• Marie (8/5): Homey Stay - Very comfortable and quiet. Lovely courtyard! It’s very convenient - just a short walk to stores, restaurants and the beach. And…the bus for Old Town was just around the corner! It’s not a fancy place but fit the bill for us. We had fun talking to the owners. Nothing. It does have a few stairs to go up but that wasn’t a problem.
• Imani (9/5): Excellent! I'll be back again! - The owners are the loveliest people! They were so kind and considerate - I adored them! The location is excellent - the bus stop to the Old Town is at the bottom of the street, and there are shops and a promenade nearby. I would 1000% stay here again :) The bed was way too firm, and the room was slightly outdated. BUT, the positives hugely outweighed these minor points, and I really enjoyed my stay at V&M.

• Briana (10/5): - Apartments & Rooms V&M was a wonderful place to stay during our time in Dubrovnik. The hosts met us with small snacks from their garden and proceeded to get us settled in, providing us with a map and recommendations for getting around the area and to Old Town. The room was spacious and clean, and the hosts provided us with clean towels regularly. The apartment was within walking distance of a nearby beach, restaurants and shops for groceries. The WiFi was a bit slow some evenings, but overall we had such a nice time it wasn't a bother! Would definitely recommend V&M!

Appena arrivati ci ha offerto da bere, ha raccolto per noi dei fichi dall'albero che ha nell'orto. la location è vicina ad una zona piena di ristoranti, di vario tipo, e alla passeggiata, e c'è anche un grande supermercato, Non è vicina al centro storico, ma a 300 m. dalla struttura c'è la fermata dell'autobus che ti porta in 10 minuti vicino alle mura di Dubrovnik.

Świetnie urządzone apartamenty, czyściutka i nowa łazienka, przestronne szafy i bardzo wygodne łóżka Widok z balkonu na wzgórza pięknie oświetlone w nocy, niebo z dobrze widocznymi gwiazdami i odczuwalną, kojącą wieczorem bryzą od morza zapewniły niezapomniane wspomnienia 😁🤗Fantastyczny taras i kuchnia letnia przekroczyły nasze oczekiwania. • McKenzie (10/5): Lovely place and I feel very lucky to have come across it - The host was very kind and generous with his accommodations. The room was spacious and clean, easy access to old town from the bus, along with beautiful property with lovely outdoor seating area and garden. Lapad is nicely situated outside of the hustle and bustle of old town while also providing easy access to transport, beaches for swimming, and parks. If you’re looking to save some money the kitchen is great to make your own food via supplies from the easily accessible grocery stores. Thank you hosts for a wonderful stay! Your hospitality was greatly appreciated. Wifi could have been a little stronger but not a barrier by any means.
• Debra Rosa (10/5): Ospitalità impeccabile, comfort e posizione ideale - La posizione è davvero perfetta: l’appartamento si trova a Lapad, il quartiere migliore in cui soggiornare a Dubrovnik: una zona vivace, piena di supermercati, bar, ristoranti e locali, ma allo stesso tempo l’alloggio gode di una tranquillità assoluta, senza alcun rumore. Inoltre, la fermata dell’autobus è proprio sotto casa e permette di raggiungere il centro storico in pochi minuti. L’appartamento è molto bello, dotato di ogni comfort, pulitissimo, con bagno nuovissimo. Dispone di un ampio terrazzo con una vista bellissima, e in più la struttura offre anche un patio comune immerso nel verde, utilizzabile da tutti gli ospiti. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato omaggi di benvenuto e gli asciugamani venivano cambiati ogni giorno. La vera differenza però l’hanno fatta i proprietari, Mirko e Veronika: sempre gentili, disponibili e attenti, ci hanno accolto con tanti consigli utili sul posto e con una cura continua durante il soggiorno. Ci siamo sentiti veramente coccolati. Se potessi darei più di 10. Torneremo sicuramente e nel frattempo lo consiglio fortemente a chiunque voglia vivere al meglio la propria esperienza a Dubrovnik.

