- Kevin (10/5): Comfortable and clean - It was a real surprise. I wasn’t sure what to expect as the hotel is hidden away but I was very happy. The location was great. Very easy walk from the train station and main shopping area. The room was spacious and clean. Staff friendly and rates were very good. No drama leaving bags there after check out. Would stay again. No complaints here.

They also have a share space dining room which was great for heating up food from 7/11 after a busy day and not wanting to take the kids back out .

We were told that hotel rooms in Japan are very very small but to our surprise it was opposite. Don't believe all the crap in social media about Japan. The extra city tax introduced by Govt. per person from April 2026.

Temperature controls were a little finnicky. There was no auto thermostat, so it was either on with the fan or you had to manually turn it off.

- Zohreh (10/5): Exceptional Stay with Truly Outstanding Service - I had such a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was incredible, perfectly situated and made getting around so easy. The room itself was surprisingly spacious, especially compared to most hotel rooms in Japan, which made a huge difference to the overall comfort of the stay. The staff were consistently warm and friendly, and the amenities were excellent, everything felt thoughtfully designed and well taken care of. The biggest shout-out, though, has to go to the team for going above and beyond after my stay. I accidentally left an item behind, and they made the effort to reunite me with it. I’m so grateful for their kindness and support, it really speaks volumes about their level of care and service. Would absolutely stay here again.

- Xiangle (10/5): Very happy with the stay. - It is close to Namba station. You can take the Nankai express from airport and arrive here in 30 minutes. It's close to the JR Osaka loop line as well, which is convenient to go to Universal studio. Room is not very roomy but it's is quite usual in big cities in Japan. Considering the price of the hotel, I don't complain too much.
