• Maria (8/5): Nos hospedamos en el hotel Montana unos días para aprovechar la temporada de ski. El hotel es muy lindo, estilo cabaña d - El desayuno es excelente. La ubicación y la vista a la montaña. El tamaño de la habitación. Muy pequeña.

Vi åt på hotellets restaurang en kväll . Det var utmärkt mat och god service. Vi var ned i spa-avdelningen och bastade en kväll, en annan kväll så tog vi massage. Det finns 139 nedfarter i Grandvalira och mer än 60 liftar. Det är ett riktigt bra hotell att vila ut på efter en lång dag i backen. Inget

• Jessica (9/5): Luxury chalet style accommodation in a friendly independently run hotel in the heart of Soldeu. - Exceptionally cosy, comfortable and stylish hotel in the heart of Soldeu, within walking distance of the Gondola and near the bus/coach drop off point. The staff here are incredibly friendly, they were incredibly helpful and understanding when me and my son were unwell. The breakfast and food in the restaurant are both delicious. The hotel fronts the main road through Soldeu, which is incredibly convenient, but if you wanted somewhere quieter there is some noise from the road. The spa is small but very nice and clean. The jacuzzi wasn't working when we visited, however, the hotel did offer us a complementary session though when it was back up and running.

El personal, un 10 (destacando a Julieta que nos ayudó en todo momento con cualquier cosa que necesitábamos). Muy recomendable. Habitaciones algo ruidosos (dan a la calle principal) y el Spa es muy justo para llamarlo así.

• Petra (8/5): Centraal gelegen hotel in het prachtige Soldeu - Een prima hotel, zeer goed en centraal gelegen 100 meter vanaf de gondel. Het hotel had parkeergelegenheid (beperkte beschikbaarheid) tegenover het hotel en de mogelijkheid ski’s op te bergen in de locker bij de gondel. Helaas geen bad op de slaapkamer en een relatief kleine wellness.

• Maria José (9/5): We keep coming back! - This was our second time at Xalet Montana, and we love it. Breakfast is lush, rooms are comfy, and the staff is very nice. Our room last time was better. This one didn't have a wardrobe so we struggle to put our stuff away. The shower was good but it would flood the bathroom each time we used it. The breakfast room is small, so if you arrive a little late, it may mean you need to stand and wait for a table to become available.

They had a small pool jacuzzi and sauna for 12 euros which was nice after skiing all day.the lobby had nice sofas though it was hard to find a waiter to get a drink they always disappeared. Lovely breakfast Having to get up and look for a waiter for a drink every time we wanted another. No shower curtain or door in the shower so water was EVERYWHERE
• Carrie (7/5): - Good location as it is a 3 min walk to the gondola and the hotel provides ski lockers at the gondola which was convenient. Basic amenities such as glasses/mugs, coffee machine/kettle or hotel robes in the room were not provided. Rooms were crammed, stuffy and hot. We had to open the windows but because we could hear traffic outside, we weren’t able to sleep well throughout our stay. We had to wait for a table during breakfast mainly due to the inefficient set up of tables - they were set up for groups of 4 so a full table would be taken even if it was just for 2 people.

• Jorge (5/5): Too close to the main road, you hear all the cars. Friendly staff - Excellent staff, always willing to help. Good breakfast, cozy resting areas, small hotel. The rooms are just by the main road, so you hear all the cars passing through, even with the isolation windows, you're too close to the road. Also, there was a problem with the heating, the room was too hot, we mentioned this to the staff, which took it in the most friendly way, they tried to fix it but it couldn't be fixed. We had to open the windows to lower the room temperature, but because of the noise (imagine it with the windows opened), we had to close the windows, and the heat came immediately. We couldn't get really good rest. Important: the staff was very polite, friendly and always ready to help.

Existe um parque gratuito para hóspedes mesmo em frente ao hotel, o que é uma mais valia. Para além disso, tem desconto com uma empresa de aluguer de equipamento de ski e cacifos gratuitos para hóspedes. Usufruimos destes serviços e ficamos muito satisfeitas. O pequeno almoço é muito bom, com produtos de qualidade. Camas confortáveis. Recomendo muito. Nada que afetasse consideravelmente a nossa estadia. No entanto, se tivesse de apontar alguma coisa seriam apenas estes dois aspetos: Estava sempre muito quente dentro do quarto e não conseguimos regular a temperatura. O resguardo do chuveiro poderia ser ligeiramente maior para evitar molhar a casa de banho durante os banhos.

• Kimberley (10/5): A fantastic ski getaway with stunning views and great hospitality. - We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Xalet Montana. The staff were incredibly friendly, and our room was spotless, well equipped, and offered a stunning view of the slopes and village. Breakfast was superb, providing a great variety to energise us for a day on the slopes. We dined at both the main restaurant and the sister restaurant, and the food was simply delicious. The spa was a real highlight, perfect for unwinding and recovering after a full day of skiing. The spa facilities were lovely, but the additional cost made it difficult to use as often as we would have liked. It would be great if access were included in the overall price or offered at a more affordable rate. Additionally, having complimentary refreshments such as fresh water, fruit-infused water, or herbal teas in the spa area would be a fantastic touch. Hydration is key to relaxation, and this small addition would enhance the overall experience 😊
