- celesteperona (7/5): Nice and comfortable - The location is great, a few minutes to Central Park and about 15 to Times Square and theaters. The room we got was very well equipped with utensils, plates and glasses. Coffe machine with Illy coffe was a plus. There was only one elevator working for a 26 story building. They opened 2 others in the back that were reserved for staff to use (take cleaning carts, laundry), but it could still take you 10 min to way for an elevator.

I was not expecting to pay over $1,000.00 per night to have to walk thru basically a cut out window, in the bedroom, to go out to the balcony, maybe I should have researched more. Very Disappointed!! A menu & serving times would have been nice to have in the room. No info of any kind about what restaurants, etc., were close by. No info about ANYTHING!!! No idea at all about what was served upstairs

Only one elevator was working during our stay and that caused long waits particularly in the morning. Also while the location is great, the hotel is in a very busy part of Manhattan causing delays and inflated bills if you take a cab.

The layout of the room was terrible in regards to one thing: Once the sofa bed was pulled out, the people in bedroom had no way to access the kitchen or bathroom without crawling over the sofa bed. The ice machine was located only on the 14th and 26th floors which was very inconvenient. One elevator did not work! It cost $20 for two lousy coffees! OVERPRICED!

I'd come in with a group for my daughter's graduation...I'd written before the event about it, and they had made up a card in the room congratulating her with graphics about dance (she's a dance major)--such a sweet, special touch. The breakfast was great--you should definitely book to have it included with the room. The staff there was super helpful! The suites were large and comfortable. We had a balcony, which was excellent. I'd say the lounge upstairs is a bit pricey. We would have spent more time there if it hadn't been.

- yuki (7/5): ロケーション抜群 - とにかくロケーションが最高！ブロードウェイやロックフェラーセンター、MOMAなどの観光地もすぐ近くで、スーパーやドラックストアもすぐ近くにありとても便利でした。ドアマンの人たちが親切でした。部屋に電子レンジがついていたので買ってきた食事を部屋でゆっくり楽しめてリラックスできました。 エレベーターが修理中で１台しか稼働しておらず、毎回とても待たされるのがストレスでした。他の部屋のドアの開け締めの音が少しうるさかったです。ソファまわりが少し暗く、窓際にもう一つライトがあれば良かったです。

- Chandra (8/5): Good hotel in an excellent location - Comfortable bed. Excellent location, easy walking distance to Central Park, Broadway, Times Square, grocery stores and many restaurants. Kitchenette with a sink, microwave, fridge, dishes and dishwasher (what??)! Lounge on the 26th floor was a nice place to wait while before our room was ready. Very nice staff. Very slow elevator response time to reach the 12th floor so I could go down to the lobby. The cleaning staff accessed my room while I was out even though the "do not service" card was on my door. Noisy neighbors. A bit pricey for the quality but the location made it worth it.

Prywatny parking naprzeciw, w recepcji można go ogarnąć za 35$ za dobe. Blisko stacji metra. Polecamy... Hotel w trakcie remontu wind, stąd trzeba chwile czekać, ale bez przesady. Można z tym żyć

I cannot believe elevators cannot repaired quickly in New York City. We stayed three days. We never saw more than one elevator working. This is either intentional or the management is so incompetent that they must be fired immediately.

The room lacked USB ports entirely, and the bathroom ceiling leaks whenever the upstairs guests use their shower. Breakfast at $35 felt difficult to justify given the quality. The elevator situation was a constant frustration during peak hours. Staff communication left much to be desired. Most notably, heating was absent — not just in my room, but across the entire property.

- KENTAROU (5/5): 筋肉がつきました。 - 価格の割に部屋が広く４８平米もあったため、のびのびと過ごせた。簡易キッチン、食事用のテーブルと椅子もあったため、デリカテッセンで買い物し、室内で快適にごはんが食べれた。室内に勝手に人が入ることもなく、マナーは保たれていた。 エレベーターが2基しか実働しておらず（4基中）、前評判通りであった。乗合のエレベーターで、みんな歩いたほうが早いと文句を言っていた。当方の部屋は18階のだった。3日間の宿泊で、2回階段で1階まで下りる羽目になった。特にチェックアウトの日は1基しかエレベーターが動かず、20㎏のスーツケース2個を持って階段を下りた。スーツケースがかつてないほど傷だらけになった。

- Benoit (10/5): The Manhattan Club is our home in downtown New York - L’établissement est parfaitement situé. À deux pas de Time Square, du MoMa et de central parc. Facile d’accès depuis JFK par la ligne E. La suite est équipée d’une petite cuisine qui nous a permis de prendre petit déjeuner et dîner ‘comme à la maison’. Il y a un Whole Food Market à Colombus!!! L’accueil est au top et l’hôtel garde les valises le temps que les chambres soient prêtes. Et excellent rapport qualité prix 🏆 Rien Si ce n’est que les ascenseurs sont un peu capricieux

