Atención por parte del personal de recepción: Ese día me tocó un muchacho un poco arrogante y su atención al cliente me pareció como si fuera de una miscelánea. 2. Falta de mantenimiento: Apenas entré al habitación y abrí la puerta del balcón se detectó un atoramiento en la puerta y tuve que hablar con el muchacho de miscelánea para que atendiera un técnico de mantenimiento. Atendió inmediatamente, pero medio reparando.. Eleji la habitación porque tenía una tina del baño, pero la condición de ella fue horrible totalmente descuidado. Tomé decisión de meterme a la tina para disfrutar de ella por lo menos, pero en un poco tiempo después me espanté viendo una cucharacha flotando..

The pool was clean and enjoyable, and the area felt quiet and safe throughout the stay. Convenient access to nearby supermarkets and other essentials was also a plus. The access road to the property was not well maintained.

The restaurant is fantastic and better food than other restaurants in Cancun! Limited toiletries, blankets available upon request, no cushion for outdoor couch on private balcony. Restaurant closes quite early--would have loved it to be open for dinner. Coffee available for the early 6am risers would have be delightful too.

- Lentoz (7/5): Somehow dissapointed, but it has big potential if they woek on a better administration. - Sweet-sour experience. The location, swimming pool, building design are good. The people hosted in the hotel were kind and respectful of the rules. Security staff were kind. View from the balcony was good. The hotel needs maintenance and better administration. There is humidity, lack of hot water during most of the time. The bathrooms need to be renovated too. They offer kitchen but without any appliances. We had to buy a few of them, even soap to wash them. The place needs to be cleaned more carefully. We reserved an apartment for 6 people, then, when arriving they mentioned it has been a mistake in the booking website, and we got another one smaller with different lower characteristics. They proposed this way “take it or we reimburse your money”. Hearing that in the night when you are after another booking cancellation and with kids’ ad elders there is like a great offer. Anyway after long day we took it. The worse part is that I need an invoice from them. I did not request it at the hotel, so, I sent emails, message on the app, call them but no one picked the phone, booking Customer service’s called them and requested it, so , after 2 weeks they did not provide the invoice. Finally , managed to call them, and the receptionit told me they cannot provide it, only Accountants, then I asked to be requested the invoice to them and she said, she cannot, that I had to call them. Then I say give me the number or transfer me to them, she replied, I cannot do that as it is private matter, so.. Thanks to Booking Customer Service I solved the situation. Such details should not happened at any hotel. This place has an enormous potential if they improve the administration of this place.

Rm 607. The towels were frayed and no shower curtains so water all over the bathroom after a shower. The couch had holes it it.

- Santana (1/5): Experiencia preocupante y falta de seguridad - Durante nuestra estancia en Hotel y Museo Casa Turquesa en Cancun, Mexico Zona Hotelera, sufrimos un incidente grave: desapareció dinero en efectivo de nuestra habitación. El personal mostró actitudes inusuales y repetidas visitas a la terraza de nuestra habitación, generando sospecha. La caja fuerte estaba inoperativa y no ofrecieron ninguna alternativa segura para resguardar nuestros objetos de valor. Durante el check-out, el personal de recepción nos presionó excesivamente, lo que provocó distracción y descuido involuntario de nuestras pertenencias. Además, encontramos indicios preocupantes de falta de higiene y seguridad en la habitación. Al checar salida de la habitación, notamos manchas de sangre pero no le dimos la importancia hasta que ya en el aeropuerto a punto de tomar nuestro vuelo notamos la desaparición de nuestro dinero en efectivo. Considero que el hotel no garantiza la seguridad mínima esperada para sus huéspedes. Espero que la gerencia tome medidas inmediatas para mejorar la seguridad y la atención a los clientes.
- Jen (3/5): Bait and switch, pictures and lobby are not indicative of actual amenities or cleanliness/ confort - Location, beach view, bar and restaurant staff were great, beautiful hotel lobby and decorations. Gra.\nNd staircase marble floors truly stunning. Elastic hair band with hair and gum stuck to my floor no bath tub tap, just a pipe sticking out of the wall filthy window frame on the patio. Looked like it hadn't been cleaned in 10 years. Only one chair on the balcony.\n Water temperature, not regulated. Fruit flies and corn in the water cooler drip tray at times no staff, empty water, no sugar or Creamer or cups, most of the time to make a morning coffee unless you went to the restaurant to pay for it there. No microwave. Or kettle or coffee maker in your room? No safe to put your valuables in like passport or wallet. The beds were not just hard, they were concrete. I'm sure they will last for at least a 100 years. This is a solid 2 star which looks great on the surface lobby, is spectacular, clean and stunning. But this kindliness does not transfer over to the hotel rooms. At least not the general rooms, maybe the extra large grand suites, but not the.Regular two hundred dollar , a night rooms. We were told that this hotel was just transferred to new owners.And that's why a lot of the cut restaurant hours , pool , umbrellas and even towels for out by the pool were in short supply or nonexistent. Sadly 😥 didnt take the pictures i planned to. Not exaggerating

