• Moroczova (7/5): Hotel priemerný ale za to v super lokalite a pohodlne postele - Poloha skvelá , blízkosť elektricky a lokalita plná zaujímavých obchodíkov a kaviarni a podnikov . Neďaleko park Letná a Národná galeria 5min pešo . Slušný výber na raňajkách okrem kávy . Super bolo možná úschova batožiny či pred alebo po ubytovaní . Samotná izba nelogicky a neprakticky vybavená , chýbali zásuvky na dostupných miestach napríklad pri posteliach a dosť nepraktická sprcha bez hlavice , len na pevno zo stropu. Na našej pomery malo odkladacieho priestoru- miesto na sušenie uterákov . Je jasne že izba je prerobená zo starých štýlov hotelových izieb .

• Andrea (8/5): Im Großen und Ganzen war es ein sehr schönes Wochenende! - Nettes Zimmerchen, alles völlig ausreichend für zwei Übernachtungen. Frühstück war sehr gut und sehr reichlich. Nachdem wir uns reingefitzt haben, haben wir festgestellt, dass die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel optimal sind. Die Lage und der Blick aus dem Zimmer war gewöhnungsbedürftig. Keine Parkplätze vorhanden.

• Alina (9/5): Perfect location and friendly staff - The perfect location, tram stop is just 2 mins away from the hotel, close to the park and to the river. All staff were super nice, friendly and helpful. A wonderful breakfast with variety of options. The bathroom was very small and the room looked like it was not renovated for long time. But overall clean and pleasant. What I didn’t like is that there’s only one elevator that works and for such huge hotel it is definitely not enough and at pick hours (like breakfast time) you will have to wait for elevator like 5mins.

• Beata (4/5): Nikdy viac - Lokalita bolo jediné čo sa nám páčilo Personál pôsobil ze je tam len kvôli tomu ze je to jeho robota. Recepcia sa nevedela ani ozdraviť, pozerali radšej film alebo rozprávku v reštaurácii ak máte intoleranciu alebo alergiu na mlieko nehovorím o celiakii nemáte nic v ponuke na raňajky. Po osloveni, ponúkli lakto free studene mlieko ale rastlinné vôbec. Izba pôsobila staro, zatuchnuto.. kúpeľňa a WC sa dali odvetrat len tak , ze sa otvorili dvere a vsetko to islo do izby, lebo len otvorením okien sa dalo vyvetrať. Toto je veľké sklamanie.

Camera foarte mică și lipsa unui dus extensibil. Exista doar o pară fixa in perete. Am înțeles că doar camerele de la etajul 5 sunt mai mici și noi am avut ghinionul de a ajunge foarte târziu iar hotelul era plin.

Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein Problem wurde sofort erledigt. Das Hotel ist renovierungsbedürftig. Einiges wirkt sehr abgenutzt. Die Sauberkeit lässt teilweise zu wünschen übrig.

• MAX (10/5): Charming Soviet-style Experience - If you are looking for an authentic Soviet-style experience in Prague, the Belvedere Hotel truly delivers. From the moment you arrive, there is a faint Kafkaesque atmosphere. Despite the hotel already possessing all your information, you are invited to fill in long forms by hand, allowing you to reconnect with the great bureaucratic traditions of Central Europe. The rooms are charming in their own distinctive way. In particular, the hotel has preserved a Soviet bedding style: rather than one normal double duvet, the bed is equipped with two horizontal single covers. This creates the fascinating experience of always being slightly uncovered in the middle of the night…and in the middle of the body. Breakfast is served in an impressive hall, a grand Soviet-style theatre where one can easily imagine important announcements once being made to the people of the area. The breakfast itself is actually very good, with plenty of variety and local specialties. The staff are serious, disciplined, and admirably resistant to unnecessary flexibility. If you ask whether something at breakfast can be slightly modified like lactose free or vegetable milk, you are met with a look suggesting you have proposed the collapse of the state itself. Highly recommended for those looking for a charming Soviet style hospitality experience and who enjoy Franz Kafka’s books and want to taste a little hint of it in real life.

