• Jordi (3/5): Not recommendable for short people - Habitació bonica, ubicació bona We were located at the fifth floor of the building. The kitchen and the bathroom has a ceiling of 175 cms, so I had to kneel down in order to get in...unbelivable! That should be warned in the advertisement. Some furniture dislocated. We did not receive the instructions to enter the flat.

The location is excellent but being at a very busy street, the area is booming with people and noise. The flat would hugely benefit if it had better sound proof veranda doors.

• Annelies (8/5): - Snelle vriendelijke communicatie met de host, wij konden onze koffers boven nog achterlaten op de laatste dag. Het appartement is ruim wat fijn is voor een gezin van vijf. Degelijke bedden en propere lakens. De ligging van het appartement is ideaal. Je merkte wel dat de infrastructuur wat verouderd was omdat het appartement al lang verhuurd wordt. De keuken is niet echt meer geriefelijk... Maar als je uit gaat eten, heb je daar geen last van.

Advertised as suitable for 6 people - we were a party of 4 but there wasn’t enough chairs for the kitchen table or big enough saucepan/ frying pans, and only 2 wine glasses. Poorly equipped kitchen.

• Monica (3/5): - La posizione dell’appartamento è sicuramente un punto di forza, molto centrale e comoda per visitare la città. la ristrutturazione è recente, ma purtroppo diverse cose sembrano già un po’ usurate o non perfettamente funzionanti. La principale criticità riguarda il bagno: l’altezza è poco superiore a 1,70 m, quindi per fare la doccia, se si è più alti, bisogna stare con la testa abbassata, cosa decisamente scomoda e non adeguata per una struttura di questo livello. Inoltre, è necessario accendere il boiler circa 10 minuti prima e viene indicato che l’acqua calda dura 30–40 minuti. Anche se il proprietario ha detto che è solo un consiglio dando gli è stato fatto notare ciò, questa indicazione però è riportata chiaramente anche sul pannello di controllo. In generale, non è molto piacevole doversi ricordare questi passaggi quando si è in vacanza. Infine, anche il letto non era in condizioni ottimali, risultando un po’ cedevole da un lato.

• Cristina (8/5): Muy buena calidad-precio. - Es un apartamento decorado con muy buen gusto, acogedor. Con calefacción y camas muy cómodas. Bastante céntrico, a unos 8-10 minutos del centro y de la parada del autobús. Con cafetera, jabones para la ducha, toallas y posibilidad de dejar las maletas antes y después de los horarios del apartamento. También agradecer las indicaciones de los dueños y las respuestas inmediatas a cualquier duda. El ruido de los locales de la calle, música a todo volúmen hasta las 3 de la mañana el sábado. Estuvimos en el apartamento del piso 1 y las habitaciones que daban a la calle aunque estaban bastante aisladas del ruido se oía. Por lo demás todo bien. Ya que solo usábamos el apartamento para dormir.

• Sabrina (9/5): Buona struttura - Ottima posizione. Appartamento accogliente. Mancano prese della corrente in bagno e almeno una in zona giorno. Aggiungerei un paio di posate dei piccoli pentolini x far bollire latte ed un paio si asciugapiatti . Comunque buona struttura. La consiglierei a chi vuole soggiornare ad Atene .

There was mold in the bathroom, one bedroom had window only to the sacht (dark, humid and smelly), took few hours until the air conditioning heated up the rooms, poor quality of mattresses. No window in living room, dark kitchen with very basic equipment (not enough for 6 people - host promised to provide more but did not bring anything), disgustingly dirty microwave owen.