- hee (1/5): 다시는 가고 싶지 않습니다! - 위치와 욕실만 좋습니다! 위치는 안전한 곳에 위치해 있으며, 대부분 걸어다니기에 좋았습니다. 욕실은 리모델링 되어 있어서 깨끗하고 넓어서 침실보다 더 좋았습니다! 위치 빼고 다 별로였습니다!! 카펫은 너무 오래 되었고, 쇼파도 너무 낡아서 앉기도 싫었고, 창문은 열리지 않았습니다. 예약 전에 연주하러 가기 때문에 방 컨디션이 리모델링 되어진 곳으로 배정해 달라고 부탁 메세지까지 넣었는데, 전혀 배려 받지 못했습니다. 아예 메세지를 확인도 안했습니다. 불편해서 방을 옮겨 달라고 요청을 했더니 비용을 하루에 75불씩이나 더 요청을 했습니다. 다시는 그곳에 가고 싶지 않습니다.

- Pilar (9/5): Confortable room, excellent location. - Very good location. Rooms are spacious and clean. There is a very nice lounge on the 26 floor where they serve breakfast. After 12 coffee is available. They also have drinks and snacks. I arrived at 11 after an overnight plane trip. I checked in and had to wait until 4 to get my room. I wasn’t told I could wait at the lounge until 4, even though staff saw me sitting at the lobby. I went for lunch and returned at 3. I was then told my the manager I could wait at the lounge until 4.

- Renee (10/5): Genieten op een op locatie - De locatie is perfect! Op loopafstand van Central Park, Times Squate, metro, supermarkt, etc. Elke dag wordt de kamer schoongemaakt. Een van de liften was buiten gebruik waardoor je langs moest wachten. Ook de bedbank redelijk hard.

- Benjamin (8/5): Our stay was great and met our expectations for our long weekend trip to NYC - Love the location. Our second time staying here. Centrally located a couple blocks from Central Park, shopping, and an easy walk to Times Square and museums. But also on a quiet section of 56th st away from the crowds. The property is clean and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The elevators are being serviced and during rush hours the wait can be long.

- Keith (10/5): We will return - Now Planning a Return to the Manhattan club. - The room was a great fit, perfect for the both of us. It had a bedroom, lounge & kitchen which were all spotless and functional. This was our first time to NYC and we used the concierge a number of times. The doorman was also very knowledgeable and gave great directions on how to get to various attractions. The cleaning staff, facilities manager and bar staff were all excellent. If you add all of the above up it = Happy Customers who cant wait to return. Many thanks to the Manhattan Team it was an excellent stay. firstly the location was perfect. 10 min walk to Central Park or Time Square. Public transport was also really accesable. Room size & kitchenette facilities were perfect. We were able to have cold drinks in the room and reheat any food we may have brought back. The staff were the true stars - They aimed to please and the this resulted in a stand out vacation.

Очень приятный персонал, реально заказали выгодное такси, помогли с сумками. Долго ждать лифт! Но есть дополнительные лифты, там очереди нет. Бывает ждали лифт 3-4 минуты, не больше.

L'hotel est assez glauque, les chambres sont très sombres, le canapé lit est de mauvaise qualité, les chambres sont mal insonorisées (bruits du couloir et de la chambre du dessus, surtout pendant la douche...)

It's definitely time to replace the carpet on the room. Additionally the wall paper has seen better days. Doesn't have a luxurious vibe.

The room size, kitchenette, refrigerator with freezer plus microwave and Lilly Coffee was excellent. Elevators were occasionally limiting. The hall ways showed old “dated” decor.

- sandrine (5/5): - Personnel très agréable et réactif. Hôtel bien situé, avec une apparence luxueuse. Hôtel très vieillissant. Dans notre première chambre, la baie vitrée s’est déboîtée et a failli tomber sur notre enfant, et la porte de la salle de bain s’est bloquée. Nous avons été relogés, mais dans une suite moins bien (sans chambre séparée). Le ménage n’a pas été fait malgré notre signalement à la réception, et nous devions chaque jour réclamer des serviettes (seulement 2 pour 4 personnes). Literie du lit king size confortable, mais canapé-lit très inconfortable, sans solution proposée. Aucun vrai rangement dans la salle de bain ni dans la chambre pour des voyageurs c est vraiment un point faible. Beaucoup de points à améliorer.