• Ryan (8/5): A great value stay in Dubrovnik - Conveniently located near a bus stop and a great value for Dubrovnik. The balcony in particular was beautiful. The host was also very kind and helpful. Floors were dirty and one of the sheets had a blood stain.
• Douglas (10/5): - The property is well-located, with an easy bus ride to the Old Town, and numerous restaurants are within walking distance. The host was great and knowledgeable and because it was very hot the week we were there, they provided replacement towels every day. Bed was huge and the flat was perfect for our needs. The property is set in "rustic gardens" and that adds to the charm of the place. Very enjoyable weeks break.
• Hanna (10/5): - This was an excellent choice for our stay in Dubrovnik. Room was just as was described, bus stop to old town was in a very short distance, beach and supermarket were close. But the best thing was the owner! His kindness and helpfulness were just amazing! We got sandwiches and drinks when we arrived late, he drove us to the old town once, gave lots of good tips and brought us a huge watermelon sliced. An excellent stay!

A small kitchen area allowed me to make drinks/snacks. There's a lovely garden area to sit in. My friend was paying $70 more a night to stay in a local hotel and his experience was far worse. If you want to explore Dubrovnik you should stay here.

The room and house were clean and perfect. Whatever we needed they provided. The location is perfect and is a 7-10 minute drive to the old town, there’s a bus nearby as well. The town is amazing and is full of live music and amazing restaurants. Theres beaches about a 7-10 minute walk. If you want to have an amazing time and feel at home, stay here! The hardest part was truly leaving the hosts. We will be back!

• Boudewijn (8/5): Ontzettend prettig verblijf! - Het appartement is lekker ruim, een groot balkon met prima uitzicht. Er zit een strand op ongeveer 400 meter bij het appartement. Daarnaast zit er ook een bushalte op ongeveer 100 meter afstand, deze buslijn stopt ook bij het oude centrum. Alles is makkelijk te bereiken en de gastheer en gastvrouw zijn ontzettend vriendelijk! Dit verblijf is absoluut een aanrader!

Quiet, comfortable beds and good overall facilities were features in each of the apartments we occupied.
• Marcus (10/5): - This was a perfect place to stay in Dubrovnik. The host was super nice on our arrival. He gave us advice, directions and told us the easiest way to take the bus to the Old Town. The bus stop is a 2 minute walk from the apartment with restaurants just 5 minutes away and a nice beach 10 minutes away. The rooms and bathrooms are clean and comfortable.
• Sara (8/5): - Proprietario carinissimo, ci ha dato un po' di indicazioni su cosa fare e come muoverci, una mattina ci ha accompagnato al porto per una escursione, veramente molto gentile. Camera adeguata, pulita, con aria condizionata e angolo cottura. Bagno comodo. Posizione comoda, c'è la fermata del bus a 50 m dall'appartamento per il centro. Il parcheggio è nella stradina dell'appartamento, noi non abbiamo mai spostato l'auto. Nel complesso, un buon soggiorno.

Instalaciones hermosas con una gran ubicación, a 500 mts bajando está la playa más linda de Dubrovnik y a 200 mts la parada del bus para ir hacia el casco viejo. Muy recomendable también el precio, relación precio/calidad inmejorable. Gracias Mirko!!!.

• Mathilde (9/5): Appartement agréable et bien situé - L’hôte Mirko est adorable et nous a beaucoup aidé pendant notre séjour! L’appartement est bien situé (près de l’arrêt de bus pour la vieille ville) et près des plages. L’endroit est très calme.

Non avendolo inizialmente capito, abbiamo purtroppo realizzato che queste persone non rispondono in caso di problemi con l'alloggio (non funzionava il Wi-Fi, l'aria condizionata funzionava male e una lampadina del comodino non funzionava), si preoccupano esclusivamente di incassare il corrispettivo (anche sbagliando e facendoci pagare in un altro modo rispetto a quanto invece concordato, pure in anticipo rispetto alla fine del soggiorno). - La camera dove abbiamo soggiornato non era tenuta bene, sembrava molto lasciata a sé stessa, con evidenti problemi da migliorare. - La pulizia, soprattutto della cucina in comune, nonché anche quella di pentole e stoviglie, lascia molto a desiderare.

