• Angie (10/5): Exceptional Stay - Hotel Dodonaa exceeded all expectations! The location is unbeatable, right on the coast with stunning sea views and private beach access. Rooms are clean, modern, and super comfortable, with balconies perfect for sunset views. The food is delicious, and the staff are incredibly welcoming and attentive. I can’t wait to come back!

• Greta (5/5): - Le camere belle e la vista mare pazzesca Bel parcheggio. Non mi è piaciuta la colazione perché poco curata, pochi dolci, molto salato.. Il pane non capivo se fosse fresco tutti i giorni, non avevano latte vegetale. Marmellate, cioccolato e burro in grossi contenitori in cui ognuno prendeva ( poco igienico) e non c’era nemmeno scritto i gusti delle marmellate. Il caffè era in una termus grande e se lo volevi dal bar aveva un costo di 1,50€ Dalle foto si vedevano sdraio sulla spiaggia ma nella realtà queste sdraio con ombrelloni non ci sono. Lo staff non parlava, o quasi, l’italiano.. non c’era la possibilità di mangiare pranzo o cena in loco.
• Lara (7/5): Sympa, mais je ne reviendrai pas - La vue est très jolie + la plage juste à côté presque privatisé ! Le personnel est top ! Nous avons adoré discuter, tout le monde est très gentil très serviable ! Une petite pensé à un réceptionniste de nuit qui nous comprenait en français ! Et à la personne qui s’occupe de la piscine ! L’hôtel a été à mon avis vite construit et mal construit, les finitions sont une catastrophe : le bac à douche déborde sans cesse (pas assez profond) l’évacuation de la douche était très sale, il manquait des plaintes, des encadrements de porte, le frigo qui fuyait. Pour installer les boîtiers d’alarme incendie, ils ont faire un trou dans le mur, rien de propre tout vite fait mal fait ! Ne vaut clairement pas le prix qu’on a payé ! De plus nous étions loin du centre ville ! Le petit déjeuner n’était vraiment pas bon du tout….

Nice location being close to the city center and Ksamil islands. I would gladly return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sarande with their families.

• Jonathan (10/5): Peaceful seaside comfort - Hotel Dodona is a lovely place to stay. The location is ideal, just steps from the sea and close to local attractions. The staff were welcoming and always ready to help with recommendations. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful, with a nice variety to start the day. The pool was a highlight of my stay, perfect for relaxing in the sun. I loved the cozy and calm atmosphere, it felt like a true escape!

Also you have private parking which is great. The room was clean, spacious, if you choose the one with the view on the sea you wont be sorry. It is really beautiful. Few things were a little outdated but still good. Lets say i was a bit picky.

• Kamberi (10/5): Stupenda - Tutto Mi e dispiaciuto andare via. Un albergo fatto a misura per chi vuole relax, servizio e soprattutto rispetto per l'ospite. Perché li non sei cliente sei ospite a differenza di altre strutture che precedentemente abbiamo visitato. Se ritorno in Albania (Saranda) d'ora in poi sarà il mio punto fisso. • Noémie (10/5): Séjour reposant et déconnexion totale - L’hôtel est idéalement situé : face à la mer, offrant une vue exceptionnelle sur les couchers de soleil. La literie est confortable, l’hôtel est très propre et le personnel aux petits soins. Nous y retournerons sans hésiter !
• Flavie (7/5): - L'emplacement de l'hôtel est idéal, face à la mer, à quelques minutes en voiture de Saranda. La chambre est propre et correspond au descriptif. Le balcon est un vrai plus ! La piscine vue mer est très agréable. L'hôtel dispose également de sa plage privée avec accès direct. Le personnel est poli mais plutôt froid hormis le réceptionniste de nuit qui parle français. Le petit déjeuner sous forme de buffet n'est pas exceptionnel... la même chose tous les jours, les œufs sont froids et côté sucré il n'y a pas grand chose, les croissants sont industriels. Il n'était pas possible de manger sur place le soir et les boissons du bar sont assez chères pour ce que c'est. Cet hôtel n'est pas digne de ses 4 étoiles mais plutôt 2 voire 3 étoiles maximum.

Ce que nous avons particulièrement apprécié, c’est son emplacement (attention, il est un peu éloigné du centre de Saranda, une voiture est donc nécessaire), avec sa plage privée paisible et sa piscine. Les chambres sont propres et les balcons avec vue sur la mer sont très agréables. L’hôtel semble avoir été rénové récemment et il est très bien entretenu. Le personnel est adorable, à l’écoute et très serviable. Concernant le petit-déjeuner, nous avions lu des avis assez mitigés : certes, ce n’est pas le buffet majestueux d’un grand hôtel, mais il y a largement de quoi satisfaire tout le monde… et quel plaisir de le prendre face à la mer ! • Ali (5/5): Sûrement pas un 4 étoile. - Belle plage privée, avec un coucher de soleil magnifique. Accrochez vous ! Le personnel très froid , a part la jeune femme de la réception qui fait l’effort de sourire et prends le temps de vous expliquer les choses. Le lit pas très confortable mattelas avec des bosses, pas de savon pour les mains. Très compliqué, si vous n’êtes pas véhiculés, la corniche et à 50 minutes à pied de l hôtel et le premier restaurant 15 minutes à pied. Toujours le même petit déjeuner, jus d orange concentrer avec aucun goût, si vous arrivez un peu avant la fin de service les aliments sont froids. Pas de transats au bord de l eau, ils sont empilés près des escaliers, vous devez-vous même les deplacer et en plus on m’a demandé de les remettre à leurs place😞. je peut paraître un peu dur mais la c est vraiment pas digne d’un 4 etoiles.

