Stessa cosa vale per gli asciugamani che erano evidentemente macchiati da utilizzi precedenti ( macchie marroni). In generale però l’appartamento non è nuovo come appare nelle foto ma ha molte migliorie da fare a seguito di diversi utilizzi.

- Charlie (9/5): - It would be very helpful and convenient if the apartments had some basics like tea, coffee, water, oil etc. It is a completely empty apartment. Other than that everything is fantastic
- Stephen (9/5): Lovely location to enjoy the local Palermo vibe. - Great location. Lovely balcony. Needs some maintenance. Has a bath but no plug, so we had to shower. Shower head loose. Some minor maintenance will improve the place a lot.

- Nora (8/5): - An sich eine sehr schöne Unterkunft in super Lage. Im Grunde sind die Apartments auch sehr cool gestaltet und eingerichtet, sodass man mitten in der Stadt trotzdem eine grüne, ruhige Oase hat. Die Kommunikation war super. Man merkt doch, dass die Apartments mittlerweile etwas abgewohnt sind. Türen gehen nicht richtig zu, Schubladen lassen sich nicht öffnen/schließen, Armaturen sind locker, und man muss aufpassen, dass man nicht versehentlich den Wasserhahn oder die Türklinke in der Hand hat. Alles in allem ok, aber die Realität entsprechend nicht (mehr) ganz den Bildern ;)

- RONALD ENRIQUE (9/5): Volveria a alojarme sin dudar - Modernidad, limpieza, ubicación, fácil de ingresar y salir del predio. Las toallas de baño de muy buena calidad y buen espacio en la sala comedor. Exacto espacio y tamaño como muestran las fotos -Los administradores del lugar me parecieron muy pocos flexibles para adelantar 1 hora 2 horas el ingreso. La persona que nos recibió nos informo que el depto ya estaba listo al mediodía. Constantes mensaje y muy repetitivos para salir a hora, te taladraban. -El aire acondicionado de la habitación no funcionaba muy bien.

Suoer confortável, silencioso, chuveiro ótimo, cama boa, cozinha equipada com basicos, varanda gourmet. Não tem coleta seletiva de lixo. Mas acho que esse é um problema da cidade, não do local.

La ubicación es ideal si te apetece explorar palermo, porque estás cerca de todo y dentro de todo no es un lugar ruidoso y puedes ir a todas partes andando.Bares, restaurantes, tiendas cafeitos, librerías todo. Es como un Oasis. El proceso de confirmación fue engorroso, no se por que tenia mil probelmas de pago con mis tajretas internacionales con las que reservo habitualmente, me mandaron mil mensajes fue muy tedisoso. y ya estaba viajando con lo que me resultaba incomo0do.. y creo que podrian haberme contactado por whatsapp que es mas directo y mas efectivo. El horario de llegada tambien complicado...y no habia un telefono directo... pero al final se resolvio bien y estuvimos muy a gusto. El otro detalle es que si bien es silencioso creo que hay un hostel al lado y hubo un poco de musica ruidosa... pero bueno es palermo volveria sin dudas!

- David (7/5): Better if you are young and in a party mood :) - The overall design is fine - we like the industrial look, also its handy to have a washing machine in the cellar Noise, smell, cleanliness The location is next to a hostel and within earshot (at least of the amplified base) of local bars. The hostel has a garden and each night people sat in that garden talking until the early hours, bars play music until 6am and the base sounds are intrusive if like us you are struggling to sleep through jet lag Smell, their is a definate mould smell The place isn’t very clean, walking around without shoes on we were surprised at state of our socks!

Also could have used another living room chair, a second bedside table and lamp and another hook or two in the bathroom.

- Carilind (10/5): Fantastic! Absolutly brilliant. Not only the apartment is beautiful but also super green - Getting the keys was super effortless—definitely easier than other places I've stayed! I was in touch with the host the whole time, making everything smooth. I had some delays on my trip, but I let them know, and they were super understanding. When I finally arrived, the person with the keys was right there waiting for me. The apartment was just amazing! Everyone was incredibly friendly and eager to help, making sure all my needs were met. Plus, I had a lovely private pool surrounded by lush greenery, which really let me escape the busy city vibes. It was absolutely perfect!
- Georges (8/5): Good solution. I recommend the flat with view on the painted wall. - Nice sunny terrace with no “vis a vis”. Comfortable bed and bathroom. Spacious compared to hotels rooms. Sunny. Easy communication with the agency. Good quality/price. Central place. Overall very good alternative in Palermo. Few details: A bit noisy (road, …). Modern but unfortunately not as good quality equipment and finishes. The ceiling is a bit low. Entrance looks like a jail. The exit door can only be open with a key, even to go out: in case of emergency it is not good at all, even not compliant.

