Cornelia (9/5): Sehr empfehlenswert. - Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war hervorragend. Die Größe und Sauberkeit des Zimmers sehr gut. Hinzu kommt die tolle Alge, nur 1 Minute entfernt von der Themse. Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür und eine U- Bahn Haltestelle ist in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen.

La carte du restaurant qui manque de legume et qui tourne autour de burger, pizza et pâtes. L'absence de menu enfant dans la carte du restaurant.
Kateřina (6/5): - We chose our accommodation based on location and transportation options. The location was absolutely fantastic and the staff were very friendly. We had previously stayed at Novotel hotels, for example in Germany, so we chose one in London as well. The hotel wasn’t as clean as I had expected. There was a noticeable odor in the hallways, and the bathroom wasn’t exactly 100% clean. We stayed in a room with a double bed and a pull-out bed. The pull-out bed consisted of two sections placed side by side, and during the night, the sections and mattresses would separate. We were often woken up during the night and had to rearrange the bed. We paid extra for breakfast one day—the price was quite high. During our stay, the toilet got clogged twice, which was unpleasant, but the staff always fixed it within 10 minutes.

gasowska (10/5): super spędzony czas - Hotel położony jest kilka minut drogi na piechotę od głównych atrakcji Londynu, w pokoju była lodówka i czajnik, szklanki, kawa, herbata, mleko do kawy i pusta szklana butelka, do której można nalać filtrowanej wody przy windach w ten sposób jest mniej plastiku. Śniadanie bardzo dobre, duży wybór, dzieciom podobała się maszyna do robienia pancakes. wszystko było w porządku

LUISA (8/5): Ottima posizione per visitare Londra - posizione ottima vicino alle principali attrazioni, colazione salata molto buona e varia, ma per quanto riguarda il dolce povera e con poca varietà. Personale cordiale e professionale Il menù della cena aveva pochissima scelta e anche di bassa qualità. La pulizia non era ottimale ( in un 4 stelle dovrebbe essere eccellente). Il primo giorno abbiamo trovato delle asciugamani con le macchie nere e la camera non era pulitissima, c’era la polvere sul mobile del frigo bar, la moquette in terra macchiata e la rubinetteria piena di calcare.

La posizione è comoda per spostarsi a piedi e anche in autobus perchè le fermate sono a due passi . Non mi è affatto piacuto restare senza colazione alle 9,30 quando l 'orario è fino alle 10. Abbiamo chiesto dei cornetti ,la risposta è stata negativa. Il servizio colazione va rivisto , non si può attendere 15 minuti, solo perchè si arriva alle 9,00, per avere un tavolo quando affianco il ristorante è vuoto e gli spazi sono ampi. Il buffet dolci è troppo riduttivo per un 4 stelle ,neppure una torta o cornetti ripieni. Ah, la mattina si sentivano i passi degli ospiti che soggiornavano sopra di di noi.

satanik (10/5): Comfortable, convenient and super friendly. - It’s in the prime location, perfect for family vacation or any business trip. Food options can be better. We stayed for 5 nights and had same breakfast menu everyday.

Witkowski (8/5): Nasza rodzina była bardzo zadowolona z pobytu. - Hotel o bardzo dobrym standardzie. Miła i pomocna obsługa. Dobre śniadania. Z punktu widzenia zwiedzania Londynu lokalizacja jest świetna. W zasięgu spaceru takie atrakcje, jak choćby Big Ben, czy Westminster. Obok przystanki autobusów i 10 minut do metra. Nie ma jakiś zdecydowanie słabych punktów.

Laura (7/5): Bien mais pourrait être mieux - Emplacement très proche du BigBen, du London Eye. Personnel disponible et souriant Chambre familiale très petite. Canapé lit vraiment pas confortable. Et aucun micro onde disponible pour réchauffer un biberon ou une purée pour bébé. Il faudrait tout de même penser aux bébés qui ne mangent pas comme nous et mettre un micro onde disponible!

Ispas (10/5): Un hotel de 10 - Todo ha estado genial. La habitación es espaciosa y bonita y la cama es muy cómoda. El desayuno está fenomenal, con una máquina para hacer pancakes que nuestro hijo adoró 😂 además, nos sorprendieron con un detalle en la habitación por el cumpleaños del niño. La ubicación inmejorable, al lado del Big Ben. Un hotel de 10, si volvemos a Londres será al Novotel London Waterloo😍

Vladimir (5/5): Horrible 2* experience at £301 a night in a beautiful location. - The location is good. You are by the Thames and the views are stunning. It is a slightly improved Ibis. Has nothing to do with a 4* hotel. The rooms are small and have a sink in the middle. No separate bathroom. Shower door doesn’t close and the whole room is flooded. The carpet needs changing. The worst is that you pay £301 a night without breakfast for a centrally located Ibis. We stayed in Ibis styles Calais before for £110 with breakfast and it was much better.

John (9/5): We were very pleased with all aspects of our stay and have recommended the hotel to others. - The hotel receptionist, Chantelle, was excellent. Friendly, helpful, very smartly dressed. Her cheerful disposition reflected well on the standards that the hotel were seeking to successfully achieve. Well done. Nothing. All good.

Adolphe (9/5): Super séjour dans le Novotel - Emplacement idéal : facile d'accès par le bus. Petit déjeuner complet. Personnel accueillant. Bagagerie utile et gratuite. Chambre disponible jusqu'à 12h est un plus. Belle vue de la chambre (côté rue).Insonorisation ok: on n'a pas entendu les voisins.

906alvaror (8/5): Great stay in great location - Loved our stay here! We arrived very early after a long flight from Australia! Chantelle was very helpful and made the whole check in experience a lot more pleasant than most hotels would make. Room was spacious for London standards. Hotel was very clean. Found the towels a bit bigger and heavier than they normally should be so I found my towels slipping off the rack quite often. Only one side of the bed had a power point which was a minor inconvenience. Overall, good price, good location and good facilities. I’ll happily go back

Claudio (3/5): Hotel vicino Big Ban. Lontano dai quartieri vivi e dinamici di Londra. Metro:10/15 min a piedi. - La pulizia. Colazione pessima: lenti nel rifornire gli alimenti finiti, code per tostare il pane (tostapane da cambiare!) e per preparare i pancake. Sala colazione piccola per accogliere gli ospiti presenti in sala. Staff poco accogliente e non disponibile ad accontentare le richieste del cliente. Alla reception non parlano la lingua italiana, nonostante sul sito web venga elencata tra le lingue parlate in Hotel. Pessimo rapporto qualità-prezzo.
