Guest Reviews
- Andrew (10/5): Great location - Great location, lovely indoor pool, amazing breakfast, friendly and lots of sofas around reception and informal bar area
- Anna (8/5): -
- Christy (4/5): Not worth the cost and should have stayed elsewhere. - Location Noise, cleanliness, staff could be more friendly, and amenities are way too sparse
- Jamie (10/5): -
- Kevin (9/5): - Breakfast was good, pub next door was a good Irish pub, some good restaurants nearby and the spa was great. There was a light in bathroom I couldn't get off so had to pull key card out, but then the fridge light stayed on.. couldn't get that off.
- Sarah (10/5): - Very nice hotel, room was lovely and clean 👌 Couldn't finf the entrance to the carpark for ages, needs to be better advertised
- Stella (9/5): -
- Johnny (8/5): - Great facilities and very friendly staff nice room and great breakfast. Very clean and comfortable. Loud music in the courtyard which is part of the hotel. So fine if you dont mind going to sleep late eg 1130- Midnight.
There are rooms on otherside. I did ask for a quiet room on booking. They told me this was the quiet side as in away from the road but there was a very loud music bar that played good music but too loud for those on a hot evening who had to open their windows as the room has no air conditioning. I asked to move but was told the hotel was full. I asked at 9pm knowing we needed an early night they said the music would end 10pmish. I thought that was fine but they lied . Shame hotel great bar this.
- Josep Maria (9/5): Bien - Centrico. Muy correcto.

- Sarah-Marie (8/5): - Nice quiet room which was a good size. Our room looked out onto the inner courtyard so we didn't have any street noise. The room had a lovely coffee machine too. Breakfast was slightly disappointing.
Upon arrival we were asked for our room number and if we wanted tea or coffee. We were then shown to a table that wasn't properly clean and the waiter just turned and walked away. He didn't explain how breakfast worked. I had to call him back to ask for the table to be cleaned, where upon he lifted our coffee pot, put it onto a different table and walked away again.
The quality of the breakfast was ok. Nothing exceptional. The coffee wasn't very good. There was some delicious fruit and yogurt available though.
- John (8/5): Excellent value for money, but bear in mind it is busy outside and will have substantial nightlife noise - Excellent value for money.
Centre of city nightlife.

- marcella (10/5): - I really like the staff and how pleasant they all are.
Amazing scones at the coffee Dock plus a really good coffee.
Love the gym and spa plus carparking No air conditioning but to be honest it's not a problem just now as it's quite cold this spring

