- Ferhat (7/5): - Die Zimmer waren sehr modern und das Bett sehr gemütlich, ebenfalls war die Badewanne auch ein Highlight weil diese so tief war. Das Frühstück an sich war leider eine reinste Katastrophe. Man zahlt 50€ für 2 Personen pro Tag und es gibt nichtmal ein Buffet, man darf von der Karte nur eine einzige Speise bestellen und diese Speise sind dann teils auch nur Kinderportion. Leider war das der Grund weshalb wir uns entschieden haben das Hotel zu wechseln.

Il nous ont demandé de régler avant même que l'on ait fini notre petit déjeuner. Comme nous avons refusé de payer pendant notre repas, ils ont surveillé que nous ne partions pas sans régler alors que nous passions 5 nuits dans l'hôtel.

- Amrith (10/5): Hotel is Amazing! - Amazing property! We took the superior king room and the size is alot bigger than standard rooms in Tokyo. No complaints. Not particularly the hotel but the distance from Roppongi station to walk is around 10 mins and the distance to walk to tokyo tower is around 20 mins on a hilly road. The area itself is surrounded by alot of pubs, bars and restaurants so it’s a bit busy.

The room was very upscale in feel and very comfortable. bit smaller than most US hotels but larger than most Japanese Hotels. The Shower room with a tub was appreciated. The quality of the bed linens and the air conditioning was top-notch. The room had everything you could want and then some more. Every little detail had been thought of, from pajamas and slippers to shoe horns. to air purifiers, to lighting, and remote control features for AC and lights. Cleanliness was great, and the housekeepers kept a tight schedule and di an excellent job. You could alway count on coming back after 1pm and having the room clean. The breakfast buffet only had one option - full fare. We don't need much breakfast, so we chose to save that big bill each day and eat and drink coffee across the street at the Verve Coffee spot. It quickly became our favorite. The TV remote was only in Japanese, and there were no English-language channels that we could find. Not that TV is a huge priority on vacation, but don't count on having any if you stay here.

Roppongi come città per alloggiare mi ha un po delusa perché per la prima volta ho visto sporcizia e gentaglia in Giappone, ma la struttura è un posto davvero sicuro e ben collegato. Se pensate di alloggiare e spostarvi sempre con la metro è comunque ben consigliata.

Even if there was the packages thin ones are rediculous. Best is to keep all things in the room and not in the foyer! Much easier for the guest not to schlepp things upstairs while handling baggage going up etc... SpORT room was not nice and clean. NO WATER THERE. NO extra towels there no cleaning material ( disinfectant) that is NOT good at all!!!

Triple room arrangement was weird - basically two large beds joined together with some padding on top - but there was a noticable gap.

- Brian (10/5): - Det var rent og pænt. Personalet er meget venlige og imødekommende. Vi fik lov at opbevare vores bagage der, på afrejsedagen, så vi kunne tage på tur og komme tilbage og hente den, inden vi tog videre.

La taille des chambres est très réduite compte tenu de la taille des lits( grands) il y a peu d’espace pour circuler ou ouvrir ses valises.

- Edward (9/5): I stayed for a week and appreciated the ammenities and the staff service. - The rooms were larger when compared to the standards for Japanese Hotels in this range. The facilities and room amenities were exceptional. Laundry service was quick and well done. The hotel doesn't really have a full range restaruant although the breakfasts were very good. But it is surrounded with a lot of restaruant options.

- Tamás (6/5): They ruined everything with breakfast - The hotel was clean, the bathroom was amazing. They ruined everything with breakfast. It was bad joke. You are sitting in the restaurant and you can order once and if you need more jam or something you need to order from the waiters. When I was thinking about a pancake after my Eggs Benedict , they said that I should pay a complete breakfast price again. No way.

- George Scott (5/5): More like a 2.5 star hotel or 3 star not a true 5 star. - The breakfast was good. The booking process excluded two from our group of four in getting the included breakfast. Location was good. Room size was nice. The wifi was slow and one of our group in their room couldn’t even get on the wifi. The carpet in bedroom was absolutely disgusting!!! Stained and dirty. The bed was hard as a rock, the tv was not smart and didn’t have Netflix nor Apple TV. The towels were corse and scratchy, not soft. Their personal products were subpar and not high end, this is supposedly a 5 star hotel. Room curtains has stains. The pillows were a joke and not comfortable at all. The toilet was least optimal toilet we had in the 3 different 5 star hotels we stayed at. The lobby area was dirty and the rug had spots and stains.
