Such a beautiful old hotel, such a shame they don’t pay attention to details and maintenance. Underneath the tap was a disaster, a wood sheet, that was not even stable, very ugly, dirty and broken. They could just add some doors or close it for good with some good wood. Also The wc didn’t seem clean

- Abdulla (7/5): Good for an experience but bad to stay in. - The staff were all incredibly incredible and nice. They helped and assisted at every need, and we're very welcoming. Power outlets everywhere in the room so that was good. Washroom was spacious. We had a VIP services with the booking from booking.com, but there was no such service or any indication if there is any. The management sent macaroons and wanted to serve us a bottle of champagne (which we can't drink). The facilities, the room is built weird, and the doors are noisy. The washroom and the bathroom are separated, the washroom was fine and spacious, but the bathroom was in a 1x1 little cabinet even though we booked a junior suite room! The smell from the bathroom carries even though we didn't use it, venetaliation works fine. The living room is cramped with furniture which is a problem since we choose the junior suite for the space.. The hotel needs maintenance, its dusty and dirty in some places (corridor, the washroom behind the sinks, the floor and carpets). Bet was ok. For the amount paid for the junior suite it was not worth it, not even one bit. Lighting was very dim, and the room being yellow and red did not help. Carpet smells. The room door is loud when next door neighbours closes their doors, we kept being awaked during the night by how bad it was.

Локацията беше в най-хубавия квартал , но ако си турист и искаш да обикаляш, бих препоръчала да си запазиш хотел близо до забележителностите, защото там има много приятни и нови хотелчета, на същите цени. Камериерките чистиха всеки ден, дори ако откажем сутринта , те винаги се връщаха следобед да изчистят , кото не се случва навсякъде. Аз мислих , че няма да е приятен престоят в по-централната част , оказа се, че всеки ден бяхме там, просто ни се налагаше да пътуваме, а нощувките бяха доста скъпи така или иначе. Стаите бяха изключително малки, леко освежаване и реставриране би било добре. Нямаше аспирация в банята. Цената в съотношение с качеството и локацията за туристи гарантирам , че е висока, защото си далеч от забележителностите, далеч от Маре, Париж (което всъщност ни беше целта) 15-20 мин пеша. В централната част проверихме много хотели на същата цена , които бяха нови и красиви. И все пак, ако търсите автентично преживяване, ще ви хареса. Отчитам в голяма степен,че грешката е в мен и моята преценка за Париж, затова давам съвет да запазите близо до забележителностите.

Also we had some additional requests like to get some extra hot water for tea or get a scale to weight our luggage and the staff was always quick to help us with those. The location is not the best, and the connectivity to the most important metro lines and the northern rail station are only via transfer. Most of the nearby attractions, like Marais and the canal, and the cafes are a pretty long walk away.

- majid (5/5): اقامة قليلة تمنيت لو بقينا اكثر - الموظفون جميعهم رائعون وتعاملهم جيد مع الزبائن البناء قديم نوعآ ما ولكنه جميل ولاتوجد فيه مشكلة والمصعد جيد ومكان الفطور الصباحي كبير ومريح فقط يحتاج زيادة انواع الجبنه واظافة بيض مقلي للفطور وهذه امور بسيطة القيمة مقابل المال لهكذا فندق جدآ عالية حجزت 4 غرف ل4 اشخاص ليومين وعندما اردت تمديد الحجز 3 ايام اخرى لم نستطع البقاء في نفس الغرف ربما لعدم توفرها وعند سؤالنا عند مدى امكانية التمديد ابلغونا انه توجد غرفتين او غرفة مشابه للتي كنا فيها والباقي يجب ان نحجز سويت او غرف اغلى من السابق وقد وجدنا فرق السعر بين الححزين كبير حدآ مما جعلنا ان نحجز في فندق 4 نجوم رائع بأقل من سعرهم والسعر هو من ظمن سياسة الفندق وتعاملهم مع الزبائن ومدى توافر الغرف كذلك الاسرة لم اشعر بأنها نظيفة كثيرآ ولكن الجميل انه يوجد حوض استحمام في الغرف وبعض الغرف ظيقة نوعآ ما ولكنها ليست مشكلة ان كنت سائح ومن الافظل ان تحجز قبل فترة للحصول على اسعار جيدة بكل الاحوال الفندق ليس سيئآ وتصميمه جميل رغم قدمه

De badkamer was verouderd. De douche (staand in bad douchen) was niet echt goed warm. De ventilator in de badkamer was niet zelf uit te zetten en blies 24-uur per dag, het geluid was hoorbaar in de slaapkamer en daardoor storend. Er was wel een koffiezetapparaat maar geen waterkoker op de kamer.
- Severine (8/5): Agréable séjour - Emplacement top dans le Marais. Literie très confortable. Machine à café dans la chambre. Personnel très souriant.

- Markus (8/5): Wir kommen wieder!! - Die Lage war für uns ideal. Wir haben uns innerhalb der Stadt nur mit der Metro bewegt. Das Frühstück hat unsere Erwartungen voll erfüllt. Fenster zum Innenhof. Dafür nachts sehr ruhig.