- Liam (1/5): A Noisy Horror - Location It is like getting a bedroom in a niteclub rather than a hotel. The noise levels from traffic, street antics, niteclubs, bars, sirens and drunks goes on for hours 7 nights a week. During early evening the noise is so loud it wasn't possible to hear the tv unless it was up full blast. At 2am to 3am and longer the niteclub emptied onto the street below and it was insanely loud. I complained to staff and it was a polite 'what did you expect'. It's a place for partygoers to crash despite the photos on booking.com showing families in the room. €240 for 1 person for 1 night for a hotel room that it wasn't never going to be possible to get sleep in, defeats the purpose. It shouldn't be a hotel. I can't understand how the rating is so high on booking.com
- Eva (10/5): -
- Rosemary Woods (10/5): - Great location leisure facilities very good and food lovely Nothing
- Mathew (9/5): Great location for trams and parking very secure. Very comfortable room and facilities. - Good room and facilities. Bar and restaurant menu had good choices. Great location for the trams. Underground parking was very secure. Nothing springs to mind
- Kirsty (8/5): A fab location and a comfortable stay. - The location for us was great. The hotel decor and facilities were nice. The bed was very comfortable and the room had almost everything you would need/expect The rooms were very hot with no climate control.
The pool could do with some repairs/refresh.
- Manning (10/5): - Friendly helpful staff. Nothing to report
- Donnacha (3/5): -
- Craig (10/5): -
- Ellie (6/5): -
- Sandra (10/5): Best hotel in Dublin City centre - Perfectly located within easy access to all Dublin activities Nothing
- Marcel (8/5): -
- Keziah (10/5): - Everything about the hotel is fantastic. Quite expensive but what do you expect its Dublin.
- Amanda-Jane (8/5): - Excellent location, added bonus of pool etc which we used alot. Own car park also huge bonus. Room and bathroom very nice. There was one receptionist who went out of her way to help us! Restaurant substandard. Staff friendly but a bit inefficient. Impossible to find something to eat for one of our party with a garlic allergy and main restaurant menu a bit lacking for vegetarians. No one else in restaurant and so a bit cold and no atmosphere. There were some exceptional staff on reception and bar, but also some pretty inefficient or rude ones too in same area
- Monteith (7/5): Fine for one night, clean but basic, ear plugs essential - Ear plugs provided! No breakfast or information on how to get breakfast. Noise was terrible, ear plugs were brilliant.
- Daniel (8/5): -
- Maciej (8/5): Excellent for short stays in the Dublin centre - Excellent location, nice and clean room, standard breakfast, but fresh vegetables only on request, professional staff, nice gym and swimming pool.
- Toni (8/5): It was in a great spot. And a great room. - Great size room. Comfortable beds. Great bathroom. As we were told it is situated between nightclub and pub so was a bit noisy. But not bad and we were given fair warning, and ear plugs
- Anamaria (8/5): Great hotel - The room was a good size for the 4 of us and very clean. We couldn't open the windows and the room was very hot and stuffy. Also the lift was very close to our room so if you are a light sleeper like me you will hear everything
Also there's a box outside the window and makes a horrible noise maybe when the water or heating is on like its about to take off
This is me just picking on the little things as I am a very light sleeper
- Mark (9/5): -
- Maria (10/5): - It was well situated with good amenities, close to everything.
- Anne (9/5): A nice place to co e home to after touring all day. - I love to walk and found the Camden central and easy to access. It is also close to trams so easy to get around even if you have more limited mobility.
- Bourguignon (9/5): -
- Zoltan (7/5): -
- Stéphanie (8/5): -
- Nadezhda (8/5): - Location, parking discount, lovely staff, great mattrasses Windows are not thick enough for soundproof, but earplugs are provided. There is no airconditioner and rooms onto the street can get hot enough on a warm sunny day.
- Meredith (9/5): The location was great and rooms were very comfortable. Breakfast was also great, lots of diary free options. - The location was great, rooms were very comfortable and common areas were lovely.
- Tomas (9/5): -
- Chad (8/5): - Walking distance to everything Tight parking

- Elizabeth (10/5): -
- Amy (9/5): I’ll be staying here again - Excellent accommodation for the cost. Parking discount tricky - if staying in are park <12 hours, discount isn’t worth it. Ended up paying more for parking than I needed to
- Nicolas (8/5): -
- Plunkett (9/5): -
- Stuart (9/5): Excellent hotel with great leisure and pool. - Fresh and clean with excellent facilities. Staff were friendly and attentive. Exceptional mushroom soup. Pool and leisure facilities were much appreciated. Breakfast could have been better.
- Steve (9/5): -
- Joanne (8/5): A good, clean and comfortable base to see Dublin - The hotel was clean, comfortable and functional. The location was fine. Nothing the hotel could really do about. It’s right beside a pub that has live music. We knew in advance so we were able to take measures to take this into account.
Nowhere to store bags after checkout so be aware if you’re on a late flight out and want to explore before you leave.
- Lloyd (7/5): -
- Lawrence (10/5): A very nice hotel - A very pleasant experience. The breakfast was good, the lobby was congenial and the room, while not spacious was well laid out . And the bed was comfortable. The location was convenient to attractions, parks and restaurants. Our 5th floor room facing the courtyard was quiet. It is not inexpensive , but not outrageously so.
- Vanessa (10/5): -
- DP (8/5): -
- Yunis (8/5): - Good service Abit far from down town
- Nicola (9/5): -
- Britta (8/5): -
- Owens (10/5): it was great for 3 female travelers - I liked the saftey implementations nothing
