• Diego (10/5): Excelente - Excelente ubicación, diseño interior, todo! Ideal! Que no se pueda fumar en el balcón, me amenazó con hacerme pagar el lavado de los blancos y almohadas si fumaba y entraba el olor. No tuve necesidad pero estuvo de más el comentario.
• Guadalupe (10/5): Inigualable - Ante todo pido disculpas en mi demora en dar una reseña, pero volver a la rutina después de tan relajante viaje fue algo difícil y me gusta dedicarme a dar mi opinión. Los anfitriones son excepcionalmente atentos desde el primer minuto que se realiza la reserva, toda información calidez y atención son un completo 10. Nos ayudaron en temas de traslados y guardaequipaje, hasta nos entendieron al momento del check out lo cual es un detallazo a destacar. Anteriormente me quedé en otro departamento del mismo edificio así que lo elegí por la gran ubicación y seguridad que tiene. El departamento es más que hermoso y súper equipado. Limpieza e instalaciones excelentes. Camas y almohadas muy cómodas, ambiente súper tranquilo y cálido, no pasamos frío en ningún momento (Siendo que llegó a hacer -3°). Un dato que a mi me parece importante destacar, la cama verdaderamente era un solo colchón grande y no 2 individuales unidos, lo cual lo hace mucho más cómodo. El balcón si bien no podíamos usarlo dada las bajas temperaturas, tiene una vista hermosa, ideal para aprovechar en climas más cálidos para relajarse con vista a la Catedral y al lago! Y para quienes no conocen el edificio, éste cuenta con una cafetería en el último piso/Terraza, el cual hace honor a su nombre, y mientras se degusta algo rico se puede disfrutar de la vista panorámica a la ciudad. Sin duda y sin exagerar, de todas las veces que fui a Bariloche, éste se queda con mi top 1 en alojamiento. Gracias Martín y Mónika! Un placer enorme.

• Eliana (10/5): Excelente estadía - La verdad que el departamento es muy lindo, cómodo, estaba totalmente equipado, la ubicación excelente, con vista a la catedral y lago Nahuel Huapi. Martin y Monika excelentes anfitriones muy antentos tanto antes como durante y después de nuestro hospedaje, nos ayudaron y guiaron para que nuestro paso por Bariloche fuera el mejor, sin dudas los recomiendo y volvería!

É equipado com todos itens para uma estadia confortável, seja no quarto, na cozinha, na sala ou no banheiro. A vista e a localização são excelentes, há tudo por perto, inclusive supermercado, e é possível caminhar por todo o centro de Bariloche com facilidade. Além disso, os anfitriões são pessoas maravilhosas, foram muito atenciosos e simpáticos, tanto antes da reserva quanto no check in e check out. Foi tudo perfeito! Recomendo :)

• Gerardo (10/5): Excelente apartamento y excelente anfitrión - Es un hermoso apartamento, que destaca por muchas cosas. Lo primero fue la atención del propietario quien te recibe con mucha calidez y te brinda toda la informacion necesaria para no perderte nada de Bariloche y alrededores, Lo segundo es su localización a unos cuantos pasos de la avenida Mitre, principal avenida de Bariloche donde podés caminar y disfrutar de todo el principal comercio como restaurantes, tiendas, chocolaterías, supermercados. Tambien muy cerca de la Catedral y el Lago. En el mismo edificio hay un restaurante en el piso 10 con comidas y bebidas muy buenas y una hermosa vista. La cocina del apartamento está super equipada con múltiples electrodomésticos y utensilios modernos y con una limpieza impecable. El dormitorio muy cómodo con una cama muy confortable. En fin si quieres pasarla bien en Bariloche debes rentar este apartamento.

• Joseph (10/5): Centrally located place with good kitchen and natural light - Centrally located with good heating. Well equipped kitchen and lots of natural light from the windows. Very responsive host who made check in and out a breeze. The space was great for 2 persons (but 4 or 6 will likely be a squeeze). Netflix login was great for entertainment in the night too. The building has a top floor terrace but we didn't check it out, though it did look nice. This place is a one minute walk to the nearby church, and just a few mins walk to the main shopping street. Many restaurants and minimarkets nearby too. Ventilator for the stovetop was very cranky and loud, it seems on the verge of breaking. No fault of the host on this, but the building lift can be slow and is small (3-4pax max).

• Karina (10/5): Excelente estancia - La ubicación es muy buena, con vistas hermosas en el balcón y a unos pocos metros de la calle principal con restaurantes cerca. Mónica y Martin fueron muy amables y nos dieron una guía de todo lo que se puede hacer en Bariloche, siempre atentos a cualquier consulta. Hicimos un tour con ellos y fue excelente 10/10.

• kariibas (10/5): - En lineas generales, el departamento es muy cómodo, moderno y estéticamente adorable. Los ambientes son amplios, la cocina y baño completos, la habitación cómoda. Tiene una linda vista al lago, está muy bien ubicado en el centro de Bariloche (a media cuadra de la catedral) lo que hace que quede todo cerca para ir a pie. Usamos el garage. No fue tan drámatica la entrada y salida del mismo como leimos en algunos comentarios anteriores. El edificio nos pareció seguro, no hubo problemas con el restó/bar que funciona en el último piso. Incluso sirve tenerlo por si un día quieren subir a tomar algo o desayunar sin salir a la calle. Para más tranquilidad igual el depto cuenta con doble sistema de seguridad. El anfitrión un 10, súper atento. Nos envió un montón de info de salidas y lugares recomendados incluso antes de llegar. Fuimos muchas veces a Bariloche pero fue la primera vez en este depto. Sin dudas repetiremos aca!

• Bianca (10/5): - La atención y las instalaciones. Todo muy limpio y de calidad. Excelente todo. Hay que saber maniobrar bien para usar el estacionamiento, tiene espacio reducido y es en subida. Igualmente te lo avisan antes de ir, así que fuimos sabiendo que era en esas condiciones. Tampoco tuvimos problemas con eso, solo que no es tan cómodo.

The bed was comfortable and the apartment was very clean and generally well maintained. Due to its proximity to the main street there was a lot of street noise. The lift could sometimes be slow.

The apartment is immaculate, beautifully decorated, equipped with everything you need (including a gourd, bombilla and guidelines to make maté) and right in the center of Bariloche. We totally recommend it!
