the "inconvenience" . They also lied and said they would be done on our last day. Not true,the workers were up bright and early scraping and whistling. No movement of removing scaffolding. The host then told me to reach out to an email address so I did and have had zero response to two messages. Disappointing hosts with lack of empathy.
• Ghulam (10/5): We loved it will come back again. - Nice big apartment, good location, nice neat and clean. Has Ac which help sleep in the night. It took us some time to find it even though it was very close to the boat stop.
• denny (2/5): Here is my experiance - Hi there, Yes. In fact this apartment is not suitable for human beings, is a major health hazard and the fact it’s In the missile of a construction site, with all windows sealed with zero ventilation, was never disclosed. It is actually hard to breath here. The AC stops every 15 minutes and you need to get on a chair to reopen this (the owner sent me a video on how to fix what seems to be a known problem). In the pictures on website all windows are open and nice when in fact we are sealed inside a an apartment that probably wasn’t ventilated with even a little fresh air in months. The water pressure is so low, it’s almost impossible to take a shower. Please see the following pictures. 1) Bidet not cleaned with urine stains on it 2) Toilet not clean with mold and dirt beneath 3) Mold in the shower and Acs 4) Layer of dust in the filters that keep spreading dust and mold all over the place 5) All windows sealed and if you dare open one, you are inside a dirty dusty construction site 6) There is a washing machine but nothing to do with the cloths after that. In Venice people dry their cloths outside the windows, that as mentioned, are not in use. No drying machine either. 7) One of the bedroom’s Acs does not cool. Just spreads molded air. 8) I have taken videos documenting the incredible noise outside our window due to construction work – not possible to open a window and even with all windows shut, the noise in incredible.
• Michael (6/5): Good and Bad - would still return - The location is perfect. The apartment layout was great and clean. But there was very very low water pressure and it took 30min (and one time an hour) to get hot water. The property was responsive but it really made our stay difficult.
• Tania (5/5): Passable - Location was fantastic & owners very good to deal with to leave bags in apartment prior to check in time. Due to no fault of the owners, the building was having renovation work completed which meant the apartment was extremely dark as shutters weren’t able to be opened. The stairs are a mission with large suitcases but luckily we had people to help us
• Bartosz (8/5): Excellent location, resonably good conditions, very good value for money - The location is great - very close to the Rialto bridge. Rooms are big and comfortable (except the small room with two beds). The kitchen equipment is ok - you can find all you need. There was a renovation in the building and all windows were covered with some kind of net - no view at all, and construction workers could just enter the room if windows were left open (information about the renovation was sent very late, just after the allowed cancellation period was over); Steep stairs, but this is to be expected in such an old building - it was not a problem for me, but for some may be a no-go. And you have to know that you need to take your trash with you, there is a fine if you leave it in the property (this information also comes very late, in PDF sent just before arrival).

• Monica (8/5): Venice is lovely - but the apartment was simple and not guest ready. There were no extras or coffee - The apartment was very nice, simple and clean. The apartment was freezing upon arrival. It took a VERY long time to heat so when arriving late at night we froze until about 3am when the heating finally kicked in. A good host would have the heat turned on during the winter for a guests arrival.
• Jkuzsel (9/5): Central location in Rialto - Central location. Spacious bedrooms.snd kitchen. Lovely bathroom. Very comfortable beds. There was an issue with shower leak but this was sorted out really efficiently after I let manager know. Apartment was immaculate. Love the terrazzo flooring. Lots of Steep stairs to apartment. Luckily we had sons with us to help carry cases up. Quite noisy but to be expected as this is on main route from late bars round the market area. Neither of these prevented us enjoying our stay but I think worth letting people know especially about stairs.
• Jenny (10/5): Great apartment & fabulous location. - The location was awesome. The apartment was very clean & tidy and had done very good restaurants and cafes close to enjoy. Warning about the very steep staircase going up to the apartment. Those with mobility issues would struggle. No lift. Also the lounge area only had enough room for 2 people. So not enough comfortable seating for 4 people staying
• Francesca (8/5): Absolutely loved it - Everything was very clean, and the kitchen had everything you needed. Small mini market (Coop) was only 5 minutes away and the local market stalls were only 3 minutes away. Great location. The stairs were steep - although you have to remember this is Venice!

• Melinda (8/5): Lovely place!! Great staff. Would stay again. - Everything, location, cleanliness and staff were extremely helpful!! Air conditioning was brilliant considering how hot it was in Venice. The boiler/air con unit (not sure which one it was) made awful noises all night long and you would be in the middle having a shower and the water would drop to freezing and take awhile to go back to being hot again.

No complementary tea or coffee provided. Limited amount of cleaning materials and toiletries left for guests. (only just sufficient)
• Tracey (9/5): Superb - The apartment was in a great location, it was big, the bedrooms worked well and the aircon was needed. The apartment was easy to find and within walking distance of shop, restaurants etc. The stairs was very steep to get up to property, we had 4 cases and it was very dangerous. Also we was a family of 5 people staying in the apartment but it only has a 2 seater sofa, more comfy seating needed to enjoy the apartment more.
• Sunny (7/5): Roomy apartment in good location - Good location. Liked that there were 3 separate bedrooms, plus common areas so we had space to spread out. The host (company?) was friendly, but had a lot more rules/restrictions we didn't know about when booking and only found out about when getting ready to arrive (had to take our own trash out, etc). They only responded to messages between 9a-5p, which was not helpful when we checked in after 6p and 2 of the ACs didn't work in the middle of summer. They addressed it the next day and it was fixed, but we were frustrated to not be able to reach them in a reasonable amount of time. Apartment was not super clean, especially the bathrooms, and in one bathroom the shower door is not attached so it would flood the floor when it was used.

• Jane (10/5): A gem and luxury in Venice 💕 - Great location, very clean, well appointed, excellent instructions to enter and for use of the facility and an early check in! Host excellent and responsive via WhatsApp Excellent for our family of 5 adults The steep stairwell was not a concern for us however anyone unable to carry bags up steps need to be warned.