- Fatemeh (7/5): It is quiet and peaceful with nice staff, not a modern one, strategically located near restaurants and malls - The location, the arts and paintings Need renovation, the bath tub in balcony not working and very old, water tabs are very old in bathrooms and sinks, the whole building needs renovation, some staff can not speak English, no reception staff at night from almost 8-9 pm till 8-9 am that is frustrating, no taxi arrangement, no tours, no fresh juice, no towels sometimes for the pool, no gym, they close the beach at 7 pm and open also later than other hotels, the beach area in front is not swimmable as it is deeper and big waves often there but you can sit or lie on chairs watching the sea and can go swimming a bit further in front of other hotels

The beds were hard and not comfortable. The bedding was itchy. Pillows were lumpy. Pool and beach chairs were not comfortable
- USalas (7/5): Está bien si solo vas a dormir. - Buena ubicación, súper cerquita de la plaza. La atención fue buena por parte del personal. Tiene alberca aunque la cierran a las 8pm. La playa está enfrente con acceso directo. Y aunque la habitación tenía vista al mar desde el balcón no se aprecia por las palmeras enfrente. Requiere mucho mantenimiento, el aroma a humedad fue molesto. El restaurante casi no tenía nada disponible y cerraba muy temprano. Y como nota, es preferible llegar en carro por que debes subir una pendiente para llegar a la entrada y con maletas es complicado por la pendiente y por el tipo de piso.

- Amber (1/5): Casa de basura - The part where I left They're shady as hell. Along with dirty, unsafe, and could care less about their guests. Pretty sure they refill a water jug with tap water. The 'bar' is a cooler. Restaurant is practically non existent. They have a table with some teabags and a kettle. Boil that local water a while so you don't end up on the toilet for 3 days. No coffee, cups, spoons, or stirrers. If your shower leaks, which it probably will, use your shower towel to clean up the mess, they don't give you extra. I've crashed on couches and got better hospitality. When I complained about the roaches the manager told me I need to accept that they're going to show up. The same manager, Mario, refused to give me a refund, or even speak to me after I left. I came back to talk to him and he text the guy at the front and said I'm not getting my money back. Also, the safe has holes drilled into it. Do NOT stay here.
- Francesco (6/5): PESSIMO - Della struttura mi è piaciuta solo la posizione davanti all’oceano, per il resto non mi è piaciuto molto. l’esperienza non è stata positiva. Prima di tutto si tratta di un hotel in evidente stato di decadenza, dove non vengono fatti lavori di aggiornamento o di manutenzione: è proprio una struttura vecchia. Appena arrivati abbiamo preso l’ascensore e si è subito bloccato. La mia ragazza soffre di claustrofobia, quindi ci siamo trovati in una situazione molto spiacevole. La persona che era con noi in ascensore non ha fatto nulla e siamo rimasti fermi lì dentro, senza aria e con molto caldo, senza sapere se qualcuno sarebbe venuto ad aiutarci. Per fortuna sono riuscito ad aprire le porte con la forza: eravamo allo stesso piano e siamo riusciti a uscire. Altrimenti non so quanto tempo saremmo rimasti lì dentro. Quando poi abbiamo visto la camera, purtroppo era molto vecchia e c’era odore di umidità. I vetri e i serramenti erano molto datati; i vetri non erano proprio sporchi, ma erano usurati e macchiati dalla salsedine. Inoltre, dopo la prima notte, la camera non è stata nemmeno pulita.

Nos hospedamos en el apartamento con picina privada que fue un vibe diferente, la pasamos bien porque no somos tan complicados pero este hotel necesita que lo traten con amor de la parte de propietariosy administradores..hay un descuido palpante! La comida en el restaorante esta muy buena lo mismo q el servicio. Linda piscina con bar. El apartamento es hermoso y grande... Un bello hotel pero con una administration DESASTROZA q no tiene la vision de realisar ciertos trabajos de arreglos en este bello hotel. Exemplos: en los ban̈os se puede ver la calcarie en las duchas por no limpiarlas adecuadamente, se ve lo curtido! INCREIBLEMENTE, no proporcionan jabon de platos en la cocina, me dijeron q cada huesped tiene q traer su proprio jabon! INACEPTABLEMENTE RIDICULO Y ESTUPIDEZ TOTAL de parte de la administration. Tampoco habia una plancha de ropa disponible! En la picina privada del apartamento se ve tambien q necesita arreglo. Este lindo hotel lo estan dejando morir si continua el propietario con estos inutiles administradores ! Yo tengo propiedades de alquiler, se de lo q hablo! Las camas con desastrosas viejas y incomodas set de camas! Ponen 2 bolsitas minimas de producto para cabello en un apartamento de 6 personas! En uno de los cuartos quitaron y no remplazaron la tv. En cada balcon hay un jacuzzi totalemente sucio y de mal aspecto. Enfin, se puede ver por todo el hotel la falta de amor de unos inutiles sin vision alguna de lo que es saber mantener un immeuble ! Me encanto el hotel pero me enojo mucho ver tanta incapacidad ! En los ban̈os se puede notar lo viejo y en mal estado de los grifos , un cambio no cuesta nada pero harian una gran diferencia ! Lo mismo en la cocina! Hay un pequen̈ito frigo para un gran apartamento, muy poco practico. Hay un askeroso lavaplatos sin limpiar y todo curtido! De muy nal aspecto y insalubre !. Este apartamento, con un poco de amor y vision de amejoramiento seria de los mas bellos en cancun! Asi mismo me gusto y por eso mi tristeza de verlo degradar por falta de amor.... voy a cancun de 4 a 5 veces al an̈o, se de lo que hablo. Sin contar mi esperiencia como administrador propietario. - Maryna (10/5): I would definitely come back to this hotel again. - A small hotel nestled among huge beachfront complexes with a beautiful view. With direct access to the beach and a swimming pool, you feel as if you’re staying with close friends. If you stay in a ground-floor room, your belongings may end up smelling a bit musty, but that doesn’t take away from the beautiful view and the peaceful stay at the hotel. You’ll just need to wash them again once you’re back home.

