We asked to book the taxi for our airport drop at FCO by morning 5AM ,the vehicle came exactly at the same time ...driver was very decent too ! Bath towels should be changed every day ,lighting in the wash room is not adequate.
• Anna (7/5): - Εξαιρετική περιοχή, μακριά από τη φασαρία του κέντρου. Το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται σε ήσυχο σημείο, με πολλές καλές επιλογές για φαγητό ή ποτό τριγύρω. Πολύ καλή επικοινωνία με το προσωπικό. Το δωμάτιο δεν έχει συγκριμένη αισθητική στη διακόσμησή του. Μοιάζει σαν να έχουν βάλει μέσα πράγματα που περίσσευαν. Επίσης, μείναμε πέντε βράδια και δεν μας άλλαξαν σεντόνια. Γενικα, στο δωμάτιο είναι όλα κάπως πρόχειρα.

• Ravasi (1/5): - Nulla. Ho chiesto 2 letti separati e c'era un matrimoniale vecchio in entrambe le camere che mi sono state indicate attraverso un microfono. Nessuno a accoglierti. La porta sembrava scassinata e aperta da ladri. Non ho usufruito di nulla e ho pagato per 6 pernottamenti. Vorrei poter avere un rimborso, quantomeno parziale. In Iran ho avuto trattamenti migliori. Nessuno con cui parlare, la voce al microfono scostante e per nulla disposta a ascoltare.

• CARLO (8/5): Buono da migliorare - Posizione del Bed ottima Non mi è stato riferito che la colazione fosse inclusa, né mi è stato indicata una stanza dove poter fare colazione. Nulla di importante. Piuttosto non ho potuto vedere la TV. Non c'è un collegamento diretto con i canali gratuiti e bisognava registrarsi ovunque dai canali Rai a Mediaset, Netflix ecc. I cuscini per me scomodi

• Aldea (9/5): Muy buena opción calidad/precio - La ubicación es muy buena, y la atención igual, el personal fue amable y mantuvo una comunicación todo el tiempo. Además te ofrecen una asesoría con sitios para visitar y recomendaciones de lugares para comer. No hubo nada que me disgustara de la habitación todo estuvo bien. Algo que no dependía del sitio fue la recolección de basura, recogieron el vidrio temprano en la mañana y claramente nos despertó (cosa que sólo podría evitarse dentro de un bunker)

La struttura si trova in un bel palazzo in una zona molto residenziale e con tutti i servizi utili, lontana dal caos del centro che è comunque facilmente raggiungibile con una bella camminata. La camera piccola ma confortevole e molto pulita, ideale se si pianifica di trascorrervi giusto le ore notturne o per un soggiorno breve. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

• Szveti (10/5): - Everything was great, the apartment is in a fantastic location, a 10-minute walk from the Vatican, and 2..3 metro lines to all major sights. It takes less than 10 minutes to get to the metro. The room is big, the walls are high, it looks 10 times better than in the pictures, it is very clean, the internet is fast and it is warm in the apartment. The corridor of the entire apartment is very modernly designed. Check in is easy. The apartment is located in Prati, a quiet neighborhood that looks aristocratic, it is safe hood where you can walk freely at night. Near the apartment there are many restaurants and two supermarkets that can be reached within 5 minutes. The owner Vahid is super great, I got a room with a private bathroom upon arrival even though I didn't pay or ask to get such a room. I also received a lot of other helpfull information and recommendations from him. He responds quickly to all messages and helped with every question I had. From the airport, the best way to get to the apartment is by bus, which stops at the station in Prati, from where you need 15-minute to walk to the apartment. Return bus ticket is 15 eur. My highest recommendation.

Дуже привітний персонал. Затишно, тихо і комфортно. Розташування дуже зручне 5 хв до метро і 15 до Ватикану. Супер задоволені. Вахід просто супер Єдине що не було капців, але я тільки на третій день здогадаюсь що могла б про них запитати. Я впевнена мені б вирішили це питання. В загалом умови достойні і дуже хороші
• loredana (5/5): La camera che m hanno dato non corrispondeva a nessuna di quelle pubblicate mi dispiace non è corretto - La vicinanza al centro All inizio gentilissimi poi entrata in camera mi sono accorta che il rubinetto perdeva ed aveva allagato la mensola su cui era poggiato ho segnalato subito il problema ma in tre giorni non hanno risolto nulla

La ducha tenía hongos, el estanque externo del wc producía muy mal olor y muchos ruidos. Por debajo del lavabo salía agua cada vez que se abría la llave. No había perchas para colgar nada ni sitio donde apoyar las cosas. Demasiado pequeño.
• Andrea (10/5): Como en casa. - Todo, en especial, que nos dejaban agua en botella todo los días, había limpieza diaria, y Nik estaba siempre muy pendiente a cada solicitud con respuesta inmediatas, las recomendaciones que dejaba con direcciones de sitios y lugares por conocer. La ubicación es genial con muchas paradas de autobús, metro, muy cerca a todo y la mayor distancia si acaso de 30 minutos caminando. Todo estaba perfecto.

• Andrea (5/5): Not as advertised - Located in a quiet Italian neighborhood just a 20 minute walk from the Vatican .Close to the Metro and restaurants. The Booking.com description of the property includes the following which was not provided : Safe- the safe was not operational until the 3rd day of our stay which was concerning as Rome is known for pick pockets. Daily housekeeping- the beds were not changed daily and when l enquired about this l received this reply in Whats App::" This is not unusual because this is not a hotel but an apartment hotel and almost all B&Bs and guesthouses do not have daily cleaning. Anyway, if you've been paying attention to my messages, I told you that if you need anything for the room, please let us know." I subsequently requested that the sheets be changed as my son had a cold and this was done. Toilet paper was also provided upon request. The bathrooms and floors were not cleaned during our stay. Sofa- there was a snall love seat in the reception area . View- of back roof tops (see picture below).

