- Angely (7/5): Mixed opinion. - Air conditioner in the rooms but not control. It was off the first day of my stay and the heat was unbearable. The second day was on so it was better. The lockers in the rooms are big I was expecting a kitchen that you can use but the fridge wasn't working properly so the food gets spoiled, there is no cutlery whatsoever so you have nothing where you can eat and the few pans to cook were so old that use them (although pointless because of the lack of cutlery) was impossible. Also the key to the rooms was not working and when commenting to the staff instead of giving another one there was one of them that just complained when I asked for help
- Lital (1/5): לברוח מהמקום עם עובדת מזעזעת בשם נור מסוריה! - אהבתי שלמזלי הזמנתי רק לילה אחד לפני שברחתי משם. לזכות המקום יאמר שבבוקר התחלף העובד בקבלה והיה מזועזע כשהראתי לו את מצב המיטה שקיבלתי, ואמר שיעביר לבוס שלו. מקווה שהעביר גם על המצב של המיטה וגם על ההתנהגות של נור מסוריה שאמרה שזו בעיה שלי וסירבה לתת פתרון. קיבלתי חדר עם מונומנט על המיטה. היו רק 2 מיטות בחדר והאדם השני עוד לא עשה צ'ק אין. עליתי לחדר והסדין היה גזור עם כיתוב ולידו מצעים מקופלים. ישר חזרתי לקבלה והסבתי את תשומת ליבה של העובדת (בשם נור מסוריה) שגזרו את סדין המיטה שלי כמחאה בצורה של האות v עם פסים ברקע (Free Palestain). אמרה לי שזו בעיה שלי ומבחינתה אין מה לעשות. אז או שלא ניקו אחרי הלקוח שהיה לפני שנכנסתי, או שאחרי הניקיון מישהו שהיה לו מפתח כלומר עובד כלשהו גזר את הסדין. מה שיותר גרוע - העובדת שעבדה בקבלה ששמה נור והיא מסוריה אמרה שאין מה לעשות ואני חייבת להישאר עם הסדין ככה. השעה היתה מוקדמת אחה"צ אז זה היה סתם תירוץ כי יכלה לקרוא לניקיון או לתת לי סדין נקי אחר שלא גזור. לידיעתכם! מצורפות תמונות!

- Braghini (10/5): Excelente. Recomendo! - A hospedagem possui um jardim com uma rede, onde cochilei antes do check-in, onde há várias mesas espalhadas, permitindo a socialização entre os hóspedes. Também possui um piano, a recepção funciona 24, e fui muito bem atendida por todos os funcionários, especialmente pelo Fabrício. As camas são confortáveis e apesar de ser uma beliche é muito fácil o acesso. O banheiro é privativo e limpo. O local tem muito estilo. O café da manhã é um croissant recheado com Nutella ou goiabada ( muito gostoso) e café expresso ou com leite. Possui armarios individuais, grandes, com chaves..As toalhas e roupas de cama, com um pequeno sabonete, são gratuitos. Não há o que reclamar.

Oltre alle gentilezza e alla disponibilità, per me fondamentali. La mia stanza era mansardata e il soffitto toccava il punto più basso proprio sopra il mio letto. Niente di tragico, ma è l'unico aspetto non positivo a cui posso pensare.

Прекрасный и немаленький собственный сад во внутреннем дворе с апельсиновыми деревьями, где можно посидеть за столиком за завтраком или собственноручно приготовленным на кухне обедом.. Чисто, санузел отлично работает, душевая кабина не протекает. Не понравилось то, что за хранение чемодана до времени заселения в 14:00 взяли плату в 5 Евро.

Era lo que una pensión de mierda en España el desayuno fue un bollo con chocolate o mermelada en una servilleta, sin plato, no hay mesas para sentar tranquilo a comer. No ha toalla, ni jabón.... Una pensión de MIERDA no lo recomiendo, mucho ruido, poco respeto para el descanso, el baño sucio, y no se limpió en los tres días que hemos Estado. La chica de la recepción UNA BORDE. el último día sólo puso desayuno para uno, café de mierda, sin leche, sin servicio, ni un sitio para sentar y comer tranquilo

- Boicho (3/5): Not going there again. - The location and the price. On the 3rd floor my room can fit 6 feet person standing only near the wall with the door. From there the ceiling goes down. The door is not door, but a plastic curtain, more suitable for a shower or a wardrobe-can’t be locked. The WiFi is not working. - francisca (1/5): Not recommended at all - I received a bathroom that smelled strongly of urine, and when I complained, I was told that there was no cleaning staff available after 2 PM. I never had hot water in the shower, and I was only given hand towels, so I had to pay extra to get large towels. Due to the lack of care and attention, this place seems more suitable for students or backpackers. Maybe there was once an older generation that truly cared about customers, but this “new generation” seems to have no commitment or passion for their work — they only care about making money.