Solo al que estaba afuera en la caseta de entrada! Buscamos toallas y no había nadie así que toco agarrarlas de un mueble que las tenían ahi. Fuimos pasando año nuevo y creo solo habíamos 2 o 3 habitaciones hospedados! Muy relajado como a mi me gusta, sin gente! Yo lo ame! Y si vuelvo a ir a la zona hotelera me quedo ahi otra vez! Super céntrico para caminar a tiendas y centro comercial! Necesita remodelacion!

Stopp i avlopp, smutsigt och slitet. Äckligt. De marknadsförs som 4-stjärnigt hotell. Men är max 2-stjärnigt. Lurendrejeri? Penningtvätt? Borde inte återförsäljas av Booking.com. Vi försökte få tillbaka del av pengarna men hotellet hänvisade till Booking.com och Booking.com hänvisade till hotellet. En Catch-22 situation för oss.

- Albert (7/5): LOVELY art. Hotel is clearly dated, could use upgrades, and NOT a new resort. Worth the price though - Art was amazing! Room was clean and cold. Felt like we had the entire place to ourselves. Pool and beach was lovely. Hotel was clearly a premier spot in the past, but has long been left behind with all the mega resorts nearby. Lobby could use better AC.

- CINTHIA JANET (9/5): Me encantó la vista al mar, vale la pena por lo que pagas. - El tamaño de la habitación, baño y balcón es my bueno; además, la vista es espectacular y el acceso a la playa es fantástico. Lo recomiendo si lo que buscas es fácil acceso a las playas, en la esquina hay un soriana y en la habitación el frigobar nos permitió comprar algunas bebidas. El hotel ya tiene sus años y le hace falta mantenimiento a las puertas del balcón, pero en lo personal a mi no me pareció trascendental, pues la tina que tienen en el balcón funcionó perfectamente.

Casa Turquesa ist einer dieser seltenen Orte, an denen man sofort entschleunigt und sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen fühlt. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns, wie konstant hoch die Qualität ist: die Ruhe, der Blick aufs Meer, das liebevolle Frühstück und das authentische mexikanische Mittagessen. Das Team ist aufmerksam, herzlich und immer präsent, ohne jemals aufdringlich zu sein. Der Barkeeper sorgt mit seiner humorvollen Art für eine entspannte Stimmung und kümmert sich gleichzeitig um alles, was man braucht. Ein Ort mit Seele, an dem man gerne bleibt – und noch lieber wiederkommt.

- Tobias (10/5): Eine Oase der Ruhe mit unglaublicher Lage. - Casa Turquesa ist ein kleines Juwel in Cancun – ein Boutique-Hotel mit nur etwa 20 Zimmern, alle mit einem traumhaften Meerblick. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl und findet eine Ruhe, die man sonst kaum noch findet. Das Essen ist großartig: Frühstück und Mittagessen sind authentisch, frisch und richtig gute mexikanische Küche. Das ganze Team ist außergewöhnlich herzlich. Demetrio, Raul, Christian und Eduardo kümmern sich um jeden Wunsch, und der Barkeeper sorgt mit seiner humorvollen Art für schöne, entspannte Momente. Ein Ort zum Abschalten – wir kommen ganz sicher wieder.

Algunas zonas del hotel, como los jacuzzis de los balcones, el duchero no funcionaba bien, necesitan mantenimiento, y a veces no había personal en recepción porque una misma persona cumplía varias tareas.

Si solo quieres un hotel estancia y con buena ubicación - relación costo/beneficio más que magna. Así que no lo dudes más, asiste a este hotel La caja fuerte no la pude o supe utilizar y el jacuzzi de nuestra habitación estaba fuera de servicio, pero eso no importó en realidad, todo un 10.

- Trudy (10/5): Lovely place to stay - The staff were all very friendly but not overly so. You were made to feel welcome and could get help if you needed it. The pool and drinks are very good. Some touch ups at the property are needed over time but we had a very nice stay.

The shower head seems to be 20 years old with soap scum all over it. Chipped paint everywhere. The management and people are okay but the place is just outdated and needs a serious renovation.

The location of the property is very good as well. Our experience was ok, we were on a relaxing vacation. Will probably not visit again depending on what our goal is.