• Georgios (10/5): A wonderful stay - I would definitely recommend this place. It is much better (and bigger) than on the pictures you will find on this site. The Sunset beach is only 600 meters away, plenty of restaurants to chose from and the old city only 10 min by bus. Perfect location, wonderful and relaxed atmosphere. Plus that the owners were very friendly and helpful.

I would definitely stay here again. The cats in the beautiful garden were adorable. The location was perfect. Close to the sea and shops, and an easy bus ride to old Dubrovnik. The host Stijepo was the most helpful person we have met and the customer service was excellent. He really went out of his way to help us in all situations. He could tell us about local restaurants and places to visit such as Ston. Best host ever! Nothing to complain about.

Showed us his beautiful microfarm. Our last morning, he offered us some coffee, fresh orange juice, pastries, and fruit from his garden. Would highly recommend this place to anyone. There is a grocery store around the corner, and located right beside a bus stop that goes to old town. Clean room, and fully stocked kitchen. Extremely friendly and accommodating hosts! If you drive there is minimal street parking (no fault of the hosts). They were kind enough to open the gate and let us park on the property.

• Maija (10/5): Lovely stay, very welcoming & kind host, clean and tidy room. - Extremely welcoming host, very respectable, kind and generous. Location was perfect, short distance from a bus stop and the beach. Easy to find a parking spot. Nice outdoor kitchen with all equipment you may need. Bigger supermarket nearby as well. Great restaurant recommendations from the host. Overall we absolutely loved our stay here, we’ll return again :)!

• Ilona (10/5): - We had a fantastic stay at this location. Very clean apartment and an incredibly caring host! From this place, you can go in all directions to explore Dubrovnik. We enjoyed our stay here. Definitely recommended!
• Ane Line (10/5): Great location - The rooms a very spacious, and have lots of storage space, suitable for longer stays. Also fridge, efficient aircon and a small kitchenette. The location is very close to the beach, and the bus stop is only 50 m down the road, making the city easily accessible. The hosts are extremely friendly and accommodating. They provide free use of a lovely garden with many outdoor sitting options, even an outdoor kitchen.
• Miriam (10/5): Perfecto, de 10 - Todo perfecto. Muy limpio y nuevo. Apartamento como si estuvieras en casa, con todo lo necesario. Mirko fue muy amable. Nos dejo unas botellas de agua en la nevera (hacia mucho calor) y un regalito para nuestro bebe. Quedamos encantados.Se puede aparcar a la puerta del apartamento. La playa esta a 10 min andando y casi al lado hay una parada de bus para ir al old town. Nada

• Jane (8/5): Perfect location for beach, supermarket and bus stop - the location is very good. On a nice quiet road. Has its own balcony with air con (much needed in July and August) 5 min walk to the supermarket. 10 min walk to the beach. 2 min walk to the bus stop where you can catch a bus into Dubrovnik Old Town and beyond The room floor was a little dusty
• Amna (10/5): Brilliant. Would highly recommend, never felt more welcomed. - The host was amazing - super friendly and really went out of his way to accommodate me and my dad’s needs. The apartment itself was beautiful but the host making time to sit with us and ensure we were satisfied with our stay made the experience all the more better.
• Gabriela (8/5): Host muito simpático e prestativo - Conforto do quarto, cama e travesseiros muito bons! Chama a atenção a hospitalidade do dono do estabelecimento, onde também se localiza sua própria casa com a esposa. Nos ofereceu buscar na ida e na volta da estação de trem. Nos deu mapas e boas dicas sobre a cidade. Nós recebeu com cervejas e uma deliciosa torta, além de um café da manhã simples mas cuidadoso no último dia da hospedagem. Nos emprestou também toalhas de praia. Secador de cabelo no banheiro ótimo! Perto de uma região cheia de bares e restaurantes com preço muito melhor que no centro! Praias lindas próximas também, além de um grande supermercado. Localização em relação a Old Town. Porém facilmente acessível de ônibus ou táxi. Durante 1 dia não tivemos água quente no chuveiro, mas foi por problemas no outro quarto, no qual o hóspede desligou o registro de água quente. O Wi-Fi com a senha fornecida pelo dono não funcionou. TV constava Netflix mas não funcionou.
