La colazione super, vuol dire prodotti buoni principalmente, perchè la varietà si deve unire alla bontà dei prodotti offerti, freschi dalle insalate ai formaggi per non parlare di alcuni prodotti come salame, prosciutto, uova; una menzione va fatta sui dolci come cornetti, crepes, yogurt.....I caffe e i cappuccini quanti ne vuoi e il caffe in particolare. Il pane freschissimo e di diverse tipologie a seconda delle esigenze. . Il personale in genere molto attento e gentile specialmente la prima colazione. La pulizia molto attenta nelle camere. Molto importante su ogni piano un dispensatore di acqua sia per la notte che volendo con una bottiglietta portare da bere fuori dall'Hotel. Quello che forse manca una migliore comunicazione con il desk reception

- Roeland (8/5): Uitstekende prijs-kwaliteitverhouding en prima locatie. - De locatie. Vanuit het hotel kun je lopend naar het Louvre, de Sacre Coeur, het Gare du Nord, enz. Leuke cafés en eettentjes in de buurt. Metro om de hoek. Beetje bedompte atmosfeer door het dikke tapijt dat overal ligt. Aan de andere kant dempen die natuurlijk wel de geluiden van andere hotelgasten en medewerkers dus is geen probleem.

- Laurence BERNAIR (8/5): Pratique et très calme, un chouette petit hôtel pour un we à Paris. - Très bien placé si vous voulez aller à l'opéra et si vous voulez être près de brasseries sympas. La majorité du personnel est attentionné et la chambre était agréable. Nous n'y avons pas déjeuné mais nous y avons très bien dormi. Certaines personnes de l'accueil pour être plus souriantes et attentives aux clients mais pour la plupart, c'était le cas. Le nettoyage des chambre était correct, mais je pense qu'il y a encore moyen d'en améliorer la propreté.

- Mateusz (8/5): A good stay at a great price at a great location; will be back in the future! - I liked the location (2nd district), which was great at the price we paid. We loved the small room, which was very comfortable (one of the best sleeps we have ever had in a hotel, a stiff bed, stiff pillows - this is what we seek). The personnel was very helpful and pleasant to interact with :). Personally, I did not like the breakfasts (there were always problems with the coffee machines, always not enough scrambled eggs or meats, always problems with cuttlery missing and so on). It is a small hotel with a small, two-room dining room, with a low number of guests, but the kitchen did not quite catch up with the demand on both Friday and Saturday (especially Saturday). Perhaps the kitchen is too small or too little personnel? I do not know, but I always ate my scrambled eggs cold (if I did not put them on my plate even though there were no cuttlery available, I would have not eaten it at all because it would not be replenished after the scrambled eggs ran out for at least 30 minutes). And since I had no cuttlery, I had to wait for the kitchen to either wash them = hence the scrambled eggs were always cold for me. My luck. Also, those eggs might have been powdered eggs, so really bland. The breakfasts were simply sub-par, I expected a lot more from a Mercure chain hotel.

- r0thnat (8/5): A wonderful Weekend in Paris from Brussels! - A wonderful Weekend in Paris! First, I’d like to thank Monirath for his hospitality and support for my reservation issue. He dealed it very well with professionalism. The arrival and check-in was very smooth, we got to our lovely room that is comfortable, cozy and quiet! It was our second time and it’s always warm and lovely! Look forward to staying again soon.

- Allyballyp (8/5): Nice hotel in a good location good value for money - Very comfortable hotel in a great location turn right and 20 minutes walk to the Louvre and turn left 20 minutes walk to the Opera. We went for a superior room which gave us two windows making the room bright. Bed was very comfortable but the pillows were not great. Bathroom was compact but the shower was good. We were only sleeping there as there is so much to see and do in Paris why would you not get out and enjoy it. We did not have breakfast at 21 euros per person there are hundreds of cafes that do fantastic breakfast around the area and much cheaper. Loved the water fountain on each floor an essential when walking around beautiful Paris. We would come back to this hotel. Staff were very friendly and everything was very clean

Staff aren’t very friendly or attentive, the rooms while spacious aren’t well maintained and the whole place needs renovation. More of a 2.5 star hotel if you asked me