Pas trop de monde.Belle picine.acces direct à la plage de galets dans lequel se jette une rivière d'eau douce mais froide. Femme de ménage et serveuses aimables et efficaces.Veulleur de nuit gentil et parle français . L hotel a un beau potentiel mais nécessite une véritable rénovation. Sarande à éviter au mois d août pour des vacances en famille trop de bruit très cher et difficile pour stationner et routes en côte.Hotel paisible mais on y retournera pas. Odeurs nauséabondes au deuxième étage nécessitant un changement de chambre. Équipement salle de bain et meubles vieillots. Chambre petite.Petit déjeuner industriel, basique et identique tous les jours Pas de restauration le soir donc nécessité de solution de transport( taxi cher) pour dîner. Les transats sont disponible mais payants en principe. patron un peu rude mais gentil au fond

Letti super comodi con vista impagabile Pulizia approssimativa e tardiva limitata al cambio biancheria quotidiano. Caffè espresso a pagamento, impensabile per un 4 stelle. Servizio spiaggia inesistente. Colazione priva di dolci (presenti solo cornetti al cacao e neanche di buona qualità), mamcano frutta (11 giorni solo qualche fetta di anguria) e cibi dolci. Il bagno, privo di finestra, è perennemente umido e dagli scarichi si sentono cattivi odori. Pisci na bella ma sporca, perennemente. L'hotel è molto bello e ha grandissime possibilità di essere tra i più belli a Saranda ma la gestione è da rivedere.

• Alessandra (8/5): Albania da scoprire - L'hotel gode di una bellissima vista dalla terrazza, che si affaccia sul mare. (Ma offre anche una piscina con lettini) Un panorama che ho considerato da subito il punto forte! La colazione è abbondante e buona , le camere sono comode e con un bel balcone. La posizione è vicino Saranda, ma non nel caos di Saranda. Noi abbiamo lasciato auto al parcheggio e raggiunto il centro a piedi, ma la premessa fondamentale è che ci piace camminare, perché la strada non è esattamente la migliore senza macchina. Se si desiderate visitare le spiagge di Ksamil, consigliamo sveglia mattiniera perché, per quanto il tragitto sia breve, nel periodo centrale di agosto, si crea un bel traffico. Per chi volesse inoltrarsi nell'interno, valutate una passeggiata ad Agirocastro, e godevi anche il paesaggio di montagna. L'Albania è assolutamente da scoprire!

La localització no permet anar caminant fins al centre de la ciutat, has de desplaçar-te amb cotxe.

• Evaldas (10/5): - It was very nice hotel near the beach, stuff is very helpful and nice. Breakfest is very good and you can choose from.From 12-16 restorant is working and you can choose different meals. Specially good is grilled fish. Svimming pool is clean and a lot of place around.
• Lorenzo (1/5): Terribile - La vista. L’hotel si presenta bene, struttura bella e vista mozzafiato con piscina pulita. Peccato tutto il resto cada a pezzi. Lo staff é maleducato e svogliato, come se ti stesse facendo un favore enorme, incapace di accogliere clienti e turisti; le camere sono sporche, il bagno maleodorante, con odore di urina, coperto da candeggina, non c’è sapone per le mani, con il soffione della doccia che fischia forte ogni volta che si apre l’acqua; la colazione è imbarazzante per un 4 stelle, pochissima scelta e con i croissant confezionati del supermercato; il caffè si paga a parte, solo con cash; se chiedi un bicchiere d’acqua durante la giornata, non te lo danno perché l’acqua é solo per lo staff; ci avevano detto che per cena servivano solo pizza ma, inspiegabilmente, non servono neanche quella, la possono ordinare da pizzerie vicino ma quando abbiamo provato, il tipo ci ha detto che era meglio se fossimo andati noi per conto nostro per evitare di prendere una pizza non di nostro gradimento. Non é normale che un 4 stelle non abbia un servizio ristorante per la cena, considerando anche la posizione lontana dal centro, e l’impossibilità di raggiungere un posto a piedi. Non c’è un ripostiglio o magazzino per le valigie, te le fanno lasciare nella hall, per altro vuota la maggior parte del tempo. In conclusione, non consiglio assolutamente questo hotel, soprattutto per i prezzi che non rispecchiano la realtà.

