Guest Reviews
- b0ng0e (2/5): A dumpster with dirty beds. - What a dump. The only thing true about the property is the name and its in kuala lumpur. None of the pictures provided by travel sites are accurate. It is the most filthy hotel I have been in for ever. And they say it is sanitized.
- Vasile (2/5): - Not good when you go there, you ask me pay money for again
- Andrew (10/5): Unbeatable Value for Money. -
The bed was large and comfortable, the aircon was ice cold, the shower in the private bathroom was hot. The room had a desk and chair so ideal for working.
The area itself has super-cheap but authentic good quality restaurants. There is a food area at the underpass with many different cuisines (chicken or mutton curry and rice is about €2).
The is a metro nearby and it takes about 20 mins to get into the centre.
You cannot get better value in Kuala Lumpur.
- Brandon (2/5): Tiny, Noisy, and dirty - I'm not very picky when it comes to hotels, and in general I have a "you get what you pay for" attitude, this hotel was moderately cheap... but it was the absolute worst hotel I ever stayed in.
It was extremely noisy until 7am, people playing music outside, and i think there was several clubs too, but until 7am?! I stayed 2 nights and then checked out early...
It was also very dirty, my blanket stunk and they didn't even clean the garbage, even when i asked them to 3 times( i even asked the cleaning lady directly, she said something in Malay and them walked away)
I asked for a refund, hotels.com was kind enough to give me a $50 coupon for the inconvenience, but the owner of the hotel ignored hotel.com's emails, so even though i stayed there for 2 days and paid $135 CND, i only got about half of my money back from the coupon.(which wasn;t really a refund, it was an apology gift lol)
I should also mention, Hotels.com has a terrible policy for getting you refunds. If you ask for a refund, they will contact the owner and politely ask them to give a refund, if they refuse or ignore it, they go "Sorry, we can't do anything!" I'm done using hotels.com, this is the second time they failed to get me a refund.... Last time was even worse, the hotel refused entry for me, yet hotels.com declined to give me a refund. How can they facilitate such scams?
- Ifham (8/5): - Worth the money
- maigo (4/5): - 今まで宿泊した中で最もボロいホテルだった。チェックインも40分もかかった。