• Selahattin (9/5): Mükemmel konum ve biraz özenle çok daha iyi olabilecek bir yer. Yine gidermiyim evet, tavsiye edermiyim evet - Konumu itibarıyla gayet iyi bir yerdeydi. Fakat hafta sonu ve Cuma gecesi tam karşısındaki bar oldukça gürültülü bir yer oluyor. Fakat genel olarak çok keyifliydi. Apartmanın hemen girişindeki marketin oluşu, yolun karşı tarafındaki kahve dükkanları sabahınızı daha da keyiflendiriyor. Tam mahalle apartmanı çocukluğumuzun geçtiği dönemlerin Kadıköyü gibi 😊 Biraz mobilyaların hırpalanmışlığı, havluların da aynı şekilde eskiliği, internetin biraz yavaşlığı ve kış olması hasebiyle biraz zor ısındık. Klimalarda biraz kış için yetersiz kaldı ve çok gürültülüydü. Gece uyurken biraz sorun bir durum. Mutfaktaki kahve, çay vs ikram ürünlerinin sunumu ( açık poşet ) tatsız duruyordu. Tuvalet ve banyo çok hijyen durmuyordu. 3 gün için idare edilebilir standartlarda bir yer. Ama tekrar gelir miyim evet. Ama fotoğraflara aldanmadan yüksek beklentiler içinde olmadan 😉

• Francesca Fre (8/5): Alloggio ideale per per scoprire Atene - Posizione centralissima a pochi minuti a piedi da Piazza Sytagma. Loft accessoriato dotato di tutti i comfort situato al 5 piano con ascensore. Il check in è stato semplice e veloce. Il wi fi funziona solo nel soggiorno ( neanche molto bene) e la casa era particolarmente fredda ed umida, ma per fortuna c'erano i condizionatori ( nuovi ) che emettevano anche aria calda
• ddk (8/5): Δεν μετανοιώνω που το επέλεξα.Θα ξαναπήγαινα λόγω της θέσης του. - Κεντρική και εξυπηρετική η τοποθεσία, εύκολα βρήσκεις ό,τι αναζητάς! Άμεση επικοινωνία με φροντιστές-ιδιοκτήτες, άνετοι χώροι, αρκετά και βολικά έπιπλα. Δεν υπήρχε ηλεκτρικό μπρίκι. Λίγη προσοχή περισσότερη χρειάζεται στο να είναι εντάξει οι ηλ συσκευές και τα κοντρόλ τους.

• Niki (7/5): Η διαμονή μας ήταν ικανοποιητική. - Η τοποθεσία ήταν εξαιρετική. Ο οικοδεσπότης πολύ βοηθητικός και ανταποκρίθηκε σε ό,τι του ζητήσαμε. Θεωρώ ότι θα βοηθούσε να αναφέρεται το ύψος του μπάνιου και της κουζίνας καθώς ήταν πολύ χαμηλό.

• EVANGELIA (7/5): - The location is excellent, especially for young people. However, the area is very vibrant and busy until early morning, so it is not recommended for people who don't like noise. The apartment was very clean, but amenities like at least a couple of rolls of toilet paper would have been appreciated. But I must admit the price we paid was too attractive to complain. The host was travelling the day we arrived, and due to poor communication, we did not receive the details to access the keys on time, which caused a bit of discomfort. One of the ACs was leaking, and even though they said they would send someone to fix it, no one came.

• Caleb (10/5): - THe apartment is MASSIVE comfortably fitting 6 for only 120$ a night. Though there is only one bathroom. The location is immaculate and the host is very responsive. The housekeeper forgot to put the keys in the lockbox and so we had to wait 15 minutes upon arrival otherwise the apartment was perfect.

• Niymet (4/5): Good location - The location was great. The apartment wasn't very clean. The bathroom and kitchen ceilings are 170cm high, so you have to bend your head to shower and move around. It's really uncomfortable. And the bedroom is very dark. Also, the curtain above the bed was dirty, which is really bad for someone with asthma.

• Baily70 (7/5): Athenian break - The area was great close to everywhere , a bit noisy but you do expect that. The apartment was large with big double beds. Communication was good too . I was disappointed with the apartment as I found it wasn't as clean as it should have been , the kettle keeps turning on on its own. The other thing I was disappointed with is they left an open Nescafé tin and and opened sugar. In future it would be nice to maybe leave a few coffee sachets and a few tea bags . It would be a nice touch.