• cinzia (10/5): - La posizione dell' albergo è eccezionale, di fronte al mare con una bellissima piscina, lontano dal caos di Saranda, ma con l' auto si possono raggiungere i posti strategici del posto, molto vicino Ksamil dove il mare è cristallino ...il personale era molto gentile e attento alle nostre richieste, il proprietario molto disponibile e presente, ritornerei molto volentieri Con qualche accorgimento e accuratezza in più nelle stanze ....potrebbe diventare Top!
• Buket (7/5): - Locatie was prima. Personeel heel vriendelijk. Eerste dag werd ik ziek en hebben we via hotel een taxi geregeld om naar het ziekenhuis te gaan. Het brengen en ons ophalen heeft ons 60 euro gekost. We hadden beter een reguliere taxi kunnen regelen. Er was ook een behoorlijk riool lucht in de badkamer, schijnt dat er ieys was met de leidingen, die hebben ze gemaakt, maar de licht bleef. Vuilniszakken werden niet geleegd. En reactie op berichten via Booking worden niet gelezen en beantwoord. Ik ben bijv een persoonlijk item vergeten en ondanks dat ik ze een bericht heb gestuurd geen gehoor. Oook hebben ze zelf geen contact met ons opgenomen. Voor de rest was ontbijt prima.

El desayuno supongo que para los albaneses estará muy bien, pero para los europeos poca variedad. Acceso complicado, sobre todo si llegas de noche, parking amplio y gratuito. • Samira (7/5): Le cadre est beau, avec le coucher de soleil - Le coucher du soleil, magnifique, le calme dans l hôtel, le personnel est sympa, Le transport, pas de navette, l hôtel se trouve loin du centre ville, et il faut marché presque une demi heure pour aller à la station de bus. Rien à côté de l hôtel pour manger, le soir, on ne peut pas manger dans l hitel à part si vous voulez que l hôtel vous commande des pizzas. Les Plages sont bien mais c’est des galets.. pas de sable…

• A (7/5): - Lovely swimming pool. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. Wide choice of healthy foods for breakfast. Wonderful views of the sea and night sky. Location makes it difficult to access the city centre in the evening as no buses. Bus stop accessed at end of a dirt track walk and buses usually packed full when they do run. ATMs in Saranda 🇦🇱 totally rip off tourists with really high bank charges. Use a card to pay were possible or change currency to Euros in your own country first.
• Ellen (8/5): Jammer van de badkamer, de rest was prima - Het is een mooi hotel en ligt mooi hoewel het wel een stuk uit het centrum is. Prachtig uitzicht vanuit het balkon. Zwembad was heerlijk. Ontbijt was prima. Voor d eprijs verwacht je wel dat alles goed is en de badkamer kan echt niet, zie fotos De badkamer was echt heel slecht. Toiletbril lag eraf,douche hangt los,schimmelplekken. Voor zo 'n prijs kun je zulke badkamer niet aanbieden.

• Stefan (6/5): Lackluster and worn hotel with potential - There is a large pool area with one larger pool and one for smaller kids. Lots of sun loungers around the pool. You can eat lunch and order drinks- very nice. The location has a stunning view of Saranda and is perfect for sunsets. The hotel has access to a gravel beach and a river which makes the area interesting and exciting. You can bring loungers on your own down to the beach, no umbrellas though. Our room provided a great view as well. Variety in breakfast. The thing with this hotel is that it has such potential but at the same time they don´t seem to have a plan of what kind of hotel they want to be so most of it gets wasted. The hotel is either in bad shape or rather worn. Strange solutions with safety and the furniture seems out of place(A TV is placed where there is no socket nearby. Lack of electricity sockets in general.) No hand soap in bathroom (expected with the price per night.) At dinner only pizza (not even dessert or an ice cream is available) is served but the pizza is either delivered or just heated up so no real restaurant at night. The menus doesn´t always show the real prices. Some staff are lovely and service minded and some don´t even meet your eyes when you say hello or ask something. I think they could sort many of these things quickly if they pulled themselves together so hopefully this visit was in a bad time in the Hotels history. You should be aware that if you don´t have a car you need to be prepared to walk a bit to reach areas of restaurants and several beach areas since the rivers divide you from the other side of it. There is however a GREAT restaurant at the hotel next door which is accessible by road or beach strairs.

• Melisa (4/5): - Servitrisen på hotellet var trevligt, hon verkade kömpa med allt själv, alla andra var bara där till ingen nytta verkade det som. Fanns ingen mugg till tand borstar, fanns ingen toarullshållare, basic sakerna saknades, ägarna till hotellet verkade vara trött på livet. Hotellet ligger långt från matställen så man måste ha bil för att åka och äta varje kväll. Stod inte hur djup bassängen var och det saknades parasoller vid bassängen. Det var ingen variation på frukosten.