• joseaC8149LM (10/5): Special Thanks to Michal and Klara! - The hotel itself is beautiful and very comfortable, but what really made my visit stand out was the exceptional service I received. ​I want to give a special shoutout to Michal and Klara at the front desk. They were both incredibly professional and kind, making me feel right at home from the moment I checked in. Their helpfulness and genuine hospitality made a world of difference, and they went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed throughout my stay. ​It is rare to find such a personal touch, and Michal and Klara are a true credit to the hotel team. I had a wonderful, relaxing time and would highly recommend Hotel Belvedere to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

• Svetlana (10/5): Everything was exellent - The staff is very friendly. Rooms are clean and the beds are very comportable. The breakfast was very rich and good. Tha location of the hotel is very good. The neigborhood is very quiet far from the crowd of the center but in the same time is walking distance fro the Old city. If I come to Praue again I would stay at the hotel "Belvedere" again

Świetna lokalizacja (blisko metra i tramwajów), bardzo wygodne łóżko i na prawdę wyjątkowe śniadania w zabytkowej sali kinowej. Obok sklepy, puby i restauracje. Pokojom przydałoby się lekkie odświeżenie pokoi i wyposażenia. Niektóre elementy były trochę zużyte, jak np. pęknięty przycisk do spłuczki w toalecie, mocno sfatygowany pilot do telewizora, ale to tylko drobnostki.

WiFi connection was pretty erratic. The bistro located in the Hotel building is bad and the staff there rude, but that's not the Belvedere's fault.

• Eliška (8/5): Will stay again! - Amazing location. If you're looking for a quiet place, you won't like it - it's situated on a street with trams, but we didn't mind it. Room was nicely spacious and the bed very comfortable. Overall satisfied, would stay again. Drains would benefit from some work, just like the shower.

Jedzenie standardowe, dobre. Łózko duże, wygodne. Klimatyzacja w pokoju. Obsluga pomocna. Mały wybór jedzenia na śniadaniu. Łazienka rozczarowala mnie strasznie- brak słuchawki prysznicowej jedynie mini deszczownica w starym stylu.

• Jana (9/5): - Naprosto luxusní a velmi bohatá snídaně v ceně pobytu. Ubytování kousek od výstaviště, blízko tramvajové zastávky, par minut chůze od vstupu do metra. Doporučujeme!!! Na jednom z pokojů byla sprcha, která tekla z hlavice umístěné ve stropu a nedala se nijak vytáhnout, naklonit. Bylo to nepohodlné. Jinak vše v naprostém pořádku.

• melisat560 (2/5): Worst hotel I’ve been to - Unfortunately, there were many issues with this property. First of all, we had ants in our room (mostly in the bathroom and shower). The room was also incredibly small and smelt very weirdly, like mildew. We also were on the 3rd floor and absolutely NO WiFi whatsoever. Our just cleaned sheets were also not very clean. Upon mentioning the ant and WiFi issues, we were told that the cleaning lady will take care of the ant issue, but there was no apology whatsoever. Also, even though we smelt the ant spray upon arrival, we still had an ant issue (with additional breathing problems because the room was drenched in chemicals). Regarding the WiFi issue we were told (upon asking ourselves, btw.) that the manager would take care of this. We did not notice an improvement so we continued using our own mobile data. We felt like we were not taken seriously by the staff at all. We also did not appreciate them not even trying to communicate with us and us having to ask for updates. No apology and no communication on their behalf whatsoever. Upon speaking about these issues, we were told the only option was to pack up our bags immediately before even having had breakfast and having our luggage downstairs so they can prepare a new room. Unfortunately because there are cracks at the bottom of the walls and the WiFi was bad anyways, we didn’t have much faith in the fact that the new room would be better, and there was also the fact that we would have had to go back up IMMEDIATELY and consume time which was risky for us because we had a reservation. We also noticed that upon showering, the bathroom floor was always flooded. The sink was also leaking. The room cleaning was close to non existent, and we were also interrupted twice by the cleaning staff before the time for breakfast (at 10) and the time for check out (at 11) was even over. The second time we were interrupted, I had the door shut in front of my face before even being able to say “Sorry, we aren’t done packing up-“ and it was around about 10 AM. We also noticed that it’s very loud in general because there were construction noises by day, and you could hear everything through the walls by night. There was also a weird, electrical burning like smell, similar to burnt plastic, when walking through the halls. The only positive aspect were the man on the first day upon arrival and the woman upon check out. The location was alright as well. The breakfast was okay but I wouldn’t say it’s worth paying extra for.

• I7915YXbeckyb (10/5): Fab mid priced hotel with lovely staff and great location for Prague visit. - We stayed for 4 nights at the Hotel Belvedere for a birthday visit to Prague. On arrival we were greeted by a fantastic reception team, with a great sense of humour. The room was a little dated but a great size and had everything we needed. The breakfasts are good, loads of choices from cooked foods, to cereals to continental choices. Staff were very helpful. It's in a good location, across the river from the Old Town, but a 2 minute walk from the tram (which takes about 10 mins) or a 20 minute walk through a fab park with a great view across the City (and it's all downhill on the way in!). Lots of chops and cafes on the same street so you don't need to go too far if you need snacks too. Recommend this hotel - as a great location, reasonably priced - book direct through the hotel rather than via booking sites as it's cheaper!
