- Anna (3/5): L'accueil - Dans l'établissement pas grande chose. Que le matelas J'ai apprécié que deux personnes à l'accueil, c'est deux Marta ...et éventuellement un garçon efficace. Merci à eux! Les autres, on se sentait jugé et pas vraiment calculé. Dommage pour l'établissement! Pourtant, la bonne appréciation commence par l'accueil.

- Zsolt (10/5): Moderný hotel s perfektnou dostupnosťou do centra 🇪🇸 - Veľmi dobrá lokalita, približne 30 minút pešo od Sagrady Família. Priamo oproti hotelu sa nachádza autobusová zastávka s výborným spojením do centra mesta približne za 20 minút. Izba na 6. poschodí bola čistá, pohodlná a každý deň perfektne uprataná. Veľmi oceňujeme kvalitné matrace a vankúše, vďaka ktorým sme sa po celom dni v meste výborne vyspali. Celkovo hotel pôsobil moderne, príjemne a udržiavane. ✨ -

- Sharon (7/5): - I found the colour schemes in the room to be quite dark and oppressive. I also had no view from the room, the window opened into an enclosed courtyard making the feeling of oppression more pronounced. So these two factors impacted negatively on my sense of comfort. The furniture and decor felt tired and ready for renewal and a small table near the chair, was wobbly and unstable. The bathroom was enormous & very clean. Room service was prompt and generous portions were offered. I found the staff to be below my expectations. They were efficient but not particularly friendly and didn't offer any assistance or suggestions for my stay in Barcelona. Not even a map was offered or on display. Overall my experience wasn't good and I moved to another hotel the next day.

- Amanda (7/5): Great location, but maybe too noisy. - The location is definitely great, we did everything walking basically. The window does not block the noise coming from outside, the fact it’s so well located, there is a lot of noise coming from the main avenue, specially on the weekends with so many bars around. We noticed our window was not locking properly, so a lot of noise was coming in, making it hard to fall asleep.

- Luciana (7/5): good stay - We stayed at the premium room and it was a good space. Bed big and comfortable. Bathroom also a good size. location is good in case you don't mind to stay a Bit far from main center. I chose that area because we have friends that live in that area so it was practical for us. Lots of stores and nice restaurants, bars, cafes in the area. Not so touristy. Noise from streets and also Doors super heavy so when guest leave their rooms you can hear it very loudly. If you are a light sleeper it can be annoying in case you want to rest. No coffee machine in the rooms. No complement water daily. its always a nice touch and it does not cost much to do it.

Rezeption war immer besetzt und es wurde sich sofort um Anliegen gekümmert. Im Bad riecht es zwischenzeitlich etwas komisch, das kommt aber höchstwahrscheinlich vom chlorhaltigen Wasser in Spanien und ist daher keine Seltenheit.

- Sophie (7/5): The location of the hotel was a winning point that made us enjoy our stay. The morning at the terrace was also very enjo - The sunny terrace is amazing. Breakfast was very good too. The location of the hotel is a big plus, in the best part of Diagonale. The rooms and the corridors were dusty. It showed a lack of attention to cleanliness. And as if the place is old and not well maintained. The rooms were relatively small.

- André (6/5): Lage top! Man muss Glück beim Zimmer haben. - Die Lage war super gut ! Zunächst haben wir ein Zimmer bekommen, dass innen lag mit Fenster zu einem engen Hof / Schacht. Ohne Sonnenlicht. Dieses konnte nur gegen Aufpreis gewechselt werden . Das Bett war auch viel zu klein. Erst das neue Zimmer war gut.

- Olesya (10/5): Es war hervorragend. - Our stay in the hotel was amazing. We were in Barcelona to an especially occasion. My daughter had her 18-th birthday. The arrangements were made very quickly by manager. The flower service and small things like balloons and birthday card, cake were perfect. The room has a very nice design. The location ist the best , in the middle of the shopping district, and near bus stop, from the Metro ( L3, L5) 10 minutes away by foot.The view from the restaurant on the rooftop was breathtaking in the morning or in the evening with a cocktail. We will come back.