Dirty pool the first 3 days before finally being cleaned. Only 2 bath towels provided for 5 nights. No coffee, sugar, or creamer provided.
- Rochelle (6/5): Great location, bad bug issues but beautiful apartment. - The location was amazing, staff was quick to respond via text. The mosquito infestation and smell of the pesticide to try to remedy the problem. The pool area was pretty but unusable because of the bugs.

The floors were dirty (looked clean but obvious they weren’t mopped after walking around), the area was also very loud and could hear people anytime they moved something above us or were outside anywhere. Also would have liked to have more than 2 towels.

A few points we disliked: stove didn’t work, apartment manager came in without knocking / ringing, loud construction next door interrupted our sleep.

The apartment doesn’t really live up to the pictures and descriptions. The amenities didn’t work well (e.g. the stove and oven didn’t work so we weren’t able to cook beyond the microwave…), there was extremely loud construction in the building next door and once the apartment manager came into our apartment without knocking or ringing before…

- Spaniards (10/5): Exceptional - It is well situated in the Palermo district, surrendered by lots of bar, restaurantes, shops, supermarkets ,and cooffe shops. An affluent area where it was safe to walk at night and day time. The apartment that we were in , it was quite large, with a beautiful terrace. Bed was comfy and kitchen has all the appliances. Little touches from the management at your arrival . The street that us located is art by itself. There's a laundry room which after 3 weeks of travels around South America, it really helped. Thanks to the team working at the apartment, there are just great from Denise to Abril and the domestic cleaning lady that I can't remember her name. Highly recommended!

A localização não poderia ser melhor, a poucos metros de restaurantes, bares, mercados, cafés e lojas locais. Apesar de ser bem no coração de Palermo Soho o apartamento está localizado numa rua muito silenciosa.
- Stian (6/5): Bra lokasjon. - Plasseringen er perfekt, men om jeg skulle tilbake ville jeg bodd i leilighetene som er høyere opp. Vi bodde i 1 etg med basseng å det er ikke å anbefale. Veldig dårlig luft og veldig fuktig luft som vi aldri fikk bort i leiligheten. Toalettet trengte en utskiftning, etter man har spylt ned renner vannet. Veldig god betjening som svarte fort om det var noe vi lurte på så det eneste som er å trekke ned er en Veldig fuktig leilighet og dårlig inneklima, men er noen år siden bildene på hjemmesiden er tatt :)

The Apartment itself it well equipped and spacious - pictures give accurate view, infact it was better than photos. The Apartments BA staff were exceptional - handled checkin & any questions during our staff really well, even helped us with our taxi bookings when we struggled! We’ve stayed in this street before and extended our stay in this apartment. It’s definitely the place I’d choose to stay for a return visit. Nothing it’s a great spot

Staff met us there to let us in and they extended our check out at my request due to a later flight. - Ronald (8/5): Very good - The location is perfect. Easy walking to some of the best restaurants and bars in Buenos Aires. Back porch was a perfect place to start and end each day. The back area is tropical and secluded from the city bustle and full of birds which love to wake you up at 6:30am. :) I would highly recommend a stay at this location.

The decoration is modern but cosy, giving this relaxed home feeling. Oh! And the staff is so friendly and always on point and helpful with any questions and requests I had. I'm super pleased about my booking of this apartment All I can think about is that I miss kitchen towels.

Sin embargo, considero que se podría ampliar la cantidad de utensillos para cocinar (por ejemplo, agregar bowls, fuentes para servir, repasadores, tabla para cortar). La ubicación de la zapatilla que está en la biblioteca es un tanto incómoda, costaba conectar la notebooks para trabajar. La foto que publicita el lugar, no corresponde al departamento que alquilé. Si bien el departamento es hermoso, al hacer la reserva creí que me hospedaría en el lugar que indica la foto. Sobre la limpieza no tengo ninguna objeción. Virginia a sido muy amable en todo momento. Le estoy muy agradecida por su atención.