- Gavy Mayerly (7/5): - Queda muy cerca al Coliseo Romano Las camas demasiado blanditas, para entrar a la ducha fue una misión, la puerta no se abrió y era casi imposible ingresar, al comentarle al personal respondió: " ¿Y yo que puedo hacer?"

- Michael (8/5): Great central location with affordable prices - Staff were very friendly. Great central location. Great showers and rooms were clean and comfortable. There was nothing I didn't like.

- Khải (8/5): Very close to the center. Easy to walk - Super nice staff. It's also nice that they try to match people of same sex in the shared room. View from balcony is nice! The kitchen is really a mess. Other than there is no cutlery (spoon, knife, fork, which is understandable, you need to prepare your own), the fridge is crazy hellish of spoilt food. Not all but I found a leftover sausage with one side that is filled with worms. It's very visual. I hope the staff took more time to actually do as the sign says: Throw things out if there is no clear name or date on it. Also leave marker there so people can write on them as well.

- Carolina (1/5): - Lo único bueno que tenía el alojamiento es que las camas eran cómodas. Aunque no nos cambiaron las sábanas ni un día. Las mantas estaban sucias. The only good thing about the accommodation was that the beds were comfortable. However, they didn’t change the bed sheets even once during our stay, and the blankets were dirty. The room was on the ground floor and, whenever it rained, it became extremely damp. On top of that, you could constantly hear people outside drinking and making noise at night. There wasn’t enough space for two people to move around the room comfortably. When you arrive, they give you a tiny bottle of shower gel and one towel — that’s all you get for your entire stay unless you pay extra. The wardrobe had only two cheap hangers. The bathroom smelled strongly of sewage and pipes. Breakfast was a burnt croissant stuffed with chocolate spread or jam and a coffee. Don’t waste your money on it. To make things even worse, when we checked out they charged us just to store our luggage for a few hours. That was the final straw. I wouldn’t come back even if they paid me. La habitación era un bajo que, con la lluvia se llenaba de humedad y se escuchaba a gente en la calle haciendo botellón. No hay espacio suficiente para moverse dos personas por la habitación. Recién llegadas te dan un bote enano y una toalla , eso es lo que tienes para ducharte, si quieres más tienes que pagar. El armario tenía dos perchas peladas. El baño olía muchísimo a tubería. El desayuno era un croissant quemado al que le meten Nocilla o mermelada y un café. No paguéis por eso. Encima al irnos nos obligaron a pagar por custodiarnos las maletas. Eso fue el colmo. No vuelvo ni aunque me paguen. No vayáis.

- Софьина Анастасия (8/5): Cerca de Termini central - Hemos reservado habitación con dos camas con baño privado. Esta bien , limpio, el baño es grande. La habitación tiene terraza. Las toallas incluían en el precio. Tiene cocina común . Las camas son cómodas, habitación tiene un frigorífico muy pequeño. Y también hay cajas fuertes para guardar ropa , maleta y tus pertenencia El desayuno es solo un corcusan y cafe. Y la ubicación esta cerca de Termini central , pero lo unico cada vez que llegas a Hostal esta como que en cuesta , entonces si vienes con persona mayor es difícil un poco subir, y no hay paradas de bus muy cerca. Tienes que andar unos 5 o 8 min.
- Marie (4/5): Ubytování blízko Termini - Milý personál, skvělá lokalita, nižší cena oproti ostatním. Malé pokoje pouze dvou, když uděláte rezervaci pro dva, automatický systém vás rozdělí. Opravdu malé pokoje pro sdílení s cizím člověkem. Průhledné dveře a celou noc ruší světlo z chodby.

Room was very small, the bathroom was poorly cleaned and there are no useful surfaces to place anything even momentainaly. Breakfast is served from 9-11 that is pretty late. Room door has some issue so it was super noisy.

- Miriama (8/5): - Výborná lokalita. Pešia dostupnosť pamiatok. Blízsko metra, stanice vlakovej aj autobus. Personál - všetko ok. Izby čisté. Raňajky!?!? Akože jeden croaisant a káva/čaj? A ešte aj začiatok o 9:00hod. keď už sme boli v meste? Nemôžem to považovať za raňajky.