- prokopiosz2022 (6/5): Ceiling sock experience - Room is the size of a bathroom. Had hard time storing bags and moving around. Refrigerator doesn't work enough to even make a drink cold. Window wouldn't closenand secure. A light fixture on ceiling was torn and covered with a sock. Bathroom baseboard was falling off and moldy. Receptionists didn't even say hello while checking in. The price of the room is ridiculous at $450 a day based on what they provide. Breakfast was adequate.
- JamesW-UK-Travel (8/5): Great Location & Service – But the Bed Let It Down - I recently stayed for three nights at the Mercure Paris Opéra Louvre and overall had a really good experience. The location is a major highlight – right in the heart of the city with easy access to shops, cafés, and key sights. It was the perfect base for exploring Paris on foot and via metro. The team were friendly and helpful throughout, and I really appreciated the hotel’s sustainable touches – especially the refillable glass water bottles in the room, which were a nice change from single-use plastics. The only downside for me was the bed. The mattress was incredibly firm – to the point of discomfort – and by the end of my stay, my back and hip were definitely feeling it. The pillows were also very soft and didn’t offer much support, which made sleep a bit of a challenge. I even ended up on the floor for a while to try and stretch things out. It’s a shame, as a more comfortable bed would have made this a five-star stay. That said, everything else was spot on – from the warm welcome to the clean, quiet room and central location. With a refreshed bed setup, I’d happily stay again.

- susan (2/5): - The bed was like sleeping on cement. My friends and I agreed these were the worst beds in Europe and the UK. No amenities at this hotel. Rooms are Ok but overall very old hotel.
- Roula (7/5): Good - Only issue I had was with BREAKFAST. I requested Gluten Free Bread weeks in ADVANCE and was told it would not be an issue. I asked for the Gluten free bread ( was only given GF Cakes ) Bread was only offered to me on my second last day. Also selection of food was not the best. Cheap and not many healthy options like other places i have stayed at. No Natural Greek Yoghurt, the yoghurts offered were full of sugar. I could not find the butter until my last day. It was visible and not labelled. I paid SO MUCH for the breakfast and it was NOT worth what i paid.

- susan (2/5): - The bed was like sleeping on cement. It was unbearably hard. My friend in another room agreed. Doesn’t matter about anything else if you can’t actually sleep. I will never stay at a Paris Mercure again. Oh, I have slept on hard mattresses before in europe but this literally was unbearable and the hardest ever!

- Coeliac-Dane (6/5): Accor - you are better than this. - Within the Accor chain some hotels outperform while others underperform. This hotel clearly is in the second category. On the day of my arrival and holding a non refundable booking made through their website, I received an emails: Please confirm you are arriving and we must have your bank card. I have elite status with Accor, made the booking through the app and they have all the needed info. The email was all about them hoping to resale my room at a higher rate. It was not polite, in French only and out of order. On arrival the clerk failed to focus on serving me, and started talking to another customer, who tried to barge in. I was also informed that they were full and busy. While they felt that was of any interest to the customer I am not sure. It was 2pm and I am used to getting my room whenever I turn up in recognition of my loyalty. I was told to leave my luggage and return. I explained that I spend 35 days or more a year with Accor and expect the loyalty to be rewarded. That was ignored. I repeated myself firmly but correctly and lo and below my room was ready. Later spoke to other staff members, whose skills may be valuable, but do not lie in customer interaction. The building is run down, the room is small but acceptable. Location is great. I normally use Astohotel in Paris, but needed this visit for the points. However, I know where I am going next and it is not this hotel.

- Natalie (6/5): Below par for an Accor hotel - Location and friendly staff Management made the decision not to activate the air conditioning the entire stay. It was unusually hot weather for Paris so the room was stuffy with no air circulation. Whilst the window could be opened, the street was noisy. Not acceptable when the property advertises aircon as a feature!

- sharon (10/5): - Lovely hotel very clean and the beds were really comfortable. The staff were pleasant and the buffet breakfast was just what we needed to start the day. The metro was just at the end of the road which was very convenient. We would definitely stay here again.
- Marilyn (6/5): - The location was perfect. The bath room was so small. The stairs and the carpet in the corridors looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a while.
