Personnel accessible par téléphone Peu de confort, la salle de bain est plus propre dans la partie commune que la nôtre et très très petite. Les carreaux du sol se décollent et il y’a de la moisissure aux murs. Télé présente mais difficile à manipuler.

• Barsi (7/5): - Very nice house staff and new towels every day. No problem finding the place, very clear and detailed check in instructions. When we booked it it wasnt clear that this is a shared apartment, we only realised this when we got the check in instructions. We had a private bathroom which was a relief, but we got scared for a moment. The room could use some fixings, the wooden floor tiles were coming up in some places. The shared kitchen was very under equipped, no opprtunity to actually cook, we had to make pasta in the microvawe. Not enough forks and cups. Also 20 Euro city tax for a 4 day stay is ridiculous, but thats not their fault...

• Dajana (9/5): Sve u svemu, super smjestaj za tu cijenu :) - Objekat se nalazi na odlicnoj lokaciji, ima mnogo sadrzaja u blizini (Koloseum je udaljen 15-20minuta hoda, metro 5minuta). Soba je bila uredna, a Stefano je gostoprimiv. Dijelili smo kupatilo sa jos jednom sobom i momci su ostavili veoma degutantan sadrzaj u bideu. Pored toga bili su veoma bucni (dijelili smo zid od sobe).

• Tijana (10/5): Highly recommended! - The room and the rest of the apartment were very clean and comfortable. The location is excellent - just a few minutes from the metro and bus stops, and about a 15-minute walk to the Colosseum. Stefano is kind and friendly, explained everything clearly, welcomed us personally, and communication was excellent. It’s important to pay attention to the check-in time; unfortunately, we had delays due to airport crowds. Just a small note for future guests: the stove cannot be used due to the apartment layout, but the kitchen offers a microwave, toaster, kettle, refrigerator, and all necessary dishes, which was perfectly sufficient for us. Overall, a very pleasant stay - highly recommended!

• Daniel (9/5): Estancia perfecta - En primer lugar, Stefano, el hoster, fue muy simpático y flexible con nuestra hora de llegada. El apartamento era incluso mejor que en fotos, muy amplio, limpio y muy buena presentación con toallas y productos de ducha. Cuenta con aire condicionado, armarios amplios y secador. Totalmente recomendable ya que está en una zona tranquila, muy buena comunicación con metro y bus hacia el centro y estación de Termini. Estaba todo correcto.

• Ángela (1/5): Me robaron la plata y me siento engañada por Booking, carece de alternativas asertivas de atención - Desafortunadamente no pudimos hospedarnos porque según la propietaria no habíamos pagado y para soportarlo teníamos que presentar la carta de pago que daba Booking y prácticamente se nos robaron la plata, trate de comunicarme con Booking y fue difícil el mismo día y solo hasta hoy que ya estoy en mi casa es que estoy notificando formalmente el impase que se presento. No me gusto nada, pésimo el servicio y la disposición de la propietaria para buscar alternativas de traducción pues hablábamos idiomas diferentes.

You have bars and Pasticcerie close by. The kettle wasn’t cleaned so it had limestone stuck on the bottom hence was unusable.

• Mihaela (10/5): - În primul rand locația este situată intr-o zona foarte bună, cu mijloace de transport directe pentru toate zonele turistice. Am stat intr-o camera cu baie proprie si balcon, bucătăria fiind comuna cu celelalte camere. Este un loc curat, cu multe facilități, care ne-a plăcut mult. Faptul ca dusul nu se putea agata. Pur si simplu nu se potrivea in suport. În rest totul a fost perfect. Noua ne-a plăcut foarte mult totul!

• Valentina (6/5): Un hotel regular - En general el hotel esta bien ubicado ya que se puede ir facilemente caminando al coliseo y tiene algunos restaurantes y comercio al rededor. Las camas eran comodas y la habitacion era grande. Tener que compartir el baño sincermente en este hotel no funciona. Sentimos que el baño estaba sucio todo el tiempo y en general era muy incomodo tener que pelear por ver quien entraba al baño sobretodo en las horas de la mañana. El cuarto tenia una mancha de humedad grande.

• Marc Rivadulla (6/5): No es el que esperavem - La habitació estava bé, no hi havia soroll, amb bona ubicació, els llits eren còmodes i nets amb tele i aire acondicionat No hi ha cuina, només microones, escalfador i torradora, no està equipada gens. El lavabo estava vell i l'esmorzar només eren torrades sense res, ni oli, ni sal.
• Rafael (6/5): Suficientemente bien, pero no repetiría. - Me gusto la localización, elegí este apartamento porque, aunque lejos del centro, tenia un buen equilibro entre vida local y transporte público para acercarte al centro. Hubo un problema con el pago en el primer intento (que lo hicieron a pocos dias de entrar al alojamiento) y aunque estuve temiendo que pudieran cancelar mi reserva dejándome desamparado, no me amenazaron en ningun momento con cancelármela y me ofrecieron pagar en efectivo en el check-in. No me gustó que la ducha era muy pequeña hasta tal punto de que no podías agacharte a coger el gel o el champu (cosa que tampoco me proporcionaron). Con respecto al baño, me sorprendio para mal que el inodoro fuera tan alto. Mido 1.80cm y mis pies no llegaban al suelo al sentarme en él. Ademas, en el precio final no incluían las tasas y solo aparecían este incremento en el precio una vez habías reservado. Por suerte atención al cliente de Booking me compensaron y fueron muy amables resolviendo el problema.

• Rosemary (6/5): Good value for money if you’re on a budget - The room was a good size with a balcony, and the location was great! Close enough to public transport to get around The shared bathroom was often in use which wasn’t super ideal
• Daniel (4/5): Dirty room with issues - no hot water, no WiFi - Host Stefano was communicating quickly with us and did his best to try and address all the issues - some successfully (fixing hot water) and other not that successfully (WiFi). In hotel hot water did not work so we had to shower in cold water. Once we challenged our host Stefano he managed to resolve the issue. WiFi did not work for the whole stay, so no internet. This was not resolved even when we challenged it. Toilet seat was moving when you sat on it. Room was not clean - there was mold in the bathroom and dirty bedroom sheets. Some parts of the room were "fixed" with electrical tape - e.g. shower stand. Extra fee for late check in should be mentioned more specifically on the booking page (20 euro cash for check in between 19:30-21:30 and 40 euro cash for check in between 21:30-23:30).