Apoi informații despre tot ce poti vedea , restaurante , inclusiv locațiile lor , ceea ce mi se pare foarte bine organizat . Felicitări!

NIk Suites, no es un hotel,tal vez debería ofertarse como un airb&b..Los baños son bastante deficientes y se resbalan mucho. . . Pero repito, NO SE PUEDE OFERTAR COMI UN HOTEL.,.porque no lo es..
• Salla (9/5): Excellent location in Prati with amazing host - We were warmly welcomed in NIK Suite by our host Vahid. He provided us with recommendations and tips for restaurants, sightseeing and transport. We stayed in a triple room with own bathroom - it was a snug, quiet towards backyard and the beds were comfortable. The location in Prati was perfect with walking distance to Vatican and most sights in the city. Lots of cafes and restaurant in the neighbourhood (nice breakfast at Shaby’s). The public transport are close by. The bathroom would need a refresh. We booked last minute so the room was pricey.
• Stefano (6/5): My staying at Nik - It was close to where I was working Hand shower needs to be modified, otherwise the hose will be damaged in few weeks. Tv at the moment doesn't have a cable. So just internet channels are available. Nightstand doesn't have a light on it, so if you need to go to the bathroom it's all dark. All things that may be improved.

Par ailleurs, le quartier est clairement le point positif de l'expérience. Précision importante : l'établissement n'est pas un hôtel, mais une guest house. Globalement, la prestation est décevante : literie qui laisse grandement à désirer, il manquait une couette et quand nous en avons demandé une, seule une deuxième couverture a été rajoutée. Décoration vieillotte et très sommaire.

La habitación está situada en un piso antiguo con varias habitaciones. Nosotros reservamos una habitación de una cama doble y otra individual ,pero la cama individual resultó ser un sofá muy incómodo. El colchón de la cama doble se hundía. En la habitación nos salieron hormigas,algo bastante desagradable..suerte que solo íbamos a dormir. Fuimos la segunda quincena de agosto y estaban cerrados hasta los restaurantes de alrededor,excepto los supermercados,todos los comercios de esa zona estaban cerrados por vacaciones. Por cierto,al anfitrión del alojamiento no lo vimos en ningún momento.A la llegada hablamos con él mediante una cámara que tienen instalada en la entrada del piso.... En fin...resumiendo,si volvemos a Roma,que seguro volveremos porque es una ciudad maravillosa,no volveríamos a alojarnos ahí.

• laurent (10/5): Very good choice, no regret, really good price/quality ration - Location was well situated regarding all visits we wanted to do (Coliseum, Roman forum, Vatican, Pantheon,...), it's close to Vatican and not so far from all others monuments and squares. We have made all visits on foot. You have all necessaries shops and restaurants around you, no need to move by car or public transport. NIK suite is located in a beautiful and secured residence, room has got enough place and well cleaned, owners are very nice and pleasant people and can give you all information you need for your stay.

• Ala’ (1/5): - This was a very disappointing stay. The bed was dirty, the sheets were not clean, and the mattress and blanket were full of dust with a strong musty smell. On top of that, there was only one bathroom in the entire place, located outside the rooms, and I only found out about this after paying. When I wanted to leave and grab my bags, I wasn’t even allowed to quickly use the bathroom because someone else was using it. It felt extremely inconvenient, uncomfortable, and poorly managed. Definitely not recommended.

• Miłosz (8/5): - The location is good 7 min from metro, building rooms itself were beautiful. We had fridge and balcony in our room. All was very spacious. Beds were clean. On the floor you could notice a lot of ants, shower and sink were clogged :/ Water was staying. In overall it was clean but behind sink under it in some more shadowy or corner places you could see it’s not cleaned there. But sink and shower itself were clean.

• Sean (9/5): A Perfect Honeymoon Stay at Nik’s Rooms – Thank You Vahid! - We stayed at Nik’s Rooms for our first location on our honeymoon and had a great experience. The location was outstanding. It was close to everything we wanted to see in Rome. We walked to Trevi Fountain, Villa Borghese, Spanish Steps, Pantheon, Vatican City and St Peter's Basilica (all within 5kms) which was extremely helpful. To get to the Colleseum we were able to take a single direct bus (87) from very close by the accommodation. A special thank you to Vahid who went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. He offered us a room upgrade, was accommodating with an early check in, gave us a complimentary bottle of red wine as a welcome and even included arranged complimentary breakfast at a local Cafe to help celebrate our last day. His local recommendations were on point and added so much to our stay. He arranged a shuttle direct from the airport for us for 50 Euros; our shuttle driver Melanie was also incredible, going out of her way to give us advice and recommendations to enhance our experience of Rome. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and quaint, with good air conditioning and WiFi. The bed and pillows were very comfortable (we are fussy sleepers, so thats a big compliment haha!). Every member of staff we encountered was friendly, and ready to assist with anything we needed. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely stay again. Thank you, Vahid, for making our first trip to Rome so memorable!

Location is about 15min walk from Vatican which was perfect for us, the neighborhood was safe, business building across from the accommodation, not very trafficky street. Comfy beds and warm room after our long day walks were perfect. We liked it very much and would come again for sure :)
