Из кухонной утвари имеется чайник и чашки, однако в таком состоянии, что лучше не использовать. Здание находится на реставрации, это не было указано. Все в пыли (шторы, стекла, стены)..

Purtroppo nella camera c era un odore di fogna proveniente dal bagno ed aeratore non funzionante forse per questo il cattivo odore.

- Alberto (10/5): Location perfetta per visitare Napoli - Location perfetta per visitare la Napoli storica ed essere vicino alle connessioni più importanti - a due passi da Piazza Dante e dalla metropolitana, a cinque minuti da Spaccanapoli e da Piazza Toledo. Abbiamo alloggiato al terzo piano, stanza 306 - di dimensioni perfette per 4 persone, con un ampio divano letto, un comodo bagno - con ampia doccia e buone dotazioni - e una stanza da letto matrimoniale (con letto singolo supplementare) spaziosa ed ampia, il tutto completato da due armadi spaziosi e scrivanie. Ascensore piccolo (1 persona + bagagli a viaggio) ma essenziale per i bagagli, vista l'altezza dei piani del palazzo. Wifi funziona molto bene e di facile accesso. L'host Felice è stato molto gentile, chiaro, preciso e continuo nella comunicazione. Napoli può essere una città "rumorosa", e la vicinanza alla strada un problema - ma chiudendo le porte "interne" delle finestre (quelle esterne sono bloccate o non chiudibili) il tutto diventa gestibile ed il sonno perfetto :-).

Ponteggio che rovinava la vista sulla mia piazza preferita di Napoli + specchio del bagno pulito non male, ma secondo me con il prodotto sbagliato, sono sciocchezze ma fanno la differenza.

Nous étions au troisième étages La propreté par rapport à d autres endroits à Naples n’était pas des meilleurs. Lit pas très confortable. Parfum ambiant puissant désagréable nous avons laissé les fenêtres ouvertes pour pouvoir s’en débarrasser.

- Pooyan (8/5): Napoli at your access - The property is located in the heart of the city, just a few minutes' walk from the city centre. It boasts stunning views of Piazza Dante, where you can experience the vibrant nightlife of Naples. It is close to the city's most popular tourist attractions and the train station (Line 1). The owner who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious with a very comfortable bed and pillow, which was amazing. There was a slight toilet smell in the room, but this disappeared after we opened the windows for a few minutes. I guess this is common in coastal cities like Naples. As the property is located on one of the city's main roads, there may be some noise from vehicles in the morning, although the double-glazed, soundproof windows are highly effective for this area. Overall, I would highly recommend staying at this place due to its affordable price, friendly staff and great location. I'll be back soon. Grazie ancora e ci vediamo presto!

Sicuramente è possibile migliorare con un servizio di pulizia migliore, ho trovato in stanza un biglietto della metro degli ospiti precedenti, polvere nel mobiletto del bagno dove poggiano le tovaglie. Manca un pó di manutenzione generale, sia del letto matrimoniale che la tavoletta del bagno ingiallita. Consiglio anche di cambiare la tavoletta del bagno di servizio.
